Took our Explorer to a shop in Tyler for a rough idle, and after two days of looking at it, they told us we needed a new engine. A friend referred us to Lade, so I took it there, and within a couple of hours they let me know it needed a new timing chain and cam phasers. I gave them the green light to do the repairs and a few days later they had the car fixed, detailed, and running better than the day we bought it. Rick and the service team did a great job, and were very helpful through the whole process. Will be sending all my Ford friends their way!

After dealing with Brinson Ford in Athens for much too long and always coming away being disappointed with their auto service and customer service, I finally decided it was time to pick the next closest Ford dealership to my house.I found a dealership in Frankston, TX called Lade Ford to schedule my next service. After my car repairs were completed and ready for pick up, I am very happy to report we are extremely happy with Lade Ford because they are a group of very friendly people who know how to take care of their clients. Lade Ford is our new preferred dealership to care for the Ford automobiles we currently drive.Thank you very much, Ethan & Zack!

Good folks at Lade ford. Ordered a bronco in Oct 2020. It finally arrived late February , after talking to Jeremy about a 100 times. He was patient and obviously we were. Also have had all the families cars serviced there over the last 3 years. Great service and great team. Thanks y all!!!

I have to give them one star.i normally don't complain about services I received. But i am going to inform the public about buyer be ware when dealing with Lade Ford. Took my 2021 f250 for oil and filter change they quoted 90 for oil and filter change.quoted 90 for Fuel filters 2 of them 45.00 to install got invoice over 400 dollars asked why they said 99.00 for oil change 45 labor never mentioned 90 for two filters and45 labor then it gets better they added def fluid at 7 dollars a gallon was never asked to do so question them they said that's what they charge. So please buyer be ware they are a dishonest dealer ship hope all is well with everyone

Ford house inspection my go to. This year there was a few hours wait but I was in a crunch so I had to go elsewhere. I'll still go back to the Ford House for next inspection. They always do quick job and are friendly

I won't buy a vehicle anywhere else. Bought two F-150s back in 2003 and Jeremy made us a really good deal and we remembered that. No hassle. So even though they are a short drive from Tyler, and could go to a Tyler dealer, decided when it was time to buy Broncos that Jeremy was the place to go. Highly recommend the Lade Ford Team.

The service department here takes care of there customers. They got us out of a situation and got us back on the road. I enjoy how when they have a problem to tell you they also have a solution for you that makes sense.

Took my wife's car here on the recommendation of a friend and man am I glad I did. This is small town home service at it's best. The service staff was fantastic and were very empathetic to the problems I was having. The were attentive and asked questions about my issues. The next day I received a follow up call from the service dept. Letting me know the status of the diagnosis. The vehicle was up and ready to go by the end of that day. The other local Ford dealership said it would be 12 days before they could even look at it. I truly trust the great people here at Lade Ford.

My experience with Lade Ford, and Danny Lade, was 100% positive. He was no nonsense, no games, and gave us a fair price, the first time, no need to haggle. His honesty was refreshing, and made shopping less stressful. I highly recommend.

Great family business!! Purchasing my truck was very easy with them .Then after purchasing I had a sensor issue, brought it by the shop and they fixed it in 45 minutes and had me back on the road . Makes me glad I bought from a local business that cares about their customer.

Working with Lade Ford was unlike any car buying experience Ive ever had. They made the process so easy and stress free. I especially loved the details they put into my new car by presenting the radio stations for me. Then spending an ample amount of time answering all the questions I had and showing me how to work everything. I look forward to doing business with them for many years and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I drove by this dealership after visiting my sister in Tyler during the holidays and decided to stop and check the vehicles. I was very impressed with the customer service and environment. Jeremy did an outstanding job in answering all my questions. All I have to say is what a magnificent experience it was, not to mention that this kind of service quality seems to be lacking around the greater Houston area dealerships.

I have bought 5 or 6 vehicles from Lade Ford and have never been disappointed with the people, there service or anything! Absolutely the most honest auto dealership I ve ever had the privilege to do business with. I recommend Lade Ford to everyone that s looking for an honest deal on a car or pickup.

Was great until my windshield was broken there. They did fix it after I had to practically beg. Spent 1100 for my vehicle to be fixed to come back to a broken windshield. The service man didnt want to fix it but Jeremy Lade fixed it for us. Thankful for him.

The service is great, and they always tell you everything you need to know. I went in for an oil change and was told my back breaks need to be replaced soon. They are trustworthy and always provide quality service.
