Quality work & great service. They stay true to their work in 10 minutes or less. If there s a delay they communicate & bring water to your car. The pricing is fair, coupon deals monthly & clean facility. Loyal customer for life. 5 stars all the way!!!!

Absolutely the best experience I ve ever had for an oil change. These employees work together like a well tuned machine. They fully communicate from start to finish. I never felt pressured to buy anything and always felt like I was being given top priority. I ve been to other locations but this team is different. Kudos to y all! I live much closer to other locations but I ll make the drive for the 5 star experience this team provided. Keep up the great work.

Super friendly and super helpful staff! Austen and Louise were kind and super friendly. They didn't mind pulling my car in for me and explained the process thoroughly. I'll definitely be back.

Very nice staff great service! The only thing is that they charge a lot now for a oil change, used to be 25 dollars not even 2 months ago, paid 50 for an oil change.Edit: also note that I brought my own oil, filter and air filter. Was still charged the 50.

Excellent service. AM Technicians were Adam and Logan I think. I was greeted with a water bottle as soon as I entered the parking lot. Techs discussed the process and even upsold me on new coolant. Very helpful. Very informative

Bo was so attentive and provided excellent customer service. He has great rapport, checked my tire pressures, cleaned my windshield, and even replaced my back window wiper. Stephan was also very helpful and worked with me on a discount. They also did my oil change extremely quick. I will definitely be back, great team and great location!

Always have a great experience here. Their care and diligence is evident, and they do a great job of keeping you updated on what they're doing. Also, they are super fast! I was in and out in 20 minutes for an oil change and state inspection. Will continue to bring all my vehicles here.

It was so refreshingly to see and actually know that your oil and filter were changed because they show you. You get to watch them do both and they confirm it with you by showing you the dip stick with the fresh oil mark and the clean filter before they put it in. Adam, was very professional and friendly!

Incredible, fast friendly service. Got me in and out with oil, filter and wiper blades in less than 20 mins and I was the 3rd car in line. If you need an oil change or basic services head over here, Bo will take care of you someone needs to give him a raise I don't think I've ever experienced his level of professionalism and customer service at a lube shop before.

I do not recommend this place. Went in for a simple oil change, and they had problems getting my oil filter off. I know this sometimes happens but they were using cheap tools, and wasn't really set up with a full depth pit like other places..used funnels and jugs to refill oil instead of bulk barrels and automated hoses. Still waiting to check my oil level once the motor cools down later cause it takes 10 its and I only saw them put in 8...on top of that my normal $100 oil change anywhere else was $172.41. And even though they checked all the boxes saying they checked the tires, washer fluid, air filter, etc, they didn't.

I wanted to have a great time taking my truck to your shop but I had a bad experience. Everything went well was greeted with a ice cold water and was ready to get an oil changed but the guy in the other bay said the guy in my bay that the younger guy couldn t go down in the bottom anymore then I heard the guy in the other bay tell the young guy to go down to the bottom and drain my oil I said I have to leave and the Guy that was in my bay said he ll go down and watch him. He s in training. I had a bad experience. The guy that greeted me was 100% professional.

The best oil change experience ever. They are kind, fast, make sure the job is done right, & they ask if you like your front window clean.They also ask if you want your tire pressure checked. Definitely worth the price you are paying.

They did an amazing job! I was in the area due to my husband in the hospital. I wanted to make sure my car was safe for the drive. The attendant who helped me made sure car was good even helped show me discount . As I went to leave he said he told me I hope your husband gets well soon. I would definitely suggest going there.

Quincy and the crew were awesome, and yeah this takes like <10 minutes of your day. The oil price maybe is a little higher than if you go to Walmart but the service is great.

Very professional and attentive . My only complaint is Please do not refer to me as Boss Man that is what the slaves called the Master . Bossman is also a prison guard . Sir works just fine . I respect the young man is just trying to be friendly. Love Take 5 and appreciate how well trained the employees and managers are . I ll always pay more for Mobile 1 . You can keep the House oils ..

I give 5 stars because even though I didn t get any service done I was very pleased with the honesty and professionalism of Bo, my vehicle is 2023 model and all the specs weren t registering in the system so he was very apologetic about it but very honest of how he did not want to proceed with the oil change w/out the proper information to do so. He even suggested an alternative option but that really shows character in a person. He obviously takes pride in his job and responsibility as a mechanic, so thank you Bo and the Take5 staff!!!

Personal were friendly; the location was somewhat busy. Physical location is problematic because of small footprint available. I believe the technicians would benefit from a training session or two in product availability and closing sales on products. Overall, I would rate a 3 star based on single interaction. Perhaps will try again.

I set an appointment online for a specific time and I got there 5 mins early, but when I got there, they just put me in one of the first come first serve lines. Two cars that got there after me wound up getting serviced before me because they were placed in a faster moving line. I could ve been in and out of there in maybe 15-20 mins had they queued me up right, but instead I got stuck behind an inspection and wound up spending 45 minutes sitting in my car. Even with a $13 coupon, I still paid $85 for an oil change that took the better part of an hour. They didn t even top off all my fluids as advertised. I would definitely not return nor recommend.
