The staff are amazing. He took the time to explain my options and did not pressure me. He even showed me ways l could save money. As a woman going to a repair shop can be intimidating but they are great. I highly recommend using them.

Do not use this place run !!!Took a Toyota tundra with a fail transmission it never work right after taking it out it will jerk we told the owner he said it was normal over a period of two years we took it back and he kept on charging for a burnt solenoid he did not care about it he will put it in every time and let it burn like a fuse Made a lot of money out of us but didn t fix the problem

This place does great work and fixed my car in 2 days when i had no one to fix my car in my time of need. I'm forever grateful and thankful for Raymond and his crew. They also worked with me on doing a payment plan which was suitable for me. Highly recommend this shop

I don t write a lot of reviews. But super transmissions has built more transmissions for me than I can count on one hand. Other people build transmissions and rate them for crazy horsepower and they aren t half as nice as what you get from this place. They won t tell you it needs replaced if it needs a small part. Not the single cheapest In the world but not too bad and you get more than what you pay for in service and quality.

Can't recommend this place enough! These people are honest mechanics which are hard to find!The CVT transmission in my car was leaking. A different transmission shop said they'd only replace the entire transmission since they don't touch CVT transmissions. They said the cost I'm looking at would be $4800.Instead, I called Super Transmissions. They inspected my car and I left it there on Thursday. I was told it would be done on Monday. It was actually already done the very next morning!They had me sold on a $895 repair. To my surprise upon picking up the car the next morning, I was told the repair ended up being only $250 because the issue ended up being easier to fix than expected. I'm sure there would have been a lot of mechanics who would have pocketed the $895 anyway.You are in safe hands at this place!Service: Transmission

***UPDATE***Raymond fixed my transmission after a couple of mishaps. It costed extra but I was discounted what I had already paid. Fingers crossed, my car hasn t been back in the shop since!Unfortunately, I am rating upon service provided. The owner is friendly and mannerable BUT the work done here is nothing shy of HORRIBLE. I paid $1800 to get a valve replaced on my transmission Dec 23. It was ready the same day. I picked it up and drove it 3 miles home w no problem. The next day on Christmas Eve, my family leaves 2 hours up 287 for Christmas. My car barely made it 35 miles up the road when the transmission completely gave out in Decatur. On top of that, they are closed until Jan 4, so I can't even contact them to let them know how sh*tty of a job was done. Now I'm without a car. I know they will not reimburse me, but if you are reading this beware. Also, my car was dinged while parked in the parking lot of this establishment and they were supposed to tell me what happened after they looked on camera, but never heard a peep. I feel taken advantage of when I really trusted that this business would take care of my transmission needs. Instead, they just took my money and me and my kids were stuck in Decatur, TX for 3 hours waiting on a tow truck on Christmas Eve. A ripoff, to say the least. BE CAUTIOUS.

Very bad customer service and service, my truck still has the same leack issue, I took it to be fixed six months ago, I took it twice and they said it was fixed 'which is not' and the manager the second time started arguing with me because they had fixed something else and not the leack in the transmission. The big leak in the transmission was not fixed, then he said it was my fault and argued and threatened me to call the cops, when I called him out. So rude and aggressive, he said he was the boss 'which he is not', he then said I wanted the service for free, which I had already paid for it to get it fixed, in the first place. I left and then that same day in the afternoon the manager called me, after being rude they toold me to take my truck and that they would fix it, it then took them a week to look at it and supposely fix the issue, now after 6 months the same leak. This place just takes your money and does temporary fixes. I strongly don't recommend this place.

Really great customer service. They were very knowledgeable as to what was the problem with my car and was not to pricey. If you need assistance in paying they even offer monthly installments. I consider that a plus.

Very honest people! They finished the job ahead of time and only charged us for what they ending up needing done, which was WAY less than what was quoted! You can definitely trust these people.

Super Transmission is hands-down the best transmission place I know of here in Fort Worth. I called 5-6 transmission places and all wanted $100-150 just to do a diagnostic on my transmission. They wouldn't even touch it otherwise!Raymond did a full inspection, listened to my specific complaints, took the car for a drive and gave me a full and complete diagnostic report with repair estimate for free. They have quality service.Call some other guys first, then go talk to the folks at Super Transmission. You'll be glad you did!!!

Took a truck that was still working to them to see if the transmission was going out. They pulled the transmission out after I decided not to get it fixed by them, the owner said I needed to remove my truck from their shop. They did NOT giving me the truck back in working condition like I had taken it. I had to pay a tow truck. The owner will treat you poorly and not give you back a working vehicle.Service: Transmission

My transmission went out while I was heading home to college station. Super transmission was the closest place for me to take it too. Unfortunately at that time they were closing and couldn t look at my car. The next morning my car was looked at and they told me my transmission died, but they wanted to make sure that I had a warranty on my car. Turns out I had my transmission covered under my extended warranty. I never heard of a place turning down 4,000$ so their customer can save money.

This tranmission shop offered me a free estimate, and they would do any transmission for 499. Of course, mine was "special", and would be 1500. I of course said I couldnt afford that and that I would take my car. They then offered me a cardboard box to put my transmission in. Yeah, the free estimate was only if you got the work done there. And it did NOT include them putting your car back together. So, like the young fool that I was, I paid it over time. They charged me storage to keep my car there. I finally got my car paid for, and guess what- IT DIDNT WORK. IT WAS DOING THE EXACT SAME THING AS BEFORE!!I took it back and said what the *@#$! to be told that my 30 day waranty had expired while I was paying the car off. But they would be happy to look at it again..for the same price/deal as last time. Lets just say I used the rudest words on that guy I have ever used in public and left. That place took a toll on this single at the time working for minimum wage mom. NEVER GO THERE!

SCAMMERS/CONS. I went to these guys to fix my transmission thinking I was getting a good deal. I had a friend read the diagnostic code before. He got a po741 tcc stuck off. A mechanic here drives my car around the block and scans it without me. He comes back and ask what he got and he doesn't really answer at first then He didn't give me a definite answer or what the code was Says they should check the fluid. Tells me I should replace the torque converter. Him and the manager both agreed I'm making a great decision. They are very positive. I go buy a torque converter and i take my car in yesterday. When I pick it up. I drive faster than usual thinking my car is fixed. Wouldn't you know it transmission light comes on and my car is trying hard to go above 60. Its exactly the SAME. I look up the code again and everything says its the tcc solenoid that's going out. I don't know about this stuff. I figured the converter and solenoid maybe come together. NO its a completely different part. They knew what part was needed but told me another. I payed $595 for them to do nothing. I come up here now and try to peace fully resolve the issue. I eplain what happened and that I would like a refund or the actual part replaced at no extra cost. I also tell them I need to see my old parts for proof they even did anything. The mechanic walks up and says he got a 740 code which is different. I say ok will you scan it again so I can see that. He asks for my keys. I told him ill go with to look at it he scans it and I see the 741 stuck off code. He then tries to tell me basically the exact definition then changes part of it to say it has nothing to do with the solenoid. The manager tells me a solenoid will do nothing and they'll put one in but I have to buy a solenoid and if it doesn't work i have to pay. But its free if it works. He also tells me they have to drop the transmission to do it. You don't. He argues you do. I know they dont. I ask again why would the mechanic tell me it was a 740 code when it never was. The mechanic pulls up a list of codes and says it should be 743 because it says tcc solenoid specifically. And shows me where 741 says tcc clutch error. It has a pinpoint list on right I ask him to show me that. In it it says to check wiring AND TCC SOLENOID first. Along with checking fluid. I pointed it out and told them they did none of that. They skipped a whole process and just recommended a part. He says you didn't come in for all that. I say I at least want a difference in labor cost which would be half the price. The manager repeatedly tells me I won't get a refund and if the solenoid doesn't fix it. I pay. PAY FOR WHAT? Them not fixing it?? At this point I cannot trust these people to touch my car. I'm sure they'll do nothing and charge me. On top of this they said my lower ball joints needed replaced so I got charged for that also. They gave me a box with the old parts. Could just be the new converter. And random ball joints. Going to get looked at by another shop to be sure. Don't ever go here

Took a Gmc Envoy in on Thursday with a bad transmission. Picked up the truck on the following monday with a good transmission. Fast and professional service, I would recommend and will return for future repairs.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I PURCHASED A USED TRANSMISSION THAT RAYMOND RECOMMEND ME AND JUST COME FIND OUT TRANSFER CASE NO GOOD NOW 3 MONTHS LATER MY TRANNY ACTING UP.I WONDER IF THEY EVEN PUT THE TRANSMISSION I PURCHASED BEACAUSE IT'S DOING SAME THING WHEN I TOOK IT TO THEM.I SMELL SCAM DON'T WASTE UR MONEY LIKE ME $1500 OUTService: TransmissionService: Transmission

I went for a check , because i thought it was the transmission, but it wasnt ,but they were honest and mainly what i had is a engine issue with a fuel pump module , thanks for your honesty highly recommended
