Had trouble with a title from a truck my husband bought. Yesenia s made the process so simple when we felt we got screwed! She s amazing, patient and gets right to it. Explains step by step! Definitely recommend!

Needed my tire changed at 7:44 got ignored by mechanic because apparently he wanted to go home, which is fine but he could have just said that instead of ignoring me and my boyfriend when he was talking to him .when i came bck down the road 15 min later he was servicing a lady for a blown tire, so i guess you gotta dress skimpy and look good if u wanna get attended to by their mechanic after hours.

I had a flat on rose dale and 287 so I went to google to see who was open on Sundays , this location says they were open I get there and a young lady and a man in pink tee shirts told me they was not open it was they off day and the only reason they were there was to fix the boss truck remind you they sign says open and the garages where up , YALL NEED TO STOP FALSE ADVERTISING YALL BUSINESS HOURS YALL

Horrible service, was here since 11am while they picked and choose there favorite customers, finally got my tires changed at 3pm, told me one price but once the job was done it was almost double the price without even telling me the price changed, worst tire shop out here

Lady at desk doesn't seem to want to help. Me and my wife walked in took at least 2 minutes to get acknowledged when she was sitting down looking at a computer asked for a notary she said she's gone that's it no shell be back tomorrow no sorry no nothing back to the computer.

This location states it opens at 9. I arrived well before that time and no one arrived to open the shop. Worst place in East Fort Worth.
