Wesley is fantastic to deal with! He helped me over the phone with my roll bar dilemma and he is awesome to chat with. You guys run an excellent business here and i definitely recommend TDR to any miata owner. i hope to visit one day if i venture down to Texas

These guys are the BEST if you're a proud Mazda Miata owner... they've always got many cars of racing spec to look at & thousands of parts to purchase for ALL Miata models! Pricing is competitive. Vehicle knowledge and advice can't be beat! They even have in-house designed parts for your car that are also sold in others' online outlets, as well as printed publications; so you know they're doing it right... In addition, everyone working there is friendly & fun, & i always look forward to doing business with them or just to stop in & shoot the breeze!!...

I've taken someone else's project car I bought to these guys to have it redone the right way, and in the process learned a ton and paid only reasonable prices. These guys are good.

If you have a Miata and have performance work to be done this place should be at the top of your list for go to shops. I had my exhaust system entirely replaced with them and they exceeded my expectations. William and David made the entire process awesome, and they spent plenty of time answering my questions around the install. These guys know miatas in and out and have a wealth of experience working with many of the popular after market parts/brands. If you want mechanics that really know your car I can't recommend them more highly.

Definitely worth the trip to visit! This crew works exclusively on miata's. Very knowledgeable and have many recommendations to anyone looking to simply add a small power bump or make loads of boost. They also know the failure points of every miata model mechanically inside and out. Definitely going through them anytime I need advise or parts!

Bought a brake kit packaged by Wilwood through track dog. Kit came with wrong pitch thread which caused some damage on my stock lines. Track Dog told me it s not their mistake and said I had to reach out to Wilwood myself. Wilwood was a pain so I again reached out to track dog and they didn t get back to me. If you sell a product, you need to stand by it, it s simple. They could have at the very least settled it with Wilwood but chose to pass off responsibility. Not a great experience

Any time I've ordered parts here they are extremely slow to ship. On two separate occasions (different order dates) I was told my items would be shipped the next day. Both times they were not shipped and had to wait an entire weekend prolonging delivery date. Hate to be that guy to leave a sub par review but this is the only thing I dislike about this vendor. Please be true to your word and I will gladly edit this review.

Nothing but great things to say about TDR and especially David! He is very knowledgeable about NDs and installed an aftermarket exhaust and midpipe exactly as I had wanted. He thoroughly explained everything afterward and I couldn t be happier with the result. Quick and professional correspondence with William and the rest of the staff along the way. Will definitely be back for future Miata work.

After trying multiple other shops to work on my miata. It s been about a year I only use TDR. Less issues and they know what they are doing. Also they become like a close friend you can always call with questions. Thanks you guys!

Got a rear wheel bearing done here and they got it done so quick I was able to sit and wait for such a short time! They really know what they're doing, and if you want your Miata to last a long time, I really recommend bringing it by!

I ve had my NA6/8 in here several times and they have gone above and beyond each time. Extremely knowledgeable staff and willing to go out of their way to help, either by answering questions over the phone, or literally driving down the road to help start your stalled out car and get it in to the shop. Hands down the place you need to take your MX-5 if you live within a day s drive of Dallas.

PANDEMIC BREAK DOWN.........Radiator failed me and Track Dog saved the day during the Covid 19 nightmare. Excellent service from William, Garrett and the rest of the fellas. They were very Professional.Gary the owner I have known for over 20 years and never.....ever....heard a negative comment regarding his service in the Miata community.Excellent service...prices are better than a Dealer and their honest. Placed an order and never received it. Called them and they said "we take no responsibility for the carrier" made me pay for another part until they got the refund. They did discount the cost. However after I was informed that they received the refund from ups they waited a month to credit me and then they only credited me the "discounted" price after waiting for months to finally receive the item. Very poor customer service. I work in the same type of business and pride myself and company for taking care of our customers not to leave them innconvienced as even in this case had no fault. I paid for a product, never received it, was shipped a 2nd part only after I had to pay for it again (yes it was discounted) but then after all this hassle they wait a month after ups says the claim is closed and refund was made to credit me. Then I only get a partial credit for having to wait an deal with all this hassle. Not to mention i had to track them down several times as no one would call me back. Poor business structure. Customers are what pay your bills. Take care of them. Rant over wish I could give 0 stars

Love Track Dog Racing. They're Miata people and know Miatas. They always take good care of my '01 - it always drives way better after they work on it. Jay Leno suggests that you "get A Guy" who knows your vehicle. Track Dog Racing is your "Guy" for Miatas.

I am glad I finally get a chance to write a review for Gary. It is hard to give full credit to Gary and the track Dog team. Certain Words like honest, genuine, and badass come to mind when trying to effectively describe Gary. About a week ago I gave Gary a call and he agreed to meet me on the weekend so I could pick up some parts for my miata. When I arrived, I met up with Gary, Michael, and Harry( Michael and Harry are also badasses) and they let me just hang out with them and pick their brains about cars. I ended up staying for a good three hours where I got to talk to Gary about everything from different boost systems, to stroked out engines. I can't explain how appreciative I am that Gary would sit down with a young dude like me and just filter out common misconceptions, provide advice on upgrades, and just share his knowledge. Not to mention the fact that he took me out in one of his miata's and showed me what his shop is about. I highly recommend this shop for ALL miata enthusiasts.
