I came in to have them fix my leaking tire, while I was there they were able to look at other issues I had been having as well and they were able to repair those issues on the spot too. Very knowledgeable and very efficient! Whole process only took about 20 minutes.

Best experience at a tire shop. Screw in my tire was fixed within 10 minutes of parking. The service could not have been better.

My hubby and I live at the Luxia and today i released more air from my tires than my original intention. After driving around to almost every QT in hopes to find a working air pump. If only life in Ft Worth could possibly be that easy, lol. Later I decided to go across the street after calling Tire Zone. The owner was kind and allowed me to use the air machine free of charge. Thank you for being helpful!

When did we start normalizing $15 plugs and $25 patches. I had to stop here the other day to get my tire plugged and the total came out to $16.74 because he had the nerve to charge me Taxes on a $15 DOLLAR PLUG!! Crazy, I'll never go back there again... They getting outta hand with these prices, as a Business if you want to inflate your prices because you feel you can generate maximum profits and leave your customers destitute, UNDERSTAND there will be consequences to those actions!

I got 2 nails in my tire when I was in a rush on my way to work today. I asked if I could drop my car off to get a new tire, and they said no problem, we ll change it for you right now. I had a new tire on within 10 minutes and made it to work on time. Amazing customer service!!!

I bought 2 tires, the next day one was super low. I took it back and they told me it had a nail on the side. I definitely wouldn t trust them again. If you can go somewhere else. This place is very sketchy

I really really appreciate Ali & his team. A pothole destroyed 2 of my new tires and he took care of us. He was very professional, and impressively quick- I was an hour away from home with my kiddos and he allowed me to be ready and on my way without any hassle. I definitely recommend him if you are in area and need your tires fixed or changed.

I want to 1st say again, thank you Ali! Let me tell you as a business owner myself this man is truly a blessing and is what customer service looks like. I called Ali at 7pm, he drove to me on the side of the busy interstate and fixed my flat. Not just fixed a flat, but took the tire off my wheel and replaced it with a new one. All of this was done in the back of his truck. If you re EVER in a situation like I was or just have a flat tire give Ali a call.

Tire Zone is my go to choice. They are so fast and professional. Industry experts when it comes to tires or any vehicle maintenance. Great place for quick state inspections. In and out of here within 20 minutes, and the customer service is fantastic.Shoutout to all the folks working in the garage that helped a stranded motorist push their car into a nearby parking lot today. I see y'all!

Bought a used tire. Tire was no good, causing my vehicle to vibrate really bad, then placed the lug nuts on to tight and could not be removed. Had to go to dealership to take off

I called to get my rim replaced for another one (mines is cracked) and the service over the phone was super nice! I got there and I got greeted right as I was stepping out of my car, and he recognized me as soon as he saw my car ( I described over the phone) and he worked on my tire super quick! Unfortunately, I got the wrong rim, however, he was super smart and sealed a little bit and put in a spacer for me so my tire won't leak at least until I get my replacement back. I really recommend this place! Super nice people and super fast service! and to top it off, super smart!!!

Good place to come get a tire from I got off work at 6:30pn and they where still open I know most place close around 5:30 to to 6pm but they stay open till 8pm and the guy work there was vary vary helpful.

Woke up with a flat tire: a screw had punctured inside one of the shoulder threads. The service department at Fort Worth Toyota told me that the location of the puncture couldn t be repaired and that it would cost $196 for everything (new tire, installation, taxes). When I told the homies at Tire Zone that story, they laughed and said they could patch the puncture for $10. Hole sealed, tires inflated, and I was out in less than 15 minutes. 5-Stars.

Very professional, very efficient and most importantly very honest. I wanted to replace brakes and when they checked, they found them in good shape and advised me not to waste money. Mounted tires back and saved me from wasting. Excellent place.

Great price, honest, trustworthy and outstanding customer service! Took my car for an AC repair and personnel was very clear and direct with what they did. Changed compressor but returned my new condenser because one installed was still good, saved $100 right there
