We had an issue come up with our car while on vacation and a quick Google search lead us to call Jeff for repairs. He had basically diagnosed the issue over the phone and when he showed up he was able to confirm the issue. Within an hour he was back with the part and had it changed out for an extremely reasonable price. Jeff saved us big time. Highly recommended.

I called Jeff at 1 Am on a Thursday, he returned my call at 6:30 AM Friday, and was at my house no more than 3 hours later. He knew exactly what needed to be done, hopped out of his truck and got to work. A job I worked on for a few hours, he had completed in 30 mins. He gave me some tips for the future (car and life) and was a nice guy. He s been doing this for a long time and it shows. Will use again and highly recommend.

Jeff was awesome and trustworthy! He came to my house the next morning after calling him, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed within a couple hours in the pouring cold rain. He was super nice and very knowledgeable. Would call him again!

Jeff was a godsend. Drove to Galveston from The Woodlands no issues. Tried to start my car once in Galveston. Nothing and then smoke from under the hood. Jeff was the ONLY person working on the island on a Saturday. Came out diagnosed the issue, replaced my starter. Could not have been happier with his service. I recently had an experience with Jeff Garrison. I have a Chevy SSR, and was unable to get it started. Some online research revealed that the SSR has a number of fuel issues, so I spent some time trying to figure out what the specific problem was. I have always done most of the work that was needed on my vehicles, but am getting to the point of not being physically able to tear into the SSR to find and fix the problem. My guess was that either the fuel pump was bad or it was not getting any juice.I found Jeff Garrison online and read a number of reviews on his performance. They were all positive. Being cautiously optimistic, I called Jeff and he came to my home and ran some diagnostic checks. He determined that the fuel pump was bad and said he could replace it. He gave me a reasonable estimate for the work, parts and labor, and we agreed for him to do the job. Jeff exceeded my expectations! He came back the following morning and did an excellent job of dropping the fuel tank, dragging it out from under the vehicle, replacing the fuel pump, and reinstalling the fuel tank! From start to finish, the job took less than 3 hours.Though the job was a bit harder and more time consuming than he had anticipated, Jeff stood by his estimate! Since I was there to watch and assist, if necessary, I knew how hard Jeff had worked, and I did pay him more than he had estimated for the labor charge!I am glad to have found Jeff, and I will definitely call him back to do whatever work I am not able to do on any of my vehicles! I believe that he is honest, knowledgeable, and loves to fix things, as I do! Mr. Garrison came out to my house to get a Honda CRV that had been sitting for 4 years up and running again. His work was exceptional and his prices were fair. He really planned ahead and brought all the parts that he needed to get the job done.He removed the old gas from the car, tested and replaced the fuel pump, installed a new battery, and a few other things.He even went and got fresh gas to put in the car when I had no means to do so. A few hours later and the Honda was running again.I enjoyed speaking with him and he obviously had loads of experience to rely on to get the job done. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Sir!

Jeff came to the house and did a good job repairing my 69 Mustang. I needed a brake booster and master cylinder replaced and the lines bled. With any job on a old car there is always complications and Jeff worked his way through them all. Great job! It was nice to see my 69 run and be able to stop again. I would use his services again.

Called guy told him what I was looking to replace a starter on a 2010 Traverse. He started talking about the challenges of changing the part out and I had a very important phone call come in that I had to take. I told guy I would call right back he said okay. As soon as call was over i called him back several times and he blocked my number. If you don't want to do the repair that's fine you could have just said so and I would have moved on. However, you chose the childish tactic of blocking my phone call which warrants this piss poor review on how you conduct business. Stay away.

I called Jeff on a Sunday morning he quickly met me at our house and had the issue diagnosed (wheel hub bearing had gone bad) and parts replaced by noon. My vehicle is not very old and this is the first time I've had any real problems. I wasn't sure who I could trust, but when I found Jeff's site and HE actually answered the phone and was very responsive to my questions, I felt I had found the right person to trust with my vehicle! I spoke to four different companies and the others recommended work that was not necessary (which is what we usually expect a mechanic to do, right?) Jeff quickly diagnosed the issue (without charging extra for a "diagnostic review") and even explained what the problem was so that I can follow up with the dealer about it.In short, I'm very happy with the service and will call him again and recommend him to my friends who need a mechanic!Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

I was very impressed with Jeff s knowledge, his tenacity and patience. He was punctual and explained step by step the issues I was having and what would cause that to occur. Jeff is highly professional and his work top notch! His charges were more than reasonable as he had to come to my residence first, then take me to my vehicle so this saved me a huge tow fee. I will always call him whenever I have any car issues in the future and I highly recommend him, especially to the single women out there. He is very honest and you don t have to worry about him charging you for unnecessary repairs. He deserves all the stars!!!

Jeff is great! I've used him 3 times now for my Jeep Wrangler. Saved me money this time by not having to replace my starter, it was just a loose cable on the starter! Will use again!

I called Jeff earlier this week to schedule an appointment with him for boat service . He promised me Tuesday morning ( today ) . He followed up with me this morning when he was a half hour away . Jeff is always very punctual and his diagnosis is always right on point . If you own a boat - you know your heart rate always increases when you re in need of service . Jeff Garrison is very honest and he knows boats . I can assure you that he will be my boat mechanic as long as I own one . I find that very uncharacteristic of Jeff. He has serviced my car for at least 13 years and has never overcharged me. His price for the service I received was very reasonable. In fact, I recently re located and was looking for a local mechanic. The shop prices were outrageous and the quotes I received from the other mobile mechanics in the area were $100 to $200 just to diagnose the problem. I called Jeff, and even with the move, he still came to my side. He diagnosed the problem right away and while doing that performed some routine maintenance that was due. His fee for services provided was very reasonable, especially considering the drive, and convenience to me. His fee was still less than most the quotes I received. I will be using Jeff as long as I can. I did not feel at all over charged for the services received.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Jeff got out to me extremely quickly even though it wasn t an emergency. He was great in communication and being flexible with me. If you have a vehicle at home in need of auto service and you dont want it towed to mechanic to pay a rediculous parts and labor bill or you work full time and feel you dont have time to service yourself. Jeff Garrison is the mobile mechanic tech you want to call. The guy is no nonsence, to the point when communicating, professional, curteous and reasonable with labor cost. When performing task he does not goof around. He gets to your home in time frame he gives you and starts work promptly. Jeff Garrison gets a 5 star from me. I was on vacation for memorial day weekend. Car was overheating. I thought it was the water pump. Jeff was at my hotel at 8 in the morning Tuesday after memorial day. He quickly found the problem. He educated me on what the problem was and showed me how to fix the issue in the future. He was honest and did not over charge me. Got me back on the road!!

Finally! An honest mechanic who wasn t there to up sell me and take advantage. Came to my house and was great about staying in contact during his route. Jeff was more than willing to come to my home and help me with a lug nut that was not only put on way to tight, but was almost rounded off! He was very congenial, sociable, and knew his stuff! Reasonably priced and everyone should call him! He's been doing this for more years than you can shake a stick at, and isn't ready to hang up his tools yet! Give him a call and he will definitely get the job done right without cutting corners! Thank You Jeff!!!

Jeff has always been reliable and reasonably priced. We have used his service to repair several of our vehicles over the years. Even right after Hurricane Harvey, he was over at my truck that was broken down at a friend's by the next morning after we had called the night before. Came to me for payment and offered me a ride to my truck. Top Notch expertise and Service, Jeff, as usual!
