Rated 5 stars because I can't rate them 6. Randy is awesome and very transparent. I needed to replace a cv axle, inner/outer tie rods, sway bar end links and all ball joints. They had it done within a day and even went further to replace a rusted bolt in my shock tower that was causing highway rattle. Did all of this for 40% of the price other guys around town were quoting. These guys are real deal.

These people are always friendly enough, and I have no reason to think they don't mean well, but I took them my kids 2014 Maxima and asked them to diagnose and fix the shaking in the back of the car. They called the next day and said I needed 2 axles replaced, which I paid for. When I came to get the car they said "by the way it's still not running right. you probably need a tune-up". What! - I thought ok, well let's take it for a tune up. Paid for that elsewhere (because they don't do that?), and as soon as I drove it again over 40mph it the shaking was just as bad as before. So look, I get they don't do everything, and I guess the axles needed to be replaced, but none of the trouble I took it there for was addressed. So now I'm out a good chunk of money with no improvement. Couldn't they just have said they didn't know what to do?

These guys are a great, old school shop that knows what they're doing. My front suspension was rattling at low speeds... really annoying to listen to. Put it on friends lift and we couldn't find anything. Took it to Vernon's and Randy and team had it diagnosed within a couple hours. Ordered parts and had me on my way the the next day, NO MORE RATTLE!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Very good experience. Treated very well,, Randy and Jim are very knowledgeable and reasonable. Was quoted fair price on alignment, ended up not needing the alignment. But they did correct brake noise. Will be a returning customer!

Absolute professionals.My official car dealer didn't have the tools or know-how to extract rusty bolts for replacing important frame parts that caused bad alignment and fast tire wear. Excellent price for front and rear end alignment can beat any competitor. Brought in my G6 for front end alignment - price was so good i ended up doing the rear too. Walked next door for lunch and they were done the moment I came back. Fast and high quality service - also love the appeal of their old-school retro signage. Great alignment service, my full alignment was barely over $100.

The service was good and done the same day happy about that , but the lady that took my car information and payment was very sour towards me . A little kindness goes a long ways. Hard to decide if I'd like to spend my money there a second time because of it. As for the mechanics they were nice and awesome

The owner is really friendly and nice. Frankly as an Asian girl, I have no idea about how car works - when my car says low tire pressure, I don t even know how to add air into the tire. They helped me twice, and suggested me to go to tire service. Although I don t need alignment right now, but I strongly recommend this place.

This is a good shop with knowledgeable mechanics. No gimmicks. It is also a great experience to visit the shop. It takes me back in time. Randy is a straight shooter. I had trouble finding a good place to line up the frontend of my be vw bug. This was the 3rd place l went to Vernon's on White Settlement Rd. I could not be happier with the work. They do alignments on Foreign and Domestic ,Vintage and Classics Front Ends.

Took my daughter's car for alignment . It drove good before, but unusual wear on tires. Picked it up and it was dangerously pulling to the right. Excuse was the tires were bad (which was true). Put new tires .Still pulled. Next excuse is now control arms . Funny how it didn't pull with worn out tires and bad control arms before his alignment . I would never recommend this place.

Best alignment shop in Tarrant County. All wheel alignments are $110. Best to drop off vehicle in the morning & come back for it when they're done. You can also wait if they're not too busy. They setup the alignment, camber, & castor for my Mustang GT after coilover install so I could drive it at Eagle's Canyon Raceway road course in Decatur. It's done by hand and done right every time by experienced personnel.
