This review is specifically for Dustin in the auto care center! He was a blessing sent from God to my kids and I on 2/20! The night before my kids and I ended up stranded in the parking lot over night because my car went dead. (I asked multiple ppl in the parking lot for a jump but no one would help) when the auto center opened I went over and asked for a jump. The first guy hesitantly came out, jumped us with the box and then left. My car started but it sounded like a truck and would not accelerate. I cut the car off and tried to start it agin but it would not come in. I went back to the auto center for another jump so that I could let my windows up and just leave my car there for a few days. That s when Dustin offered a helping hand. He PROPERLY jump started my car again. This time it was back running like a champ. He then took it into the bay and recharged and checked the battery. He was able to charge it completely, tell me what was wrong with the car and exactly what was needed (he rigged it up so I could get back on the road in the mean time)! I was able to get my kids and I to our destination without any other issues. This man deserves a raise and I hope God blesses him in a major way. I am so thankful for his help!

Good value for an oil change. Not the fastest on the planet but they check your fluid levels, refill windshield wiper fluid, etc. You should have plenty of time to do some grocery shopping and they'll text you when your car is ready. Be sure to make an appointment ahead of time so you can jump ahead of all the other poor schlubs who are there waiting in line. Be prepared for the clientele, because Walmart.

Auto Center 100% great! I had been stranded, got a tow truck to jump meI called and DUSTIN over and beyond helped me! I went to Mcart location to get the battery and NO one would help me! DNT go there! If it was just one person, I would have spoken with the manager! But it was ALL of them! See the review for them! Called Oakmont location back and Left after SCOTT the mgr said yes! Come down! I pulled up and D helped right away! This is what customer service Is about!!! They had my mind at ease and went over and beyond to help! Actually cared what was going on! Thanks to them I feel so much better! Great experience at Oakmont TX location. Everyone was great! Thank you all !

This has to be the most disgusting and UNPROFESSIONAL Walmart that I have ever visited. The service department needs to be trained and not try and outsource work just because they are to lazy to do it themselves. I will NEVER go back to this location.

I came in for an oil change and they did not tighten it so my oil was leaking for weeks and I had to come back to get a new oil change. It s not a bad spot, but make sure you re paying attention to the car service or else it could go wrong .

Came for an oil change, installed 2 tires I brought and to purchase 2 new tires. The tire guys only change the 2 tires I brought after 3.5 hours I m ready to leave and noticed the 2 new tires I bought here are not installed, waited an hour to get the other 2 tires I stall. I left the shop with a broken tire pressure sensor (tpms), the tires were not put back on the same side and getting wrong pressure and loose lug nuts.

I came here on time exactly @ 7am. Doors haven't open on time. Not bad friendly employees. Kinda of slow. Technician said it will take about 20 mins to complete. To me... I don't buy it. Because I'm watching the time when they finish.

Associates of this auto center call customer hey you they behave impolitely with customer they are selfish unprofessional associates Walmart should train them and teach them the ethics and good behavior they are really disrespectful to customer

My experience was good. I didn't have to wait for so long though I thought that at my appointment time, just like with physicians, someone is ready for me, but it wasn't like that. But it wasn't so bad.

Had no problems at the Hulen store returning 2 tires bought from online, but the Benbrook store? Nothing but rudeness from the lady in cust service. Says it was against corporate policy as they had no automotive dept there. It clearly stated on your site that this store would take them back due to me receiving wrong sized tires from Ark.I'm mad enough over it all that I'll more than likely not be entering any of your stores again. The ol man is probably rolling in his grave over what's become of his stores...

Excellent job on my headlight restoration. Wasn't sure that results would be as good as they were, but they look like new. For just $25 and an hour of my time just looking around while he worked and it saved me over $100 buying new ones. Doing this yourself doesn't usually render as professional a result so I do recommend giving them on this one.

I took my car in this past Saturday morning expecting them to be extremely busy. Upon dropping my car off the woman technician was very friendly and helpful when it came to determining the best products for my car.She explained exactly what I was going to be receiving during my servicing.shortly after I'm walking around the store I hear them calling my name to pick up my vehicle. They have the fastest turnaround for service.I saved so much money and time but not going into my dealership.

Took my car to get the oil changed now the gas gauge is broke.My wife took my car to get the oil changed before we came to Oklahoma on Friday. And now my gas gauge isn't working properly anymore. I filled up at buckees and got to the house at here and gauge still said full.Leaving the house this morning to and it said half full. Then we got to church and said 3/4 of way full.Never had a problem before oil change. Walmart pretty much said I have to be able to prove they broke it for them to fix it...Service: Oil change

Hispanic worker very nice offer to instsll headlight but but his manager service manaGer was rude refuse to put headlight on he said its easy too do that since I have crack headlight it would blow out soon as put new bulb was in .thats my problem if it blow out I just needed install . Bad energy from service manager Hispanic worker fix my flat tire thank you, today noveember 9th went to get oil change and only need driver windshield replace,and the guy replace both ,i told him i wont the passenger side put back on since its new and last month i bought from sams, and he said it broke and why i wont it back, i wont it back cuzz it new, and i went in got my refund from sams of the new windshield wiper your worker broke ,so he broke it off instead of just taking it off ,anyway i went got a refund from sams but wal mart auto care on hulen ,too many bad experiences from yall i think i just keep going back to westworth ,YouService: Tires

Bought 2 new tires and got an oil change. The price was right but was busy when I got there. 2 hour wait. Not always that busy. Work was professional. I would repeat.

Went there to get an oil change. Was quoted around ~$60 which is very good for full synthetic. After taking all my information I was told to hang out inside and they'll call me when I'm done. This was all fine until about 20 minutes after I'm waiting inside I'm told that they couldn't change my oil because my oil pan plug was "stripped". They told me that whoever changed my oil last was the culprit and I would have to go to them. This was a issue because I'm the one who changed my oil last. I usually change my own oil but decided to not deal with all of that today. What they did was use a 12 point wrench on my 6 point oil pan plug. They made the situation seem like they didn't just round my oil pan plug and I knew it was them that just did it because my oil pan plug had rust on it and around the plug where a wrench would go there were conveniently no rust. As if they put the wrong type of wrench on and tried to brute force it causing the rust to be scraped off. This is very disappointing that they wouldn't confess to them completely ruining my oil pan plug and telling me they won't change my oil. I'm very disappointed with the service of this place and will not be taking my car there ever again. This was the first time I tried Walmart auto care and it was awful. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my business to Midas who very easily got the oil pan plug off with the correct wrench head and changed my oil very quickly. I would highly recommend that people start going to anywhere but this Walmart. The worst part is that when I explained to Midas what had happened they said that they hear that all the time from people that this particular Walmart is awful at changing oil and that they've had people lose their oil pan plugs and have very similar situations to mine. I would highly recommend that no one come here for any service at all as whoever is working there at the moment is very incompetent.

Worst experience ever at an auto shop type place. They took an hour and a half to change my battery. There were several other cars that pulled in and were out before they finished with mine. Then on top of the excessively long wait, they lost my keychain that was attached to my car key and didn't seem the least bit worried or apologetic for that. This is the last time I will ever be coming to this place. Highly dissatisfied with entire experience.

They're usually very helpful. I got all 4 of my tires replaced here. My car has been driving so much better since then, and they didn't rush.

Techs don't know proper way to balance tires! Also over tighten lug nuts with impact! If you buy tires here, take them somewhere else to have mounted and balanced! NOT ANY WALMART!!Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

Always organized. They do a great job at a good price. Whether it's a tire change, oil change, etc. Very easy to get set up to begin the process. Convenient location at Walmart so you can pass the time while you wait, or plan a grocery day at that time.

Literally the only reason I like this store now. All the employees throughout the store are grumpy and unfriendly, except the Auto Care employees. My battery was dead & they helped jump my car then test the battery for free. Turned out it was just loose & corroded so they helped me get it back to working again & on my way in less than 30 minutes from the minute it wouldn't start. Very grateful for Scott & his team!!

If I could I would give it 0 stars, they fixed my tire but the next day woke up with a flat. Spoke with the manger and took everything as a joke. DO NOT RECOMEND to anybody. I do not like writing bad reviews but they truly don t deserve a good one.

They did an oil change on my car, though when I got the receipt there were things marked "not applicable". I asked what that meant and 2 staff in the car department said they were items that Wal-mart won't check. Like the transmission fluid, power steering fkuid, etc. This was disappointing to learn after paying $38+ for an upgraded oil change. I'd prefer to go to a place which would check all the fluid levels.

SLOOOW. There was 1 car in the shop before me. Tech said it would be about 45 mins to change 2 tires. I'm now at an hour and 45 mins and my car is still on the lift with wheels off. No end in sight....

Big lairs! Waste of your money and time, and they are big lairs I don not recommend this place for anyone not even an enemy. I took my car for oil change and I told them to put the Full Synthetic oil coz my car is designed for Full Synthetic, they say "ok". When I come back to get my car they put 3k miles on it for next service. They charged me for full synthetic but they add regular oil.Just poor customer service, and poor business.
