My Wife and I went to Toyota of Fort Worth to look at Toyota Tundra s because we were thinking of buying a truck at the end of the year ! I wanted to get a GMC Denali so my wife said what about a Toyota Tundra and I said I ve never seen one up close or driven one so we went Saturday after her dentist appointment and when we arrived there was lots of trucks on the lot but one really caught my eye and it was a pearl white 2024 i force max 1794 edition ! A salesman name Pedro came up to us and introduced himself and asked if he can show us something ! We told him if we can look and maybe take it on a test drive ? He said sure and got the remote and we looked the truck over and my wife and I fell in love with the truck ! It had everything I was looking for and more plus it was cheaper than if we got the Denali so we told it for a drive and we were hooked ! He showed us other trucks but I found what we were looking for but we really wasn t looking to buy today ! Pedro said we can look at numbers on the truck with no obligation to buy it so my wife and I decided to see what we can get the truck for with our trade-in and I let my wife do all the dealing with Pedro because I m a pushover if I want something we came to a good deal and it only took about little over a hour from the time we arrived and to the time we drove our brand new truck home ! We definitely had a good experience with everyone there and I would recommend them to my friends and family ! Aloha and Mahalo Pedro

Just bought my first car ever here at Toyota of Fort Worth and it was the best experience I could ask for. I personally worked with Colton who was very friendly and helpful in assisting me on my purchase. He kept my budget in mind at all times and was super open with me about any questions I had regarding the sale. They managed to help me get a 2024 Toyota Camry and stayed after hours to help me with my concerns. Definitely recommend coming here for a really detailed and thoughtful experience.

My husband and I worked with Mr Barry. He was very attentative to our needs. He made himself available to address our questions and made us feel very comfortable when talking cost. He kept good communication with us about the status of our vehicle. We new our out the door cost before we arrived. The general manager and other staff members were just as pleasant as Mr. Barry. We got the vehicle we wanted. I recommend Toyota of Forth Worth.

A+ Service 360 from sales personnel, service advisor Louis Robles, service technicians and counter personnel. Very friendly, courteous and prompt service. Service Advisor always gives me an approximate wait time, explains if anything needs to be done or lets me know what service will be coming up if any. Very helpful. Love that the dealership it self is nice, quiet and peaceful. Sometimes too quiet I end up taking a nap.

I worked with Kevin and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately can't remember and both were great! They took extra time working with us to get us a good deal for the car we wanted while still making us aware of other options available. They were polite and the facility was comfortable and nice. I definitely recommend this dealership! We were first time buyers with no credit yet, and we were still able to drive away in a new car with a reasonable payment and lower interest than I was expecting. Thank you guys so much!

I took my car in to Toyota of Fort Worth today for a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Terry Schneider was my service contact. He greeted me at my car and thoroughly explained what was going to be done to my car and told me it would take an hour. He contacted me by text after the car was taken back to reiterate what he had explained and how to contact him if I had any questions or concerns while I waited. It took LESS than an hour! I was shocked. I was super pleased with their great service, great communication AND I was out of there in less than an hour! I highly recommend their service department!

A new dealership just opened 5min from my house but I had such a good experience with my 1st purchase from camp bowie, I wanted to go back.BAD CHOICE.Pedro did what every salesman does push til you get the commission! I mentioned several things I wanted, like leather seats. There were only 4 Camry s on the lot and I said at least 5x I m not ready to buy today, we are just looking. But of course, the excitement of a new car and seeing only 4 made me anxious. Pedro saw this. I was quiet & nervous and even said, I m ignorant to this, I need time! A good person would ve accepted that and told me when the next stock was coming (it came 2 days later). But he s a salesman so he doesn t care about the customer, only what s going in his pocket. What s unfortunate is I could ve had the exact car I wanted had I known there was a shipment coming in just days later. AND he could ve received more commission.It wasn t until after the purchase that I noticed the additional $500 discount off MSRP was removed and the price was listed as $610 more than the sticker on the car. (They didn t realize I had already taken a picture of the sticker price). It s my own fault for not inspecting the paperwork close enough or for feeling pressured into a $30k purchase but it doesn t make me feel good to know they offered a discount, removed it, added to the price & now I have buyers remorse. I love Toyota s but I will not be returning to Camp Bowie Toyota.

I came in with bad credit, but a 3000$, Down payment. They went out of their way to get me a car! I was expecting to be turned down, or given the cheapest car on the lot, but to my surprise, they gave me a chance and a brand new Toyota Corolla!! I'm beyond thankful!!And cudos to Marcos, my salesman!!I love it!!!!

Service department is still terrible. Had a great experience buying both of my Toyota trucks from here. Service has been terrible and steadilygetting worse. Tundra had obviously broken parts installed twice during warranty work. They drove my truck off dealership property during an oil change. (Left my phone in the truck and tracked it with life360) Oil changes always seems to take over an hour and a half for some reason. Had to have oil changed out of state at another dealership during a trip and it took 45 minutes. This place is untrustworthy.

This was my first time at Toyota of Fort Worth and Louis the service advisor was great. I told him what I knew my truck needed and also about the issue I've had for 5 months dealing with the dealership where I purchased the truck. He gave me some great advice and took care of my truck. I was in and out of there in under 45 minutes.

Mauricio, Eric, Sam and their manager (I forgot his name) made this experience of getting my new baby very easy for me. When I came into the building they asked me how my day was going and I told them it wasn t going very well due to being stressed about trying to find the right car. Long story short they were happy to answer all of my questions and walked me through everything I needed to know. I ended up getting the exact car I wanted with no hassle at all. I felt comfortable and safe here unlike some other places that made me feel uneasy. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership.

John Le was our salesman. I had spoken to him around a week ago that we were purchasing a car for our daughter and I would be interested in a trade-in. John was incredibly helpful and had everything ready when we came in. While usually it is a grind going to a dealership, John saved us so much time and was down to business from the get go. He didn t waste our time going back and forth and presented us with great offers the first time. He was very patient with us, as we went back and forth between 4 different vehicles. We ended up purchasing 2 vehicles today and I will definitely reach out to him in the future. He s definitely someone you want to work with. He s very down to earth and respects your time and knows the process. He changed our opinion of car buying today. Go and see John Le.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Francisco was our sales agent and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin was our finance associate and he was also very kind and helpful. They stayed an hour after closing just to help us. I will be using this location from now on for vehicle purchases!

Customer service has diminished at this location for several years. Booked 5:15 appointment and stood by my truck for at least 10 minutes before being greeted. The person that finally asked me if I had been helped told me I should have selected an advisor when I booked the appointment online. I am done with this location. Too many better choices.

First experience at this dealership and it did not disappoint. Stone (along with the entire staff I dealt with throughout my visit) was very polite and gracious when checking me in. My vehicle was serviced efficiently and there was plenty of waiting room in the lounge area without feeling crowded or cramped. We just moved to the area and I'm happy to say we found our new Toyota Dealership! Thank you, Team!!

Not only did they more than deliver on my new car, Frankie and the manager Lee were THE BEST. They made me feel like this was so much more than a business transaction, they treated me like FAMILY. They went out of their way to get me exactly what I wanted at a GREAT price. I received exceptional customer service after not being pleased with the initial outcome. Shanna as always is a very wonder advisor. The service manager Eddie truly heard my grievances and concerns. He really helped me out and I am quite graceful for it. I thank GOD for it. Even if everything did not pan out like I wanted it to, because of the mutual respect between company and customer that was given, I will still take my car here for service.

Charged me $215 just to diagnose a check engine light. Other places will do it much cheaper, or even for free. If you're planning on taking your vehicle here for something minor, I'd highly recommend either calling ahead to see how long it will take, but ask for a word from a mechanic over the phone and again when you get there. There might be some miscommunication between the front desk and the shop otherwise. Also inquire about their rates depending on what you need done. They charged me for the time that my Tacoma spent in the bay, not for the labor they did since it was just a diagnostic. If you walk-in during busy weekend hours when they are short-staffed, prepare to be severely overcharged. They don't make it clear that they charge based on time and not by labor for diagnostics until you're looking at the receipt, but it's still my fault for not digging deep enough before going here. Even though I'm a big fan of Toyota and I appreciated the comfortable lounge area and clear description of why my check engine light was on, it's safe to say I'm going to stick my truck's minor issues to smaller businesses that openly display their rates and aren't looking to scalp your wallet with brand equity.

sales experience was very good, low pressure, minimal delays on paperwork. their on-site stock didn't have the exact features I wanted on my new vehicle, but they found the right one not too far away and arranged a same-day swap with the other dealership.

My family has been using this dealership my entire life. If you want an excellent salesman, ask for Barry or Kyle. Both absolutely incredible people, full of information, easy to talk to, and ready to help you pick the best car for you with zero pressure.If you want a great technician guy, you want Jeff. He's been the one to headline the regular maintenance of our cars for years. A real great guy, very personable, and thorough.Joe from financing is another great guy, very friendly, easy to chat with, very straightforward in his explanations, and ready to work with you.The dealership has wonderful people ready to work with you in all areas of your experience. I cannot recommend this place enough. I swear by Toyota and will use only Toyota of Fort Worth for my car needs.

Very nice purchasing experience. From start to finish it was less than 2 hours. Began with texting my needs and specific financial criteria. He was able to point out a few cars sending me links to narrow my search. I then went to the dealer the next day for test drive. Good service because he didn't act like a pushy sales person but more of a customer service rep there to meet my needs. Very slight wait before finance rep assisted. I was shocked when he said we were done and my sales rep even drove my car home for me. Top of the line service and experience.
