Drove 5hrs down to the beach on December 23rd with 4 small kids and a dog when my Buick Enclave started sputtering and traction control warning lights started going off. We called Jeff and he drove to our airbnb within an hour. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, drove to pick parts up for us, then went to town on the car. We had lunch and finished playing at the beach while he worked on the car for several hours! The car runs great now, warning lights went off, and the price was probably a FRACTION of what a dealer would charge (not to mention that there is no way they'd have gotten us into the shop, diagnosed and fixed, same day with no appointment, on the day before Christmas Eve!). He is a friendly, knowledgeable guy. You can tell he is confident and experienced, doesn't rip you off, and even runs around town gathering necessary parts for you. Unbelievable service. I'd gladly drive down here to have him service my car (and get a night's airbnb vacation out of it!) than pay 10x the money to have slower service at the dealer in Dallas. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Garrison is the only person I will have working on any of my vehicles going forward. He isolated the problem with my BMW not starting in about 5 minutes. Worked 'till he fixed the issue and saved us thousands vs taking it to a dealership. Best and most honest mechanic I've ever met. Highly recommended!!!!

Called because I had a question about my car not starting. Jeff diagnosed over the phone and gave me a quote that was VERY FAIR INDEED! He explained how he knew that the issue was my starter and it matched everything I knew about my car and it s maintenance perfectly.Sadly, I had enough of a cash crunch that even that was more than I felt I could pay, so he gave me some excellent advice over the phone on doing the job myself (I d done it once before, but me not being a mechanic, the advice was VERY welcome).

Needed some maintenance done on my class c RV engine and generator. Jeff responded quickly and completed the work neat and clean. Jeff was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks Jeff.

Jeff was very easy to work with. I called and set up an appointment - he was able to come to my home to work on my car the following day. My primary reason for calling was the damaged metal engine splash guard under my Toyota Camry. Jeff removed it and shaped it back into the proper shape.I also asked him to check a squealing in my engine - he tightened two belts and fix it. Finally, the radiator mounts were missing when I got the car because of a wreck. Jeff purchased a long strip of metal and made new mounts.The total for 2 hours of work (which included some parts he had to buy) was $360. Jeff did a great job for a great price, and I will definitely use his services again in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

We were stuck in an RV park with extremely limited time before needing to leave. Jeff obtained a hard to source part and went out of his way to communicate and make sure our repairs were completed in time. This was after I had ordered the wrong part so wasn't making it any easier for him. He also cleaned up afterwards and put up with working in amongst a swarm of ants. We were traveling from out of town and we were so thankful for Jeff! He came to our rental house, even thirty minutes early, and got our car running again, so that we could finish our vacation, and make it home! Without Jeff, we don't know what we would've done. He replaced two sparkplugs and recommended we have the rest replaced by our local mechanic, after we get home. A few days after he fixed it, he stopped by to see how it was running. Jeff was excellent to deal with. He communicated continually through the repair process to keep me informed, he charged a fair price for his service and the work was done with excellence. Oh yeah, and he had honesty and integrity. What more could you want from a mechanic. I would HIGHLY recommend Jeff when considering a mechanic.

Called Jeff to help me replace my upper radiator hose and he called me back in a timely fashion! Got me in the next day and he was so amazing! It was like chatting with an old friend while he worked! He also followed up with me later that day to make sure everything was good with my car! Excellent customer service, friendly guy, and fair pricing!! My car would not start when leaving and I quickly googled auto mechanic near me. Jeff Garrison Mobile Auto came up. He arrived to our Airbnb in less than 15 minutes. He was able to figure out our problem and quickly resolve the issue without costing us a fortune or misleading us in any way. I HIGHLY recommend his services.

Called Jeff when my car wouldn't start and he was very responsive and helpful with troubleshooting over the phone. Ended up getting a ride from a neighbor to pick up a battery and replace it myself, but even after I told Jeff his services were no longer needed he had a few more tips & tricks for me to try to avoid future corrosion issues.

We were vacationing by Jamaica Beach on Galveston Island when our van broke down. We called Jeff and he quickly got us scheduled for the next morning. He kept in contact about the part price and availability. He drove over in the morning and had it fixed in just a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and we felt comfortable trusting our van with him. His prices were far less than many in house auto repair shops. He checked on us later in the day as he knew we were driving back home. Everything about working with Jeff was easy, reliable and professional. My only complaint is that he doesn t live closer to us, we would call him all the time!

Jeff is thorough, honest, and efficient. We have a 2010 Rav4 4WD Sport & are new to the area (Holiday Lakes, neat Angleton). The first time the car stopped running, Jeff was able to come out, diagnose & repair within a day. He also checked out the car & repaired a part that was nearly disintegrated, saving us another breakdown & additional costs.The 2nd time, we troubleshot the problem over the phone & Jeff confirmed the problem on site. The part needed required special order & was several hundred dollars & a 2 week wait. Jeff found an online source for less than $40 & 2 day delivery.He's a life & money saver. My car would not start and I called Jeff and he walked me through all the possible things it might be over the phone. We ruled out everything but the starter and, sure enough, that was it. A fuse had blown in our Class B RV resulting in the loss of our refrigeration. The fuse had actually melted in the process and damaged other components connecting into the Lithium house bank. The manufacturer shipped the respective parts to Blue Water RV Resort. Jeff arrived promptly on Easter Sunday and proceeded to do the repair. Even with detailed instructions from the manufacturer, it was not a straight-forward fix. The location of the fuse/components were under the retractable bed making it a difficult repair. Jeff took it stride, completed the repair, hooked everything back up and had us test the refrigeration. Everything worked perfectly. Jeff even called back later in the day to confirm that the system was still working properly.Bravo Zulu!Service: Electrical repair

I live on the bay and it is a HUGE BENEFIT (time and effort) to avoid taking my boat to the marina, trailering it, then taking it to a mechanic shop!! My neighbor gave me Jeff's contact information after he had a favorable experience. Jeff has been to my home twice now to work on my bay boat. He has performed electrical work and mechanical work. Jeff has been reliable and thorough. He performed a pre-inspection one day then went to the marine store and purchased all the necessary parts and returned the next morning to complete the work. I highly recommend Jeff and his services.

My key broke inside the ignition and it was due to a worn out tumbler. Jeff did great work, shown and explained and replaced the unit. His prices are fair. Nice to find a decent mechanic as this was the second one I have been to as the first guy misdiagnosed. I would use his services again.

You just can't go wrong with calling this mechanic. In town for spring break and needed unexpected help with our vehicle. Jeff was able to come to the van (which was great as we were on the side of the road and would have had to call for a tow) and take care of the issue in just a couple of hours. Price was fair and he even called after we were back on the road to make sure there were no other issues. Highly recommend this business.

Jeff came to my home on Surfside and gave my a quote for work on both vehicles. Made an appointment for the next morning he was here and fixed the Chevy brakes and radiator fan assembly and gave my Ford a much needed oil change. He was done with both vehicles by 11 and I am very happy with the work. I will be calling him again hopefully for just maintenance.Services: Brakes, Air conditioning

Jeff Garrison was a huge help. We have a 2007 jeep wrangler that has been giving us problems. He helped us and diagnosed the problem in minutes. Saved us a lot of money due to his very fair prices.. I will definitely call him if we ever have problems with our vehicles again. He even left us some spare fuses and called us later that day to make sure our jeep was doing okHe is the man to call if you ever have any problems with your vehicle. Excellent service and a nice helpfull man

We left a VM for Jeff late Sunday? afternoon. He called right back and was unable to help us the same day but offered to help us Monday morning. Jeff was awesome! I had a cylinder misfire in my Lincoln truck. He showed up the same day. Had me fixed in an hour for a reasonable price. Incredible service and a nice guy!!
