I picked up a massive bolt in my tire and swung into the first tire shop I saw. These guys were great. Super quick, nice, and greatly priced. Highly recommend.

My mom went there today to get some work done on her truck and had one of the best experiences ever they were extremely friendly and got the work done fast prices was very reliable would highly recommend going here thank you

ONE OF MY Crowns was taken off my tire. Got home noticed it. Went back the man said no it was not on there. Just had put them on there. I even gave him a $4.00 BLESSING. HE STILL STOLE FROM ME. I AM NOT AT ALL PLEASED. I will never go bk. I don't like how I was done. Everyone BE CAREFUL.

I will always go to this place to get my tires fixed and replaced. They were honest and they did a good job. I can't say the same for a different tire shop down the road. Who charged me way more than they needed to because of greed.

Called them and service was shoddy at best. We has a double flat right by their establishment and all I got from the guy on the phone was sarcasm and a lack of empathy. Whoever has had a good experience with them I truly don't understand how when it seems that the establishment seems to be ran by a bunch inconsiderate people.

Today around noon time I went by to ask a favor I understand that they have the right to refuse me service or any assistance at all for that matter . All I asked was to use the impact and jack so that I can fix the missing bolt in my brake caliper . I had my whole family in my truck with me kids and all . It was very unsafe for you to allow me to leave like that . I even said I would pay you and I was right in front of the open bays , plus two open Bays outside. As a combat veteran Who loves this country and it s citizens I NEVER EVER WOULD have let a truck full of children leave like that especially if I had the means (tools) to help out. Unbelievable! But don t feel bad I just left firestone on Berry at and they did the exact same thing to me , but they said I had to purchase their parts which was a 3 dollar bolt smh !

Thanks universe tires I had to have my car towed in we didn't arrive until 6:45 and they closed at 7:00 p.m. and they were still nice enough to go ahead and fix my tire thanks guys I really do appreciate you all and I left with a smile from ear to ear thank you guys and universal tires got me back rolling

Inexpensive tires and they are nice. I've been coming here for years and their prices are consistent. If your tire is under warranty and it cracks because it's an old tire be careful because they might not give you another one

Wanted to share my experience with tire universe, I meet these gentlemen back in 2004 and they are definitely my goto company for service. Awsome group of guys. Happy to help everyone in need. So I went in to get two tires. 1st the worker puts one good one and one bad on. When I noticed I was told that if you don't want it then I'll take it off. My response was fine place the Firestone tire back on. So 2 he attempts to take off the good one after going back and forth he finally left the requested tire on. BUT put the bad tire on with the patch instead of my Firestone tire back on. So the gotcha is I'm in Houston TX with the bad tire for the weekend. Not only did he put my life in jeopardy but my 15 year old daughter. I made it plan which tire was bad and which tire to be removed. NEEDLESS TO SAY I'M HOT!!!! And Will NEVER RETURN

My tire isn't the same, it's wobbling and it feels like it's about to fall off, I took it back the day of and the guy balanced it but it was still Doug the same. But before I got the tire it didn't feel like this so now I have to take it back up there l.. this guy we rude and smoked a cigarette when he got mad

I have a 2012 Dodge Charger SXT plus black top edition, which is well maintained on a regular Basis This is a Garage Kept Car and is Rarely Driven. On November 27, 2015 I came into Tire Universe to replace my two front tires as a part of regular Maintenance. Upon going to Tire Universe my Custom rims and my Paint job on my car are in excellent Condition. However when I watch my tire be reinstalled onto my Vehicle I immediately noticed painted removed from the Rim. The Paint was removed on the top part of the rim. I was extremely mad at them and asked them how this happen. I was given every excuse in the world. However all I know is that my rims are in pristine condition before having my tire Installed. So the owner Ibram told me that he would repair the Rim free of Charge. I was happy with that. However he was not able to do it that day being Friday. He asked me to return next Monday, which I did return without the car and just the rim and tire.They took my tire in the back and Rim in the back are separated them. I am guessing they separate them to send them out. I was then told to go inside and give my phone number to the guy at the counter and they would call me when it was done. When I gave my phone number to the Gentleman he told me he would call me when the Rim was done. Then he very rudely told me that they will not put the tire back on the Rim, which I would have to go somewhere else. I was extremely mad I am not going to argue with them I just want this night mare to be over with. I take extreme I know that a mistake was make, I am just asking to have this repaired correctly.So I did not receive a call the next day I call them on Wednesday and go pick up my rim. I immediately notice problems with it. There are two kinds of paint on it. It looks like someone with a sharpie repaired it. I got the rim home and wipe it down with a micro fiber towel paint comes off right where they were supposed to have it repaired. Also around the lug nut hole where a nick was in the rim. Touch up paint had been applied to the Holes. So now I am forced to go to another company to have the rim repair correctly.

Since 2010 it has been the Best place in South side Fort worth Tx! Get your tire aired,changed,replaced, etc. Don't hesitate to Stop by !

These guys are great. I got a used tire and had my spare swapped on another rim for 40 bucks. Even let me pick the tire I wanted.
