The employees are friendly and helpful. We have purchased a rim for our Kia. They don't carry them, so they had to order for us. The rim gor here in no time. We showed up for them near closing time. They replaced our rim and hubcap in no time. Thanks Texas Tires! Highly recommend this shop if you need a rim.

They were very nice and helpful. Got 4 new tires after my blowout. They even let me know some other issues they saw on my car that will need to be addressed soon

Best god damn tire company out there. Super honest about all tire questions and the work is undeniably professional! Highly recommend everyone come here for wheels and tires or even suspension work!

Had a blowout on one of our boat trailer tires on I-20 and happened to pull into the Shell station right next door to Texas Tire. These guys let me borrow a floor Jack AND helped me swap out my spare. (Thanks to their friend Bico!) We pulled the boat trailer around the corner to their shop and they made us a deal on a full set on 4 trailer tires. Back on the road in less that an hour and a half! TRULY appreciate their hospitality!

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Would not recommend using them for anything! Had a crack in my wheel. Took it to them to get fixed. Still under warranty. Paid $225 for the repair. They told us when we dropped it off it would be at least a week before we would get the wheel back. They literally called us THE NEXT DAY to pick up. Crack was not soaped or anything before putting our wheel back on. Assured us it was done and we were good to go. WRONG. It looks worst than it did when we dropped it off. Looks like a JB weld job. Asked the manager for a refund because the work was done but not correctly. He said absolutely not that is not an option the work has already been done They would not do anything to try and fix this issue. Only thing they said they could do was send it back to be fixed, but we would have to pay an additional $180. And that s a discounted rate!!!!! We still have a cracked wheel and are now out $225. Don t know how they are still in business. And I WILL be reporting this to the better business bureau. Not to mention the shop owner/manager was absolutely rude. Tried insinuating we lied about the crack because the wheel had multiple cracks. But the worst crack that we paid to be fixed came back worst than it was before we gave it to them!!

Trash. Had a nail in my new tire, had Texas tire patch it for 40$!!!! The patch failed, can't repatch a patch so had to fork out cash to get a new tire. Can't get anyone to answer either. Hard pass!

Had trouble with getting a forged wheel replaced couldn t get another shop to help me out except JAD here at Texas tire made effort to reach out and get me another set of wheels went above and beyond to help me would highly recommend.

Chad is the man. He had to order my tires. Told me what time to come in the next day to get them installed. Got there a little early, and the tires were already there. Bing Bong Boom 45 minutes later, I'm out the door. Outstanding work, thanks for the great service.

Got a great deal on a 3.25 rough country suspension lift kit for my Jeep, along with 32 tires and 7 rims. I shopped around other shops and Texas tire had the best deal. Don t let the outside looks fool you. This place does great work and great pricing. I ll be coming here for anything tire/lift kit related in the future. Thanks Moe!

I went in to see if they had some bronze wheels for my 03 Tiburon and I was in luck because they did have some and in stock. They gave me a discount, mounted them onto my new tires, and threw in some new lug nuts as well. I highly recommend this shop.

They will damage your property, deny it and then get violent with you.It is amazing how this place is even in business. The employees are so unprofessional they act like they are the next cast in the next fast and furious movie..Don t risk it and go somewhere else

Tried to get my tire fixed with a plug and go on about my day, the tall bi racial guy was very argumentative and stated he couldn't find the nail even tho I stated to him where it was at. Just can't find decent help anymore, but was able to get my tire plugged at another LOCATION. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone!!!

This store has the worst customer service. Came in to have a tire repair under warranty and the entire process is frustrating. Even though they are part of a chain they don't share a database to look up warranty info and not helpful about calling another store to get information. The prices are very over priced. A tire in store was $410 and the same tire on Amazon was $293. Do yourself a favor and go to Discount Tire and be treated with respect.

Stopped in for a flat repair. They had me in and out within 10 minutes. All the other tire shops around were over 2 hour wait. These guys were great and they will have my business in the future.

The guy told me he couldn't put air in my tire because it was an old tire. Never been to a tire shop scared of tires. Took it to discount tires no issue putting air.

Update: After 7 month of having the lift done I've had numerous issues with steering components. Found out today the lift spacers are not on correctly. So I'll be going somewhere that actually knows how to work on cars. Would give no stars if that was an option.I came here to get a lift, new wheels and tires. After being told it would take one day, then be done by noon the next day, I finally got my car two days later. They were busy, that is understandable. I will say my car looks great, but it was pretty clear the next day they did not do an alignment, which we paid for. When I called to explain that there was a hard pull right, I was told I needed to call the Texas Tires on Seminary because they do the alignments. Of course this shop was busy and couldn't accommodate a weekend appointment. Not their fault, it should of been handled by the shop I dropped my car off at.

This place is great. The looks are deceiving. The staff in general are knowledgeable and want to help. I got 4 tires, rims, and a lift installed and road ready for a little over $2k. I told them my budget and they recommended a better lift kit then the one I had picked out because it got my budget. They told me they wanted me to come back and to earn business and waived nearly $500 worth of Merch and labor cost to accommodate me the right way...even though it wasn t in my budget. Come here! You might wait a while for work to be done. But quality people and quality work are hard to find.

The gentleman that helped me finance was very polite and very knowledgeable about how everything works he helped pick the best plan for my situation and was very speedy. This has been the best experience I've had at a mechanic in a long time and will always come back for all tire and rim needs.

Hey apparently closing at 4 actually means 3:30 and the full set of tires I called about at 1:30 and I was assured were always in stock sold out in 2 hours but through some sort of miracle will be back in stock first thing tomorrow morning. Don t know why I thought this place deserved another chance to earn my business. Texas Tires sucks at customer service.

Went in there to get two patches and had a sidewall failure that was about to be catastrophic on a front tire.The guys in the back gave me a no b.s. assessment that it needed to be replaced. I begrudgingly went to the front office to pay for it and Ali gave me a great price. We sat in the office and watched stand up comedy and had a few good laughs. 10/10 recommendation. I come from a sales and customer service background and these guys are genuinely good people. I ended up buying a whole set of tires because I appreciated the generosity.

Moe did a great job in finding the tires I needed; which was very difficult as there are only 10 like them in the entire country. Excellent job getting them shipped to Florida as well.

July 2019: Update: One of the tires I had put on by Dallas Wheel Repair was defective. As I had promised Texas Tire, I came back, they repaired the rim that the defective tire damaged when it went flat and sold me a new tire. While it was being repaired, I didn t have a spare, I got a nail in a tire and had a flat on I-35, the manager came out to help me on the side of the road. He brought the repaired rim and tire and changed the tire for me. The people there have excellent communication skills. I appreciate how they don t promise things they cannot follow through on. Also, the lobby has excellent air conditioning, which is welcome during this hot and humid summer.February 2019: I had rims put on somewhere else. They didn t do a great job. I came here, instantly someone greeted me, took the car for a drive, I was out in 15 minutes. They lifted the car, saw the problem, replace 6 lug nuts and didn t even charge me. I ll go here from now on.

I went there to go get a lift and new set of wheels. They had my car for three days would of been four if I didn t blow Their phones up. Got my car back a hour after they closed after I was told it was waiting for me. Also told me that they couldn t align my wheels. A week later my truck starts to make a loud squeaking noise and is told that it is normal and that I should take it to another shop to get it looked at? I payed to much money to have all these problems I even had to drive to another Texas tire because they left some of my old rim parts over there and couldn t even find them all!

Every time we go in there we are treated like family. Great service, care, and understanding. Keep up the great work. From the bad luck of getting nails in my tires (2x in one day) to getting the best deals every time, Texas Tire is great! Thank guys!

The guys working there could be more professional and more friendly but when we asked questions the young man got a little more lively and he was helpful as far as answering all my questions. The selection of wheels was incredible and they had finance plans if you want to pay 185% which is the norm for this kind of financing so if at all possible, just save your money before buying rims for your car. Dont finance!!

This place charged me $90 for a trailer tire that I can get at Walmart for $50 ($90 with warranty) then they have the audacity to tell me my new valve stem was going to cost me $15 more when they only cost $1-2 for the business! When I asked about the veterans discount they said they do not offer any. The staff was nice and polite and got the job done quickly. After complaint about the overpriced valve stem (takes one minute to install if they would not have been cheap by trying not to replace) they didn't charge me for it. New tire new valve stem. Lost stars because I've worked at tire shops and that's a cheap way to make extra cash.
