SCAM ALERT- I had my factory tires replaced with rims. They charged me $50. I was told they forgot to put on the tire pressure sensors and to bring it back if the dash light comes on. When I came back to have their work corrected they charged me $80! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BY HAVING WORK DONE CORRECTLY THE 1st TIME!!! Several customers have to return for corrections.

Tanner didnt want to take rhe time to give me 2 seperate repairs. Took the car in to have vreaks replaced. Advised the check engine light was on. Picked up the car and realized the ABS light was still on. One would think that you would check the abs issue while working on the breaks. They just seemed put out. Never going back.

Absolutely thankful for this place after getting a flat tire going through a car wash. The business was closing for the day but stayed after to repair. Thanks to Cody Flinn for being an awesome person! He saved the day!

Have gone there a few times with my 2021 C8 for aftermarket wheel and tire installations. Very friendly shop and really appreciate the high level of commitment. Went one day, in particular, for a faulty tpms sensor needing to be replaced (not their fault I had bought a bad batch of sensors) 15 min before they closed and they took it in and did the change no problem. Mixed up their open hours by accident. If you have a low car, go through the back entrance as their front has a steep incline. Highly recommend them.

Cody is the man. Viper tire hooked me up with some Toyo at3s and leveled my Silverado. Looks and rides great !

These guys been around for awhile if you ain't been to vaper tire shop then you really ain't from the Westside but besides all that they welcome all.i been having trouble finding used tire size for my truck but they came threw for me.fair price in got me in and out so I could go get my truck inspected.In plus Lisa chicken next door so grab a peace of chicken while you wait.The young man behind the desk handles business good.thanks sir.I came in the other day gotba 235 75 used in had the green old 96 chevy farm truvk.thanks

Was unable to give no stars, they damaged my rims, can't Ballance tires, I had a bad vibration from fort worth all the way to corpus, once I called and talked with tanner he thought it was funny and told me he doesn't have time for this. I do not recommend anyone to visit this shop

There is a reason I have chosen Viper to be my go to mechanic shop for the last four years. I am a professional driver by trade, and they go far beyond in their level of providing service.They are like the old-school mechanic shops that we grew up with that are actually interested in fixing your property without gouging you in the walletAnd it does not hurt that they re mechanics know what they re doing !

They do good work but they rip u off when u pay for your car with a debit card got charged $14 for using my debit card.They don't tell you that it's a fee for using it either they just say it a sing on the counter so if u go to pay for your car use cash because they charge u for using the card machine 20 something percent to use it. After I already got charged $14 for taxes Rip off

I own a company with 6 company cars and would take my cars here for new tires when needed. Today I brought a car in for brakes and they wanted over $1000, $450 for just the front. They said that rear rotors MAY be warped bc they are the original rotors for the car. If they actually checked the rotors they would know if they were warped or if they weren t, not just they might be so they need to be replaced. They just lost a customer bc I will never use them for anything again

I hit a pot on the road very hard and My tire kept leaking air and I thought I needed a new tire. Didn t find out until a tire person at Walmart told me my rim was bent. I Panicked. First time owning rims. I called all over the city. This is the only place that welcomed me on a Saturday morning and promised to have it back a couple days as it was a Saturday. Went in a couple days later as promised with no hiccups and they installed it. Was in and out in minutes to drop off and pick up. I highly recommend and will use them if this happens again. I m a female and didn t feel taken advantage of plus painted the rim as it was aluminum and they match perfectly.

I took an ac kit for installation. Two "wrong" condensers later they sold an overpriced aftermarket condenser, not OEM, after keeping my vehicle for a week because they couldn't figure out how to do it as quoted.

Dwayne is so kind and if I try to come up with more words for these folks, I just tear up! This establishment is truly family owned and operated! I love it! . I feel like family whenever I show up with the occasional flat tire! I have been patronizing Viper since the late 90's and I have yet to see an employee without smile on their face! They love what they do! Dwayne and Tanner have blessed me too many times to count with their honesty and they are very, very courteous to me! What made me even more grateful to them is that they recognize me ! They most definitely get you in and out in a pleasantly surprising quick, efficient and effective manner! I never, ever had to wait more than 15 minutes or so! Oh yeah, and they definitely are reasonable and affordable in price! Thank you so much for your kindness and excellent service! I most strongly as I can, recommend you folks to my Family, friends, and my Shipmates! Be blessed as you all blessed me!

I went in for an alignment in November after rebuilding my suspension and they told me they could not print me out the alignment sheet. Lied to me and said that they would have to put it back on the lift and redo everything.Came back in April, inside the 6 month warranty period, and requested them to do a once over of the alignment because I could tell my toe was off and I felt like I had a bit too much camber. (I had driven the truck maybe 200 miles on that alignment set up. It needed a trans rebuild and a rear main seal replaced so it was parked for a long time.) Dropped off the truck and received a phone call a couple hours later with them instantly accusing me of putting in new parts. Not true and I have time stamped photos to show the work I did back in November.They printed out the old spec sheet from November, remember when they told me they couldn't? The excuse now was that back then their printer was broken. They also said that my lower control arm bolts were backwards so they couldn't have done the alignment, if anyone has any mechanical skill or knowledge they know that LCA bolts don't affect the alignment with their orientation. Then they changed it to upper control arm bolts being the bolts with the wrong direction, also you can only put those in one way. They wanted to charge me for a brand new alignment, which was $20 more expensive than the first one I got from them.Took my keys and left to somewhere else and got it aligned no problem. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to over the phone and being accused of doing something that I had proof I did not do.I have had multiple friends and family come to this shop with no issues and a good alignment but this was my experience.

I have been to the shop usually just for an oil change. I called this morning because I had a flat, prepared to purchase a used tire because I know it was in bad shape. They told me over the phone they had the size I needed and in my price range so I said great and went. 20 minutes later the guy comes out and says that he does not have the same size tire but can put a different size. I asked if it would make much of a difference because I know it would. He looks me dead in my face and says if I wouldn t have told you, you would have never known . Long story short if you are a woman and are white, do not go here because they will try to rip you off. Never again will I use this business. Oh and they kept the damaged tire.

Discount tire screwed up, so came here instead. Got me in and out quick and amazing customer service. Cody Flinn is amazing and took care of me and made sure everything was up to par.

Great place, usually pretty fast, well liked so go in early if you're in a hurry. Dwayne the owner is amazing and will do everything he can to get you out spending the least amount possible. One of the only places that told me upfront a few possible issues and the low and high end of cost. He had never been outside has range either and we got here A LOT! Great customer service!

Hidden Gem!! This place has a ton of tires new & used. Tanner and his people are great and have a real commitment to excellence. Will be purchasing all of my tires here & anything else my Juke needs at Viper!!!!..Reasonable prices too!!!

I ve been here twice for services. Once for new tires and once for engine repair. They re always fast and courteous. Tanner kept me updated the whole time and was really nice as well.(I recommend using the Snap! Financing as well if you re in a pinch)

Awesome place. They replaced my motor mounts and struts, and noticed several things wrong with my car that my previous mechanic did not. And they allowed me to finance my repairs! Great place.

Tanner and his crew of techs are outstanding!!! Polite, thorough, patient, and knowledgeable!!! They listened to all my concerns with by truck and genuinely cared that I was safe while driving it. I am so glad I found them!! Great job gentlemen!!!

Walked in and within seconds I was greeted, and asked how I could be helped. Dwayne definitely knows how to make a customer feel welcome. Both himself, and his workers are super professional, and friendly. Not only do they have tires for days they are also a fully capable auto repair shop. Great prices, and fully stand behind their work. I will definitely do buisness again here, and would highly recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again Dwayne.
