On a rainy day, on the way to drop off my grandchildren, my car broke down right across the street from this auto stop, they were so very kind to let us wait in the shop until our ride came. Long story short, they repaired the car lickety split and VERY reasonably priced!! Outside of my son, this is my favorite mechanic shop! Had an issue with our vehicle. Went to talk to the "owner" and he was very disrespectful and raising his voice. We went to figure out a solution. They said all their work is guaranteed but the 1st receipt they gave us was just a plain small receipt with no details and when we return to discuss our issue they gave us a different form of receipt. This business is not accredited by BBB. Terrible customer service. Will not be returning. We were referred by some man who was gonna tow our car to dealership. Not even sure if he works with them and they also refuse to give his info. The other gentleman was more willing to help and figure a solution, who is the co-wner. I advise to do research before you head the keys over. Their website doesn't work correctly

My daughter bought 2 tires and one blew out within 45 days. Instead of replacing it, they only offered to sell another one at half price. This place is a complete rip off.

On the spot. Great mechanics and the owner goes above and beyond excellence in service. Integrity is an absolute asset. Always excellent work and a trusted source to go too. Always busy because they are the best.

They have been working on all of my vehicles for more than 10 years....AJ (the owner) is simply incredible...Very polite, knowledgeable and honest; he will save the part he replaced in order to show you what was wrong... They have fixed so many different issues I have had over the years....Everyone that I have referred to AJ feels the same way I do.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Brakes, Auto emissions testing, Oil change

I had an oil pan drain plug that I could not get loose due to rounding of the bolt. I took my car in to see if they could remove it. The friendly staff got right on it and saved me a ton of problems. The price was very reasonable and the work was perfect. I'm very happy with these guys and will defiantly take my car in to them for any problems. I highly recommend them. We will be returning anytime we have issues with our vehicle. They did a great job and were very fair with what they charged us. The dealership would ve charged us double. Our car is running great now and we no longer have any worries driving it. They even came and picked me up from my home when the found out I didn t have a ride. I recommend this auto shop to anyone that needs work on their car. You will be in good hands.Service: Engine repair

I am extremely happy with the every aspect of my experience in dealing with the gentlemen at Tech 1 Auto Repair. Before bringing my car here, it sat at another shop for one day shy of six weeks without anyone there lifting so much as a finger to even look at it after they had me get it towed to them in the first place and I got nothing but lies & excuses the entire time! I brought my car to Tech 1 yesterday and I am already home with it writing this review a day later! And for a significant amount less than the quote I received for a single part from the place that did nothing! They fixed the problem & all related issues plus a couple of other little things that needed to be done. So not only do I have super cold air in this sweltering heat, my car runs smoother and tighter (I don't know how else to describe it, but it felt like something was loose before & whatever it was is no longer a problem). I highly recommend these guys, they are fantastic! I am so grateful to have been referred to them. Thank you guys so much!!!

I found tech auto in 2021. They were a car life saver for me several times. Decent prices, more than fair. Fair and respectable to me at all times.

Let me begin to admit that they are the nicest guys on the block. Im still new to this area and I always support local businesses. Had no issue with simple tire repairs and basic oil changes at the beginning. Till I needed a complete tune up on my car for a road trip that evening. I then checked on the progress and saw the tech handle an ignition coil and snapped it in half. I waited till the job was complete and near closing time the tech showed it to me and told me the only one available was across town. We made arrangements to get it and now the cost of the tune up increased by $120. I even bought the tech a cold drink because it was a hot day. Given the spot I was in I just took care of the bill without complaining. Months pass and had an alignment done on my truck there just to go to pep boys to get it done again due to improper workmanship. Ultimately I thought I'd give them another chance cause their nice guys and get an oil change on my truck. I get home and noticed oil leaking form the oil filter. Regretfully this is the only time I felt a negative review was warranted. I hope this shop turns itself around. Knowledgeable, friendly, reasonable prices.I ve been coming to them consistently after my car was having some issues with a sensor. They helped me, quickly fixed it, didn t try to gauge me for more money or take advantage because I don t know about mechanical car stuff lol. Really great guys. Ever since that initial visit, I ve been back for anything that my car needs. Really recommend them.Services: Tires, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

My suburban had a crack in the radiator. I needed a repair shop close to my house and tried Tech 1 Auto Repair. I called them at 9:00 AM and told them the problem. They said bring it in and they would take care of it. I dropped it off at 9:15 and they called me at 2:00 to say it was ready. Brand new radiator in half a day. These guys are fast, friendly, honest and very knowledgeable at a very fair price. I'm glad I found them. They will be getting any future business of mine. Please don t waste your money if you don t want to waste your money and time your are welcome to this shopThey know nothing just they know how to change a part when you go this place they know to tell change this part if your car still broken change another part they don t know diagnosing this my second time that I went this place they couldn t fix my and they charge me without fixing my car .One star more them

Great, great service. They went above and beyond for me. Prices are reasonable, professional and very helpful. I had a flat down the street from their shop. They loaded up and came to me. Who else does that? Their just great! I can t say that enough. Very thankful for these guys!!

I went to get an estimate for a catalytic converter and explained I need the least expensive method to get this replaced with the technician didn't care one way or another he just wanted to do what he wanted to do. Which was going to be over $500. I went to someone else to get the work done.

These guys do all my auto repair work and more on my car and rv. Very friendly and very thorough and fast. They never try and charge me more. Always fantastic customer service and work. Best mechanics in fort worth. Highly recommend!!

Was having an issue with some car shaking, the balanced and rotated them all then identified an issue with one tire and recommended a cheap route that most certainly made them less money (which showed their integrity). They've made a customer for life out of me!

As a single mom I am trying to fix my car. Ipaid him money to diagnose it. He said it was a 400 dollar for a fan fix. I find a fan cheap and go back they had not started fixing it or called me after 3 hours leaving my car with them. Three more hours at closing time later I pick it up again no call or report.The clean fan I brought was dirty. They said it did not work.it was tested where we got it. He now says it is an electronic problem and made me pay for labor 1 person working all day. I said he was not working on my car but other cars most of the day. In this triple digit heat, I am down all the money I save to fix this fan and have to start over with no a/c

went here for my oil change, the Service was fast, they guys were friendly and very nice. it was getting late but I also needed the my inspection done and he got everything done. can't remember his name now. but thanks man, you the best!

They are so kind at this shop.... if you feed off positive energy and people this is the shop to come to ....Best shop I've been to Ever!!!! I've gotten a few things done at this shop and I've been very satisfied very friendly affordable prices I love this place. Never going to another shop again. Other shop charge double of what they charge I've gotten quotes from different shops and they are the best with work and prices. I highly recommend this place they are not a money hungry shop at all they also do amazing work!!!!!!!Service: Wheel alignment

I ATTEMPTED to use this business. At the time I was away from home as I had errands to run on Wednesday Dec 16th 2020. Not having my computer with me, or a screen I could see I had no choice but to call them and find out their locale. The person that answered the phone was probably the most unhelpful person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I asked him WHERE they were located. He said '5953 Wedgwood dr.' I told him that I wasn't familiar with that area and asked where exactly that was, hoping that he could tell me what intersection that they were at. He replied 'We're by hulen mall.' There are 10,000 businesses BY hulen mall and probably a 7 mile radius that I would have to cover just to find them. I simply hung up the phone, knowing that they were not to eager to get my business. I guess they have so much cliental that they can afford to discourage anyone else from doing business with them. It just reinforces my belief that profit is no longer the bottom line for businesses in this day and age.

Fast service and friendly help. I got my Dad's truck inspected there . With a couple of delays on my part the truck passed inspection and we were not there a total of 30 minutes. Thanks for great service!

This place was recommended to by gentleman that tow my car this place check my car a timely manner they was very informative about the issue that was going on with my daughter car the engine was bad and they tried to do whatever they could to help they were very down the Earth they do have very good prices and I will be doing business with this place again thank you Al
