The Shop DIY Garage was AMAZING! This place was nice and clean. Had all the tools you could possibly need to do the smallest jobs to the biggest. I removed and replaced my transmission. The owner let me have the transmission delivered there so I didn t have to worry about getting it there myself. This place is a must visit for any mechanic who needs the space to work or a lift. The owner should receive some kind of award for being just an overall great human! He did everything from helping me lift transmission, to welding an exhaust problem for me. He s knowledgeable and I seen him helping multiple people throughout the day I was there. Please if you re a mechanic and need a place to work go here and support. I almost can t wait to need another repair to go back myself.

This place is amazing! The owner is a super cool and chill guy. He s always willing to help. His knowledge is superb and the shop is super clean with all the tools that you need. Thank you so much for your help and the money you saved me. If you are looking for a lift to work in your car this is the place. Give him a call

Great place and owner! Helped me in every possible way he could from buying new equipment for his shop that was needed for the job, or ordering parts for me from the store. Would highly recommend!

Awesome place! I can t recommend them enough. If you are a military veteran and ever used the MWR Auto Skills Shops on a military base, this is the exact same concept. They provide the tools and you do the work. This place is perfect if you live in an apartment or HOA neighborhood but still want to work on your vehicles. Dain (the owner) is knowledgeable and can give advice if needed as well. The price is a bit more than the on base shops I am used to but that s a given since he is not government funded, he has to turn a profit. I will definitely be returning!

This place is great! Whether you're a car person or just want to take control of your car maintenance, this is the place for you. The owner, Dain, is very knowledgeable (and a great guy) and will help you as much, or little, as you want. Even if you're not sure of what you're doing, buy the parts and Dain will assist you in what needs to be done. He has all the equipment that you'd need so you don't have to buy tools you'll only use once or twice. I hand-painted my calipers but needed to to do all 4 wheels at the same time. Dain put it up on the lift, helped remove the tires and I did the painting. It couldn't have been easier. I highly recommend this place!

Great place to work on your own vehicle. He has all the necessary tools to do most work. The owner keeps a very clean shop and is reasonable priced. I will be back soon.

We replaced my wife s rear shocks here on Saturday - Dain has everything you could need to do almost any repair/maintenance! And his check-in/check-out process is a breeze. I was so impressed that I went back on Monday to do my own oil change. It s great being able to rent a lift in a bay with all the tools you could need! Dain is also extremely helpful and friendly!

This is an excellent shop... The owner is very friendly and very helpful... He was right there with me in the entire time I worked on my car and he was helping me... The extra pair of hands came in very handy...

This shop is the best! I m a beginner car enthusiast and I can t work on my car at my apartment because of HOA. This shop is perfect because I now have a space to do it myself, and I m provided all the tools I need. Dain is very friendly and knowledgeable, he helped me whenever I got stuck and answered any questions I had about my project. I highly recommend you come here if you re in a similar situation as me!

Great shop if you are into DIY, saved a few hundred dollars using The Shop DIY. All the tools are neatly organized, the shop has conditioned air, and Dain is available for help if you run into any issues. Great experience and highly recommended.

Great customer service and great work! I didn t do the work myself but they also have the option to pay the hourly labor rate + parts and it is very reasonably priced. Thanks Dain I will definitely be back!

New building, new tools, the owner is great and will help you along if needed. I can't recommend this place enough. If you need a shop bay rental, this is the place to come! The building is located at the very end of the complex after you pull in.

One more great review to add to the mix. Dain, the owner, is friendly and helpful. I'm a big fan of independent small businesses and this place fits the bill. The facility is clean and well equipped- tools, lifts, shop supplies, really everything you need.I'm really glad I found this place now that the MWR auto hobby shop at JRB closed!It's a brand new building in a newly developed part of an industrial park, so Google Maps and Waze are catching up (they get you to the right cluster of buildings, then you just look out the car window like in the old days). The street addresses are on the buildings in big numbers, then each unit has a suite number that is also in big print by the main door. Once you pull off of Harmon Road, just follow the numbers on each building, easy as that.
