We had a fuel leak on our Marketing bus. TDI sent Ethan out to help us and he knew exactly what to do and repaired it quickly. We we ll definitely use TDI again when we are anywhere around Dallas and Fort Worth TX.

If your an owner operator this is the place for you they do it all. I've been to many different shops in the past couple of years. And I have finally foundmy shop. Awesome mechanics explain in detail the issue and provide pictures of there work honest and reliable no scamming I couldn't be happier all of us at Collins Express would like to thank you you guys. Go see TJ trust me you won't regret it.

Awesome service, knowledgeable and professional.. Caleb responded for a landing gear issue and provided great service got the trailer back to their shop and setup for the repairs!! Highly recommend!!

Be very careful when you go here and get everything in writing. We took our truck here to get a side door installed in the box truck. We got a smaller door than normal installed. We were quoted a price $2500-$3000 and authorized the repairs. Once we picked up the truck and paid for the work performed our invoice went up about $1500.00 dollars. We called up and talked to them about it several times until finally they said do you have it writing because if you don"t the price stands. The price we paid is double the amount we would have paid anywhere else in DFW area for a normal size door. We took it here because they could get it done quicker than any other shop we called. Bob over at their shop knows exactly what he quoted us and simply does not care if are return customers or not. Our business spends tens of thousands of dollars a year on maintenance and repair and to loose a customer over 1500.00 dollar misquote is just not sound business decisions. The work performed was completed as agreed it was just their bait and switch tactics that I did not like.We took another truck their for a quote and their prices were 35% more than the dealers shop quote was.

I want to thank Troy, Robert and Josh for their kindness and hard work on 10.15.20. After a major blowout on our 5th wheel, they offered to help us change the tire and get us back on the road. We cannot thank them enough for their kindness!!

I recommend TDI. We needed a trailer repair at our yard. They sent Juan to look at the problem and after about 10 minutes he showed me the problem and explained the fix. I got an estimate, it was dead-on. Juan was very professional and knowledgeable, I'll request him again.Thanks TDI

I stoped by in my Class A RV to have a tire checked that was leaking air. Found the problem very quick but they did not stock the part to fix it ( was an extension for my valve stem) BUT they sent a worker to go get the part at a local supply house. Well since it was an RV specific part they had to go to two other RV supply houses to find it but the did. Now that is going the extra mile or a few to help out a customer! I highly recommend you come in for service: tires, oil they told me the do it all and I bet very well !!! Thanks for your help!

I have very bad problem with my reefer electrical issue and a day before I stopped at MHC in AR authorized repair shop by Carrier and their technician spent 15 minutes on my reefer and he said he fixed the problem charge me $500 I didn't even make it to Dallas Texas and it shut off again.So I called TDI and the reefer technician his name is David he came and he did an excellent job till he found 2 faulty wires in the big wire snake about 40 some wires together in a cable. David really takes pride in what he does and he really wants to take care of you and he did not even charge me a half of what he normally would have charged me.TDI I really highly recommend especially if you have a problems with the reefer request David cause he rocks thank you David.

I would NEVER use these guys. One star was because they were fast. Their work is very sloppy and negligence. I had a big job done...transmission, clutch, major oil leak...I had a second independent mechanic look over because my leak was still there. The transmission they put in had very little oil, improper seal causing oil leak again.It was a big bill...but work is not done right.

TDL Fleet Services is truly a wonderful company. They worked on our Reefer truck and helped the Fort Worth HOPE Center when we had a hard time paying for the work. They care about the community and supported us to help us Fight Hunger and Feed HOPE in the low income community were we serve. I recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Repair price are high. They never got back to me. Called several times. Left voicemail each time. Never got a call back. I decided to go in person asked what's going on and picked up my truck.

I am the transportation Manager for a mid sized food distribution company. I started my relationship with TDI fleet serviceabout 18 months ago. I have a fleet of 20 plus power units and 30 plus trailers. These guys handle all my needs. This includes engine repair, trailer repair, tire service PM service, reefer work, and fleet monitoring. Most of this work is done on my yard by their qualified mobil techs. The provide a service called Hal-Tec that gives me instant and accurate data on my tires and vehicle condition. I cant reccomend Troy, AAron, Randy, Larry and Cassie enough. Give them your buisness, you wont be dissapointed.

a month back when I perched my rig did an inspection at another facility past had to get an approved site inspection due to company request, they then noticed that my brakes where shot after getting it inspected from said facility got me back out on the road the next day

This place is terrible they get to you when they want to and don t update you on work minor work and my truck and trailer has been their two weeks plus the my trailer took roughly a month on some little welding I ll never return hereServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil changeServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

This company hired terrible mobile service driver I was driving northbound on heritage trace pwky and was cut off and flipped off by A worker of this company who drove eradic if this is how this company does business what a shame I see now the standard this company sets its employees to and that is very unethical and frankly rude I would take my business elsewhere and I will

Quoted me for an hour labor and it only took them 30 mins but charged me for an 1hr 1/2. Will not come back ever!
