The employees were VERY kind, professional, and polite! They openly express value of your time, being sure to help you get out on time should you be running late for other appointments that same day. They were very informative and showed importance on helping to educate me and keep me informed of every test, detail, and step taking place while my car was being serviced. I also noticed that I paid half the of other establishments where my car had previously been serviced! I definitely plan on returning to this particular store/site! Thank you all for your time and efforts!!

Went to 3 different take 5 s nobody knew how to change a diesel fuel filter. Expect for Justice at this location! She makes all the guys look bad lol. 10/10 job. Ask for her specifically.

This reflects nothing in the young lady who helped me this morning. She was amazing. However, the gentleman was not pleasant. Without any indication which bay to go into, I pulled up close and then was told bay 1 far left. Turned hard to get in, as I was pulling in the man pointed turn so I did and then came back to make up for going to far, did it all a 2nd time and he yelled, stop turning back!! This is unacceptable. Simply ask me to stop, come talk to me and not shout. Or, have a better indication which bay to go in and I ll be lined up better. Again, the young lady was pleasant and charming.

Went by for an oil change yesterday and Steve and the girls took very good care of me. They double checked my small leak to discover it was just my loose oil filter. Would recommend Take5, in fact going back today with both cars for State inspections!

First time at Take 5. It s close to my house and I was overdue on an oil change. Pulled in and was handed a bottle of water. Nice. Steven, the manager, greeted me and we started the first-timer process of name, car, mileage and such. Painless. The whole time you stay in your car.I was a bit surprised at the prices, they were high, but I wanted full synthetic and I needed that oil change. As Steven and I talked another employee was beginning the oilchange process from a pit below my car. They had a safety procedure of yelling out loud to inform all other employees where they are and at what stage they are in. Reminded me of Waffle House.Of course they suggested additional services and I knew I needed air filters inside and out and they replaced my nasty, dirty ones. Steven asked if I had any coupons, I didn t, but he told me how to get one, which I did. It helped a lot.They checked all and filled any low fluids. Finally Steven put a sticker on my windshield for half of the lifespan of my oil. He said to come back then and they would check my oil and top off as needed and check all fluids again. They then put a sticker on indicating the next oil change mileage. Pretty nice process. I m was super happy. I may have paid a little more but I really feel like the service was worth it.

I ve been there 3-4 times and they are quick but also take the time to ask about what my car needs and I have the same person who s there and he s the best. Makes the transaction easy and simple and makes me feel comfortable and I think to come back to this place due to his kindness and consideration of others.

03/23/2024 ETA was 4:20pmCame in for a state, greeted with a bottle of water. Met couple nice people they young lady was helpful answering any questions but the reason for 4 stars is the inspector Garcia if you take something apart from a customer car obd2 cover. But it back and not leaving it in the seat I didn t see it when I sat back down and scratched my black leather seats other then that y all good

Great guys, great advice. King was very helpful, came in too early for an oil change and he was honest and told be to come back. He could have easily just gotten me to buy another oil change. I respected that a lot. 10/10

Got my car inspected here. It was quick and easy. However, the employee got oil on my seat, on the center console, and a little bit on the steering wheel.I cleaned the wheel and arm rest fine, but the seat is still stained. Please use paper and gloves or something next time

Dear Sir or Ma am, I was very happy getting an oil change at take 5 oil change on 651 Alta Mete Drive . How ever your store on Hulen street wanted to charge me over $ 80.00 for the exact oil change that the second store on Alta Mere Drive charge only $ 54.99 + tax. Would you please check on this discrepancy, because I don t believe it s proper and all your stores should have the exact same prices.

Went to this location because the previous shop I used for years for Texas State Inspection is no longer doing inspections. The vehicle is a Toyota Tundra, 2006.Was quickly greeted with 2 bottles of cold water. One for me, one for my wife - nice!Told them I needed a State Inspection. They told me to pull over and the inspector would be out shortly, which he was.Things kind of went downhill from there. Inspector checked my insurance info - no problem. Then, after fumbling around for a while, came and asked me if it was a 6 or 6 cylinder engine. I was pretty sure it was an 8, but I said we could pop the hood and look. Someone else in the shop told him "look at the grill on the front" - where it said "V8". OK, no problem.Next, he took the vehicle for a test drive to check the brakes. OK, no problem. He did drive it a bit hard and screeched the tires, but OK I guess.The vehicle was pulled back in the shop. He then proceeded to fumble around under the driver's side dash for quite a while. Then he came and asked me "Do you know where the OBD connector is?" I went and showed him.Once the inspection was done, I paid, got the receipt and then we left. At that time, I noticed greasy/oily footprints on the light beige-colored driver's side floor mat. I was not happy, but went home anyway. Later, I took the mat out and cleaned it the best I could.What this tells me is this: the State Inspection service must be an afterthought. Because you DO have to get out of your car (no surprise there) for the inspection. AND the inspector has to drive the vehicle. I am not sure why there was not a paper floor mat cover, but YOU NEED TO GET SOME! I have never had my floor mats in any of my vehicles get oily foot prints on them in 50 years of car ownership!I was uneasy with the inspector not knowing whether it was a V6 or a V8 (it's easy to check under the hood), or to have to ask where the OBD connector was (embarrassing!).I will not be going back to this location, and most likely will not be going to any Take 5 shop in the future.

Very great service! The guy at the shop named king communicated well and made sure to ask the right questions and make suggestions that helped me choose the right oil for my car. He was very helpful and most of all gave the type of service that makes you want to return. Thank you King.

Went to get my inspection done on my pickup so I could renew my registration. Had everything done in 15 minutes. Please note it was done early in the morning and there was one other car getting an oil change. Quick, simple and to the point. I would recommend them to all my friends. I also take my wife's car to be serviced there also.

I took my 2018 Honda CRV in for an oil change. Here's what went wrong...1. They did not check my tire pressures. I asked them to do so, and then was told that their pressure gauge was malfunctioning.2. They told me my engine air filter was dirty and took it out to show me. It was dirty, but I decided to decline and do the change myself and save $40. When I went to replace the filter, I noticed that three of the four screws holding the cover on the air filter box were broken off. They used an impact driver to reinstall the screws, broke off the heads, and didn't say a word.3. There is an engine shield on the bottom of the engine that needs to be removed then reattached when doing an oil change. They missed at least four screws that I can see and used a wire tie in one of the missing holes. I am going to have to crawl under the car and fix this myself.Initially I was going to contact the company and ask them to fix these issues at another location. I called their support number and got a recording to leave a message. Then it gave me another message that the voice mail could not accept any further messages. I also tried to respond to their feedback form on the website, but it randomly reset and deleted all of my input, despite trying in three different web browsers.I would not recommend this location to anyone. Cost is comparable to the dealership, would rather go to them and not worry about my engine cover getting ripped off on the freeway from insufficient fasteners.I will update this review if I receive any contact from the company. Frustrates the snot out of me that they did such a half-a$$ed job on my car.

The technician King was very professional. He offered extra services in a genuine way not in pushy style like some do. I ll recommend him Also the other technician worked as a team flawlessly with him to get everything done. This is a great team.

First bad review I ve ever done.Over the phone: It will take 10 minutes .I arrive and they had me pull in the middle lane, behind a van that was getting serviced. I sat there for 25 minutes maybe more. Not a word from anybody. The left lane was moving and then they shut down the right lane that was empty. Must have been 6 employees there, no initiative.

Justice and Steve are fantastic reps. One of the fastest oil changes I've ever encountered. Convenience of a drive thru car wash but for an oil change. I was blown away.

I went to take 5 because they open an hour earlier than the other oil change companies and I didn t want to get out the car. I were advised by the guy that works there the oil plug were stripped and he could not do the oil change to go back to Kwik Kar because that was the last sticker that I had on the car. He were really nice and topped off the liquids. I did not go back to the original one because I cannot remember where that was but I found a Kwik Kar and they were able to replace the plug and do the oil change and the whole thing were cheaper than just the oil change at take five.

I am so glad they took longer than 5 minutes to change my oil! Everyone was very friendly the first time I took my vehicle there. I ve gone back again with my other vehicle, they are all just as friendly and pay attention to detail. I really like not having to get out of my vehicle. I believe they are very honest and give me great service.Next year, I am going to have my vehicles inspected because they do have an inspector on duty at all times. This is now my go to spot for my oil changes!

The wait was short and everyone was kind and helpful. I ve used Take 5 many times in the past and have always been impressed Manager was super helpful as well and offered us waters multiple times. Was not professional. Sarcastic and didn't do checks properly. The man checking me out was pleasant but besides that im far from impressed. At least they put the proper amount of oil in the engine. I won't be returning to this location.

I always take my car to them for oil changes and the state inspection. They always treat me with respect. I receive excellent service in a timely manner.
