They said the could have done an inspection for my friend who had a check engine light on, they charged her $120 and never got it done. When we went to ask about reimbursement they never gave it back to us. I kept on having to go back there to plead them to reimburse. Even then it hasn t been done. Do nottttttttt take your car to this shop!! They are very manipulative!!!!

Never Take your car to this shop they do terrible work they lie about repairs and parts Absolutely terrible paid 1500 to repair my daughters car which is a hybrid and I told them if they didn t know how to fix hybrids let me take my car somewhere else that does Carlos reassured me he could fix anything which was a absolute lie had to returned my daughter car three times and car is still not fix shop refuses to give me my money back I also took mu truck to get repaired first ther rack and pi�on and just found out I havr a bad oil leak coming from the rack and pinnon I Shop Is trash Save your money and go find a shop that know what they doing cause this shop doesn t have a clue

I came to this particular Speedy Tires on Friday September 2, 2022 around 5:30 PM CDT to rectify a tire balancing and rotation issue on my 2005 KIA Spectra5 after visiting two other tire shops earlier in the day with no success or remedies to my issues above. Carlos and his team kindly greeted and welcomed me into the shop and got to work quickly on my vehicle. The team took their time to properly calibrate and program the tire balancing machine, perform a visual inspection of my new tires installation, checkout the front and rear end, and even air up all of my tires to the proper tire pressure (PSI). The tire balancing and rotation service came out excellent and the cost was only $40.00 which is very reasonable in today's market. My vehicle now drives so smooth and track straight with no vibrations, shuddering, noises, or other issues at all. Thank you so much to Carlos and his team for servicing and assisting me in resolving my above tire issues. I will definitely be back to bring him and his team more business in the future. I was charged 600 dollars to change out my air compressor on they 17th they told me to bring it back last Saturday so I did they had my car for 6 hours and they told me to that I needed another part so I took it somewhere else and found they didn't change my air compressor.

If I had an option to choose zero stars I would choose.Took my car to get looked at, the mechanic goes by "El Gordo". He took a piece of my car that didn't need to be changed and stated that it would fix the problem, he didn't have my car ready on the day he said it'll be ready. I picked up my car when ready and I still had the same issue, when I asked him he said I should of paid him more money "I get what I paid for". He continued to say I needed other parts fixed, to fix ONE issue. Carlos the owner has not returned any of my phone calls, every time I go looking for him, he either hides or is never there. Very bad service I would stay away from this place!!! He took advantage of my mother which is an elder.I ended up taking my car some where else to get the problem fixed and I paid less that what they charged me at Speedy and was told that it seemed like the pervious mechanic didn't try to fix anything.

I blew a tire yesterday evening and unfortunately did not have a spare. Luckily this business was close by! They had a used tire in stock and got me in and out in about 30 minutes.**Heads up, they do prefer cash over debit/ credit and do not have an ATM on site.Service: Tires

Carlos has had my truck for 3 months we have gave him 1400 to start the work and he has done nothing. He refuses to let me tow my car to the Ford dealership. He won t give me my money back. He claims to have a hernia, cancer, covid and a lot of other excuses for why my truck isn t done. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CAR OR MONEY. I am a mother of 5 and need my vehicle and they can t reach Carlos he s missing when I call or come up there! Unless I pop up and he s out of the shop and I happen to catch him. He wants to smile and apologize offered me money for my time. Totally unprofessional business! I show up on a rainy evening with a slow leak on one of my tires, about 15 minutes to closing time. The mechanic not only helps me and is super friendly about everything, he shows me exactly where the nail went into my tire (lets me take pictures as proof to my mechanic husband who is asking questions making sure I'm not being taken advantage of) suggests some options because of the compromising position of the nail, does what I ask him to without pressuring me into buying anything or doing anything additional other than what I requested. I was satisfied with his work and with his generosity throughout the whole process. Thank you so much for the help and advice and for your overall kindness, I would suggest this place to anyone who is in need, you won't go wrong here!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Took our gmc yukon to carlos 2 weeks ago and he has done nothing to our car! Every time we call hes never there or wont answer gave him 500 to start work and only tells us ill have it ready tomorrow and never does! Just read the reviews and i see im not the only one he has done this to he even told me yesterday when i went and finally got ahold of him that he would have my truck ready today and not to worry that he will give me a discount and well this morning i go again and nothing my truck is in the same place and nothing done to it smh!Service: Transmission

DO NOT bring your vehicle here for ANYTHING other than tires. They did small jobs on my car so I had my sons car towed there when he got into a wreck. I could look at the car and tell it was no frame damage just exterior which the owner, Carlos confirmed. It has been almost 3 mos and this man hasnt done anything to my sons car. Hes not professional at all and hasnt xalled myself or my son to ket us know whats going on. Instead we constantly have to chase him down to get answers about this car. I call and supposedly he's never there just his employees who either dont speak English or dont know anything about the car. Although ive called countless times he has never returned my call. My son has went down there several times and he swears he going to have the car done by this n that date and never does. At tgis point, ive spent a fortune on lyfts and rentals so my son can go to work. At this point, I am getting the vehicle back ans suing for the $2500we paid him. I just visit this place after i heard some good things from friends .So i decide to take my Car there for the monthly service ... i would like to said this place deserves something more than 5 STARS ... awesome job , quick service... and there prices can bit any other place .Your problem with cars can be resolved at this Place easy and in short time.All automotive service seems available .This place is highly recommended...thank you again for taking care of my vehicle thank you for the great customer service.

I went over because my ac was not workingThey check my ac system and told me I need an ac kit and they quoted me with a good price on parts and laborThey replaced the whole kit and showed me the old partsI was told the car it will be done by 5 o clockBut they called me earlier and Adam said it will take more time because some parts were late on deliveryI got my car back on on 6:15 and my ac was runningI asked if they can check my tires air pressure and to run a diagnostic on my car in case if there is anything else needs to be doneIt turns out that they already did and gave me a list of recommendations with amazing discountsThank you Adam for help I really appreciate itMy family still don t believe that I replaced my ac kit with this amazing price after many expensive quotes I received from other shops near bythis place is definitely recommendedYou won t be disappointed I promiseThanks speedy

Mechanics caused expensive damage to my car and the owner will not take responsibility-they sent me home with FOUR missing lug nuts-they tried replacing one with one that didn t fit in my car-damaged the tread on my wheel hub that BMW quoted me the next day as a $1.5k replacement-and didn t even tell me until I noticed the loose lug nut the next dayI took my car to a BMW dealership and they told me all the damage they caused to my vehicle I didn t even know about. The owner did not refund me the service or replace my lug nuts and I ve been trying to get into contact and with a resolutionThankfully, since the owner can t fix my issue, Tarrant County small claims court can

Speedy tires is the worst place to conduct any business with. I took my car in to have it repaired by a man name Carlos Campos. He was supposed to replaced my motor in my car. He accepted my money and never did the work($1,840),also kept the battery that was in my car. My car sat for two years. I finally had my car brought home last month.He keeps avoiding me and my calls to refund me the money I paid him for a service he never started or completed. I would never recommend this business to no one. If I could leave zero stars I would.Service: Engine repair

I took my silver 2004 F150 to Carlos on May 18, 2019 to check to see why my right side of the( passenger)was feeling wobbly. On talking to his son Cookie he told me his dad said I needed control arm for that one side but do both sides. I also needed bearings, ball joints and back breaks. I heard about Speedy tire through my sister and she said Carlos was a christian man so I went thinking it would be different than the other so call christian shops I have been to and gotten robbed. Come to fine out he is no different. He gave me a price of $1100 hundred dollars. I asked him if he could come down off the price a little because since I have been coming there I have turned on a couple of people to them so he said $1000. May 22nd truck still running the same way it was when towed in. Two of my Good year long trail tires was gone and 2 of my center caps gone. And he had the audacity to put back on mixed match tires. A Micheline tire and a dry rotted old Good year tire. My tires was in mint condition and he even said I had a good truck. He was plotting the hold time I see. On May 22nd when confronted he tried to lie but then apologized in front of the manager. Wrote a promissory note to make good on what was taken from me know I have yet to hear anything from him. He has been trying to hide out at other shops hoping I wouldn't find him. Have given him my number still no call as of June 27th 2019. The manager knows what's going on and haven't done anything as well. I will know let the judge handle it. Don't trust Carlos the supposed to be christian. True story!!!!

Took my vehicle there for insurance work. Didnt replace part that insurance paid for. Brought car back to have part replaced..that was 2 months ago and Carlos keeps avoiding me. Work still not done and my car is just sitting there.

I went to have my truck repair and it took them 2 months to give it back, but all they did was broken parts off my truck and mitit up worse then it was before,that was 5 monthsless 10 others that I found out about, this person who is in charge needs to be removed from the company asapago and still haven't refund me my money, I'm not the only customer who they scrude around,atService: Engine repair

I will keep going here to buy tires I bought 2 used ones 30dls each versus the other 3 places i went they wanted 40 for each. And they have 30day warranty. But I trust the owner and the speed of the service the best .

Walked in stood there for about 5 minutes with the lady standing right in front of me. I was just ignored... she turned around and walked away even after she saw me say hello. Dunno... bad customer service. Best go else where.

I just recently went in to get my tire plugged, Adam the manager was the gentleman to help me out and by far his service was excellent and helped me with no problem and got me back on the road..I highly recommend to stop by if you need any auto service.

I went over there today and honestly this is the best place I've ever been toThey did a diagnostic on my 2008 Hyundai elantra and they told me it was miss firingThey fixed my car and showed me the old partsThey quoted me 4 new tiers for an amazing price I didn't expect and Adam made an order for my tiers on MondayI can't wait till I have my new tiers onAnd ofcourse my check engine light is off now and my car is smooth againI'm so Happy
