Customer service is scarce depending on who's working. Most the time I have to find it myself and a lot of times have had to take parts back because they gave us wrong one. It is great that it's close to home instead of having to drive 20 miles or more now.

The clerks were busy helping not only at the counter but outside with automotive. I picked up what I needed rather quickly. I waited on the one counter and waited on the other until they started waiting on other people. Now I don't even bother stopping at. This place

Couldn't find part we needed at Tractor Supply and they recommended we try O'Reilly's but they thought they would be closed already.... omw to DQ... so glad to see O'Reilly's was open after 8:00 p.m. on a Saturday night! AND had exactly what we needed! Ty for assisting us to find the radiator cap for our bulldozer at the end of the day. We will be back!

So glad the put an auto parts store, local. Great selection of anything engine related. I buy my lawnmower service parts there. Much cheaper than going to a lawnmower shop.

Only reason I went here x3 is because it considerably closer than any other auto parts store. First two times I was alone and a female and each time there were three employees working. I looked at windshield wipers and then headlights. Not once was I asked if I needed any assistance. I did, so I left. Oh yes, I was the only customer in the store each time.

The people up there are very nice. Customer service is A1 and they don't pressure you into anything you don't want to buy. Overall it was a great experience.

Told me my issue was my battery. Sold me the most expensive battery, installed it, and assured me I d be fine. Been broke down on the side of the road in 100� weather for two hours now. Even replaced the battery cable. Still won t work. Now I have to call a toll truck and spend even more money on that and a mechanic to find out why it won t start or, once jumped, stay running. Not going to trust them again.

Nice to have a chain auto part store locally in Frankston. I'm situated mid distance (more or less) between Jacksonville, Palistine, Athens, and Tyler. They are nicely stocked with all the parts I have needed. Usually no wait. I hope they thrive in that location. I would hate to see them leave.

Love O'Reilly's The man that helped us was very helpful Came back 2 days later to get another part and he remembered us Said we were really nice folks and he even remembered what car I had and what I bought He said there's not a lot of good ppl around anymore

This store is what people around here have been waiting for since we are in a triangle of cities around us but they are 16 to 30 plus miles away.very convenient and friendly,helpful employees especially one named Robert who is always ready to help. I'll be back often.thankyou for being here O'Reilly's.

Ordered parts to be delivered at 4:00 needed them real bad they found 1/2 the order couldn't find the other half gave the my number still haven't heard anything guess will have to go find them somewhere else.
