The service department is top notch. My advisor Terry Schneider is easy to work with. I schedule my appointments online and select him as my advisor. It s quick and easy. I came in last minute because my battery died. Terry answered my phone call and told me to come right on in and they took care of installing my new battery as well as taking care of my oil change which was supposed to be scheduled for Saturday at 8 am so it saved me a trip! The service bays are clean and the waiting area is spacious. There are clean restrooms, a snack area, a TV and lots of cushioned chairs to rest on. There is also a kids area.

Very nice people... Treated me with kindness even though I was over reacting to the caution light on the car. Nothing was wrong ... You know I didn't put the gas cap on right... They didn't try to rob me. Omg.... That place was amazing...you pull up to the door and it opens and you drive in. I was like a little kid at the toy store. The technology of the building was fascinating. I am still like what. Great people.

Had a great experience!!! They got me in and out quickly. My service advisor Peter is always nice and polite when I get him. He answered all my concerns and ensured me how to keep my car running smoothly.

I took my car to a couple shops before Toyota of Fort Worth. I told the other shops something was wrong with my brakes and shocks, but I wasn t taken seriously. One shop took six months waiting on parts before I gave up on them and came to Toyota of Fort Worth. I am so glad I did. Trevor took all my concerns seriously, checked everything I requested, found the problems I expected, and repaired them in a quicker timeframe than I expected. I might have paid a bit more than some other shops for going to the dealership, but it was 100% worth it. I highly recommend them.

Maintenance service advisor, Mr Byron Beteta has been very generous in giving me car related information and Toyota recommended advice especially that my car has already ran 80K miles on the road.

Regina was fantastic! I bought my truck here, but live in central Texas. My local dealership was not willing to honor my extended warranty, so we came back here to fix a leak my truck was having. Regina was prompt with communication and worked to make sure we were able to go back home same day. 11/10, wish she was closer.

Trevor was my SA. He's very good at explaining the services and making good recommendations. Maurice did the work and I must say he did a great job. The engine bay was extremely clean after the service.

I took my car for an oil change and I waited for three hours and when I went to check the status of my car the paperwork was still on counter top. I after I spoke with the service manager and stated the time frame that was given to me for the service to be done his respond was not all the days are the same no apologizes for the lack of communication or service. This is unacceptable and I m very disappointed with this service of this location.

Been coming here for my maintenence on my Tacoma the past two years. Easy to schedule service but the scheduling coordinators can either be friendly and helpful or rude and condescending. Most recent visit, I waited exactly 8 minutes inside the garage in the Appointment Lane before someone acknowledged my existence. Dealership prices on service and parts (exorbitantly marked up). For the price, the amount of time spent waiting and level of customer service here could be better.

I love coming here.. I know it's a dealership and BORING right.. Right... But the people are super friendly and honest. Since the corona outbreak they do practice social distancing in that they have mask on and the chairs in the waiting area are 6 feet apart. I will say i had some cash in the console before i went in and left my truck in their hands.. And when i came back out the cash had not moved. This has been my experience more than once! So super honest! I love my Toyota care team

I bought a new car here last summer. It was good, which in my experience is rare when buying a new car. My first experience with the service department was horrible. I swore I'd never go back, but I went again out of necessity. My second experience with their service department was better. Not stellar by any means, just better. I will update if/when I go again.

Jeff McGarr and his team are awesome! I needed work on my axle boot that had been replaced 9 months earlier. Thankfully, Toyota of Fort Worth notified me of the warranty I had on the part and they were willing to squeeze me in ASAP to get it fixed. My husband and I drove up from Houston and it was well worth it! Jeff and his team were so friendly and very willing to work with us. I've never had a better experience getting my car fixed.

My Toyota Corolla was purchased from this dealership. I've had a good experience overall. The employees I've interacted with are polite, well mannered, happy to assist you and answer your questions. Reminder: "Customer Service is not a department, it's everyone's job. One customer well taken care of could be more valuable than $10k worth of advertising.

We went in for the 40K service for our Highlander. All work done in less time than promised. Before we knew it our vehicle was freshly washed and delivered to the departure lane. Can't say anything to pricing as the work was covered under an extended warranty.

Technicians literally damaged my wheels rotating the tires!! They obviously don't care about other people's vehicles. It's a real shame that you take your car in to be serviced only to receive it back with damage. Will Never bring my car here for service again. I advise any car owner who cares about their car to go somewhere else!! You have been warned

I highly recommend knowing what service you need before going in. I had a coupon for a $54 oil change and it somehow ended up costing $77.10 (including an $8.12 "repair order" charge to dispose of the oil...seriously!?). But that's not even the most frustrating part. My car is in mint condition, runs perfect, and has less than 35,000 miles, yet they somehow recommended an additional $745 of services (which I declined), including $50 plus tax for an engine air filter (which costs about $15 on Amazon and takes about 1 minute (2 minutes max) to swap out). When I got home, I checked the air filter and it's not even dirty. I've driven only Toyotas for more than 30 years and I am 100% certain that every one of the "recommended services" (which included a brake flush, power steering flush, induction service, throttle body service, etc.) is completely unnecessary for a low mileage car in this condition. I have dealt with some very nice folks at this dealership in the past (going back to the 90's before it was named Toyota of FW), but the "shop charges" and the shameless upselling of unnecessary services are getting out of hand.Service: Oil change

The service was great but 650 dollars to change spark plugs? I assume what they told me was true about having to remove the intake manifold causing all the labor but then Toyota needs a redesign on that engine.

Great new car buying & trade-in experience. Mike (Michael) J. was efficient, informative, and helped me find exactly what I wanted. The process was smooth and easy. Very happy with the quality of service and my new car!

I dropped off my 2015 Lexus ES350 for its 100,000 mile servicing as well as wife's 2019 Toyota Highlanders 10,000 servicing on a thursday and was given the red carpet special. Angel G. was my service writer for my car and she is top notch for her craft. Recommended what I needed and quoted the price for all of it to be under $2K (parts and labor). After the maintenance was completed, it was determined that new front brakes were recommended as well and it would cost another $200+. It was okayed by me over the phone and was told that Friday would be beneficial for pickup. I said no problem. Once I arrived on friday mid day, the bill was still $2K. Talk about keeping business. Its employees like her that keep me coming back for repeat business. Thank you Angel G. and Ft. Worth Toyota. When it comes time for trading in my Lexus (another 100k more miles of course), you will be the dealer I will come to 1st.

Their service is OUTSTANDING! I took my Corolla in for 2 recalls that I believed would take a minimum of 8 hours to complete. Toyota of FW had them complete along with an oil change and tire rotation; I was back on the road within 3 hours! Way To Roll, Toyota of Fort Worth!

All good and great service. Only reason I gave a 4 star review is for the constant underestimation of the service wait times. Other than that, great customer service at their service department.

We were pressured at Toyota of Weatherford even after we explained we wanted to think about their offer (right now or the deal is off the table). We left and shopped online at Toyota of Fort Worth. We not only saved several thousand dollars, the staff we dealt with were knowledgeable, friendly and delivered exactly what we asked for. I'm hooked on online buying at Fort Worth Toyota

Terrible service, 7.5 hours just to run a diagnostic. I recieved a quote for $3,500 on a repair that I got done elsewhere for $600. Still received a charge of $145 for a "visual diagnostic". I strongly suggest not trusting this facility and faculty. I honestly don't post often, but this experience I will never forget.

Got my 20,000 service. Changed oil. The guy said they rotated tires. I had a nail in tire. Tire was in same spot as yesterday when I went to get fixed. So no they did not rotate my tires. He lied
