Auto Center!! 100% a ZERO star! Had no interest in assisting me. Simple help I asked for. They ALL looked like they had not personality's! They knew I needed help and just stood there looking at each other! Didn't even know how to speak! It was uncomfortable and I was in distress. It was only 11am! Get a different job not working with people is the key! I don't know anyone here in TX and they just let me leave with my new battery! DO NOT GO THERE! If it was just one person, I would've spoken to the manager. But it was all five of them. No help! Just disgusted and hurt. Went to Oakmont St location, Dustin, Scott the mgr and D helped me right away! Great service at Oakmont location!

Well I thought about going here but reading all of the horrible reviews, No Thank you. Its bad enough that the in-store clerks are Awful, now I read that the mechanics are just as bad. That's sad

All but one were lazy, ill-equipped to handle auto care much less answer important questions. I was having a legitimate issue with my vehicle, only one gave me somewhat of an answer (ruled out what it wasn't), and the "Coach" didn't seem like he knew too much nor like he wanted to be there. I wish I could give a better review, but this was the second and last time I will come to this location. I can't speak on the other locations, but this one will never have my support.

I had a nail in my tire, found it on Saturday of course. They were way too busy on Saturday so I came back on Sunday. The gentleman that helped me got me in quicker than anticipated, I greatly appreciated it. Y'all need to quit working those guys that hard and hire more people.

I was stranded at grocery pickup due to battery. I called auto, they said because of protocol they couldn't help me. They did send someone over with a charger. The next day went in to have a new battery put in, guy said he couldn't do, because it had a fuse on it. Ok, we went down to O'Reilly, the tech came out took out the battery and put a new one in. Boom, all fixed. No thanks to Walmart Auto.

Guy turned me away because my key fob, said he couldn t do my oil change wasted my time going up there no other place has every made an issue about my key fob if they guy didn t want to work he could of said that. 1/11/22 around 3:50pm terrible and he was rude even told me to go to jiffy lube which is exactly what I m going to do. Don t understand what my key has to do with an oil change but they lost my business.Service: Oil change

If u have a stash of pocket change make sure to clean it out before taking for an oil change , they made sure to take all the quarters ,

By far the worst experience ever, and very unprofessional service. I came to this location 3 times to get a tire checked out for a slow leak, since this is the closest Walmart to my house. The first 2 times that I came the wait was entirely too long but I could understand because it was on the weekend, so I could give them the benefit of the doubt. So I decided to leave work a bit earlier on a week day so I could get it taken care of in a timely matter. I arrive at the location, check my car in, and wait in the lobby. I notice that 3 to 4 cars that arrived after me had already been taken car of while my car was the ONLY one parked outside, so I go to the counter to ask the representative what the hold up was. He replies "You'll have to go outside to find out who's working on your car, then ask them". Okay no big deal so I go outside and ask every single person working in the bay about my car and no one had any clue about it. At this point all that I want to do is get my keys back then leave, finally I was able to find the supervisor (Veronica) and even she had an attitude about giving me my keys back.... To sum things up, I do not recommend going to this location!

I went in yesterday for an oil change. I was told that they were only doing new tire sales and installation as they only had two people working. This was on orders from the manager, James. So, the most important customers are the ones that will spend more. But, I went down the street and paid $10 less and was out within 30 minutes. I will no longer use Walmart Auto Care Centers.

I made a review before and I don't know what happened to it, so I'm posting again. I went in to get an oil change and when I left my van had a small oil leak. I went back THREE times to tell them to fix the problem. This is a big deal because who has that kind of time and I have young kids. Each time I was told they checked and everything looked good. Each time I left very frustrated but hopeful that maybe they'd tightened something and it would stop leaking. Finally I took it to another repair shop and low and behold they fixed the issue in under 5 minutes for free. I can't remember what it was exactly but they said it was definitely the fault of the person who did the last oil change. It's a nice idea to shop while I get my car worked on and I was really hopeful it would work out.

Wait time is horrible. The staff does not acknowledge customers until you get out of your car and walk up to them even though signs says wait for attendant. Took forever to do a pit crew oil change and after they finished and parked my car and waited another 15 minutes. I alerted the clerk and she told me my car wasn't ready even though it was sitting untouched. I then wait another 10minutes and was finally called and when I asked for keys the cashier couldnt find them. Apparently they were put in the bag for another car. I spent almost 2hrs here.

The wait time here is ridiculous. �It takes 35 minutes to do an oil change? no it doesnt. They dont even inspect the car to check the fluids to see if they are low. I've seen them just take their time doing the oil change. The manager should really do something about it or the shop needs a new manager

Drove half an hour to get here because online it says their auto department doesnt close till 8. Every other Walmart in our area closes at 7. I get there a little before 7:30 and they had already shut it down. One of the mechanics was nice enough to try and help us out but the others didnt seem like they cared. If it advertised to close at 8 then stay open till 8. The one star is for Jose who seemed like the only employee that cares for the customer.

I've been going to Walmart's Auto center for over 20 years for oil changes and tire installs and rotations. On 2 occasions, I've left with an oil leak, and the last service was totally treacherous, as the Manager Billy Thompson was very rude and un-professional when I asked how was he prioritizing customers - I was the 3rd customer for service, but was told that I'd be serviced in an hour. This meant that he was going to service others before me. He escalated, in front of other customers, with his response. Others spoke to his rudeness as I did. I went to the store managers, as he did to try and give a bogus account. Store managers apologized and presented me with a $20 coupon and instructed him to service my vehicle. He gets back to the shop and makes other un-professional remarks but does get my truck serviced. I've attempted to call Headquarters, but no answer or response to messages, as yet. Throughout this ordeal, some customers and employees are remarking that this is the norm for him, including racist remarks. IF you have problems with him, I'd report until he has been replaced. By the way, I understand that he was fired from a Police Dept. ONE STAR RATING and LOST BUSINESS because of him.

I love this place for light maintenence of my car. However when I needed something more complicated, I usually chose a different place. As far as the staffs are concerned, I think they're always friendly and helpful. They also have courtesy check for free. Any warranty for things like battery and such, they always honors it.

*Mag is very unprofessional and exhibits very poor customer service skills. The associates wear outside clothing so it's difficult to differentiate who the actual associates are. David is the only professional associate I encountered my whole experience. Don't waste your time or energy! Go to a different establishment for better customer treatment.*

I would give it no stars of I could. I waited an hour for them to say they didn't have the right filter to do my oil change and since they couldn't do that, they just figured they wouldn't rotate my tires nor the other requests I had made. This walmart is absolute sgit.

When I got my oil change the supervisor did not screw my oil cap on tightly and as I was driving, it popped off somewhere with results of oil coming out everywhere under my hood making it basically smoke. I went back to speak to the manager to get my cap replaced and he just went and got me any oil cap that didnt go with my car which resulted in the same incident with my car smoking !!smh I usually go to Wal-Mart but don't go it'll be a waste of money and time. They won't care for your car !

Took them 3 hours to change a tire for my mother. Then fail to call us when it was ready because the lady working at the register said he didn't call us because he couldn't say the last name. Well he could've just said ma'am your car is ready. Or Maybe I'm asking too much.

Came there today with something in my tire that made it go flat and arrived at 3:45 pm and was told they only had 1 tire person and he was working on a tire for me to go to the walmart off of hulen. They dont close until 8pm and it is before 4pm and they cant fix my tire. Worst place ever.

First told us an hr and when I was waiting I over heard they lost a drain plug. In the mean time owe it will be another hr. This was my que to leave.

They used to be fast in and out. Now u have to wait at least hour and 30 mins even when there is not a lot cars.... hours says 8:00 am they open the door 8:30

Had a good experience. Bought a battery for my truck. They carried it & tested it for me, even gave me a discount bc my old one apparently was still under warranty. Under a hundred, 3 yr, full replacement.

THEY SAY THAT THEY CAN'T FIX YOUR TIRE BECAUSE OF NOT ENOUGH RUBBER HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND PAYED $12.00 WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE COST NOTHING WITH ROAD HAZZARD WHICH I HAD PLUS HE JUST WANTED TO SELL ME A TIRE I WILL NEVER BUY TIRES THERE EVER AGAIN. LAZY AND LIARS.

They need more employees to doing their job than to sit around and watch someone else doing their work when there are 10 cars lined up and 3 bays open.
