For the moment I spoke to Michele I knew the experience with RV EMT would be exceptional. Brandon came out and spent time troubleshooting the issue we had with our bedroom slide and on finding the solution was able to get parts overnighted and complete the job before we headed on to our next stop. Exceptional service and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and ensure we were not delayed in our travels. Being full time in the road we have used other mechanics, RV EMT outperformed them all.

What a great company. needed a new refrigerator and air conditioner. Michelle ordered the right parts for my Scamp. They showed up on time - 4 techs!-, installed everything, and even made me a special shelf above the new refrigerator for my cutting boards. These guys are true professionals. Called yesterday with a leaking RV toilet valve. This is our first trip with, the new to us 2020 Rockport. They arrived at the scheduled time, replaced the valve quickly and were very courteous! I highly recommend them if you are in the Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Johnson City area. Thanks RV EMT!

Michelle, Rodger and their team were immediately responsive and wonderfully professional in their interactions (great for someone like me from out of town and in need of a solution for my RV). My experience allows me to say to you that they are trustworthy and skilled -- which is a find in the RV world. I'd not hesitate to call them again if I were ever in the Fredericksburg area. :)

We contacted RV Emt because we had a leak in our camper. They answered when I called and were extremely accommodating to our time when they came out. They wanted to make sure they didn t interfere with our travel plans while also making sure they met our needs. We decided to have them come out the following morning based on when I called. They showed up on time, resolved the issue, and were friendly and professional. We had called probably 4-5 other mobile rv companies who were no shows. It was refreshing that they showed up on time and followed through with their word. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rodger helped identify and resolve a plumbing issue that turned out to be a manufacturing error in our brand new Winnebago. He was very patient, kind, and explained everything well to us. I appreciated how he already had all the necessary tools for the repairs. That was super convenient for us. My husband and I felt the price he charged was good considering the high quality of service and attention to detail that we received. Michelle also did an excellent job coordinating with us and Rodger to make sure we had everything that we needed to get our RV repaired and ready to go again. I would highly recommend if you have RV issues to contact RV EMT.

Roger did us right! Tried to help us out by phone before ringing the bell on a svc call. While we ended up needing his assistance in person it was well worth the fee. We had a slide stuck in the out position and he was able to get it back in and have us on the road in a timely manner. Thanks Roger!

Roger was a lifesaver for us. Our AC quit working and temperatures were 100+. I called him 15 minutes before closing time and he told me he would be right over. Used RV EMT to evaluate repair options on a old toy hauler. While I chose not to go with them for repairs, I was so impressed by their direct and honest approach, I hired them as a consultant on a new RV purchase to make sure everything was legit. During the Winter I was having an issue with my heater in my 23DBS from Outdoors RV. I initially thought perhaps I had ran out of propane, but after filling up between outings and having the same issue, I realized I needed help. RV EMT was able to quickly determine the cause of my issue; the metallic sheeting around my heater has actually popped off (two screws literally backed out their holes). They found one of the screws and actually had a spare screw kit to get my ducting back on and heat working again! Highly recommend!Service: Air conditioning

Michelle and Roger got me in right away and spent half a day troubleshooting an issue on my airstream no one had been able to figure out for months. Roger walked me through the components of problem so I would be able to handle it myself it it came up again. Owning an rv is tough enough without having access to good people. I m lucky they had moved into the same rv park and were just a few doors down when I called them. So thoughtful and conscientious. Couldn t be happier with experience! Thanks guys.
