I had my car fully detailed with their detailed complete service. They offered me a free Uber ride back home or anywhere I wanted in 10 miles, but I did not use it. It is nice of them to offer it, though. They have a nice and clean waiting room with a television and they also have clean bathrooms. Also there is free coffee and water for you there. The service took me about 2 hours, but they estimated 3 hours, so it is nice of them to work quickly. I received 2 air fresheners for free and I choose lovable. It is so refreshing. My car was so parsley and shiny afterward, and the inside was spotless. They did not mess with my personal belongings, which was very nice, and if there was something they thought I might have wanted to keep, they came in and asked me if it was trash. So they do not just throw your stuff away. They only take cash tips, so be prepared to bring cash. They do not offer cash back. There is a 7/11 next door that has an ATM, which is where I went. I will be coming back again, and I recommend others to go as well!

Nice place to wash your car. I like being able to vacuum my own car too. No time limit on vacuuming so I was good with that. Total price with cat wash, 2 guys cleaning my rims, and me vacuuming came to $17. That s a great price for all that. They also have lower car wash plans.

I am an Uber driver and I need my car to look beautiful. I definitely recommend getting the express membership you can have unlimited car washes and use the vacuum. It s fast and affordable and it gets your ride looking shiny and pretty definitely worth the membership.

First time here and had a good experience I feel like. Guys did a great job with my truck. They have lots of options at different price points but the most popular are the $35 and $65 option Full service inside and out. If you have little ones...and need that deep cleaning pay a little more and get the $65 option. Hope this review helps. Be sure to follow for more as I have reach 1 Million plus interactions.

This place ruined my new rims, i provided pictures of before and after, I clearly asked the staff on site several times will my car fit, not only did he used a bristle yellow brush but also scratched my entire top hood. Manager was not helpful stated that they were done before see images of my new rims not even a month old before and after a carwash.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, STAY AWAY!!! The tunnel will ruin your RIMS.

Just ok. I did the $15 wash and asked about the rewards program, and the girl working the register just gave me a sticker and didn t explain anything, so I m not sure how it works. Also, the $15 wash include a hand dry...there was a line of cars so they spent maybe 30 seconds on drying my car. The front wasn t scrubbed well before the wash or hand dried at all because there are still bugs and now Water spots and run stains.

3/23/23 Fastest oil change I ve ever been too! These guys are friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Thanks for getting us in and out! didn t even have to get out of the car PLUS a free car wash!!

Do NOT go here if you car about your rims!!!! They only care to get you in and out... I just bought rims & hour later my driver front rim is stratched to hell!!!! I can't even reach someone to talk to!!!! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!! hand wash your car ppl. The one time I don't this happens!!!! Lesson WELL learned

We went to this car wash on Sunday at 6:15 because Google said they were open till 7:00 p.m. When we get there to have the car washed inside and out I believe there's a $150 package that we were going to purchase we are told that all those services stopped at 6:00 p.m. all they have available is the drive-through car wash and self vacuum. We opted for that because our car is filthy we just got back from the beach. While vacuuming they tell us that they're waiting on us to shut off the vacuums. At this point it is 6:25 p.m. Google makes it very easy for business to update their hours in real time so put the public doesn't have a bad experience like we did m. So not only were we unable to get a full service package but we also couldn't finish vacuuming our car? Wow. There are far too many other car washes out there to ever come back to this place.

Overall good place. The reason I m deducting two stars is the lacksadalsicle tyre cleaning. I ve done it once a month now for several months and every time I need to touch it up right there. But still one of the better places in the area

For 35 dollars I must say this is the best place to get your car wash in the Fort Worth area and I do mean that.

Used to be good. No longer a quality car wash. It was terrible from the start. When I rolled my car into the area where someone physically soaps up my car windows, the worker only wiped half the window. So half of it had soap on it, the other half was unwiped and unsoaked. His only job is to make sure the windows get wiped with soap before it enters through all the machines. Yet he didn t do his job.What s worse? Look at the pictures below. This was AFTER the car wash and AFTER all the drying. The car wash barely did anything to my car. It is still dirty and the stains are still very visible.This place cheats out on soap and quality. Do not go here. You would be wasting both time and money.

These guys do a good job.Always turns out looking great. Very respectful. Nice waiting room. Cold water and coffee inside but also a 7-11 next door if you need a snack or anything. Would always recommend this place. The price for a detail is very affordable. Base detail is $35 and thats what I always get.

Paid for a full detail, but they weren t as meticulous yesterday. They have 5-6 staff on one car, mine. And they managed to miss cleaning between the cracks. It s as if they did it too fast.They were done in 10 minutes for $74. I left disappointed.Service: Auto detailing

This place was awesome from beginning to end.:) The young latino guy that took my payment was really nice and so were the two people who dried&cleaned the interior of my Sonata.I paid $35 for the Full Service and they did a super good, thorough job. Left feeling like I d gotten my money s worth&exactly what I needed.As a side note, I came here after a staff member at the Cityview car wash was so rude to me that I just left without having anything done. Wouldn t recommend them just based off of that.

I did use this business til they broke my antenna because they didnt take it off like they have everytime I've gone there. Then they want to say that they asked if we wanted them to take it off. That is a lie. That was never said. So it brakes off I didn't notice it at first but about 30 minutes later said where's my antenna went back up there they give a broken one .im holding them responsible.its there business they know what they have to do and what will break and not.

Location is rather tight to get in and out of it. Shares an entrance with a oil changing place. Vacuums aren't as up to date.

I am always pleased with the end result. I purchase the $50 dollar service and my car looks like it was detailed. Great work/service. I have never used their full service/oil change service as I only go to the dealership where I purchased my car. So, unable to comment on that service. The reason I gave four instead of five stars is due to the lobby/ waiting area is not temperature comfortable. I usually wait outside on the bench which seems to be more comfortable than the inside.

After I put a very small dent and scratches on my car, I was afraid of running the car through a car wash (before going to the body shop). IMy car needed a good interior clean without the exterior being touched. Shine Express has always worked on my car. So I called them. They were happy to do a super clean of everything in the interior. And they discounted the price of the exterior wash from it. I greatly appreciate them!!

Great automatic car wash with options to have your vehicle hand dried, wheels and tired cleaned, and even get your vehicle fully detailed. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the crew here. They also have greats vacuums on site. I immediately signed up for the monthly membership.

Shine Express Carwash is the best car wash in the DFW area, they do such an amazing job at everything they do especially Marvin and Diego. I ve been here several times and it just keeps getting sloppier every time. I paid $168 for a good cleaning (shampoo carpets &seats) on top of the wash and they did a good job on the shampooing but the rest was very sloppy work. It looks like I will have to look elsewhere ,unfortunately.

The guys in the inspection shop did a great job and also went above and beyond when I asked if they would grease a few Ujoints for me. They were quick to inspect my vehicle and professional. Thank you guys!

The black guy that works inside the actual car wash tunnel I believe his name is Derek. He is a very rude and aggressive employee. I am a regular at this car wash and have noticed this type of behavior from him before. Today was even worse. VERY AGGRESSIVE & ANGRY personality. This employee should not be interacting with the public. Truthfully, this is bad business to allow this type of behavior to go on! This individual needs to be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY! Per the reviews for this company I am not the first complaint and him. This is a great car wash and the public does not deserve this treatment. Went there this afternoon to get my oil changed. I have no issues with the service guys. They did a great job and were cool guys. My issue lies with the $95 "detailing" if you can even call it that. I had to hurry and pick up my wife from and didn't have time for a thorough inspection. Upon arriving at my wife's work I realized they didn't even open my trunk. There is still dirt lines on the trunk lid as well as the body side. They left a very obvious mothball/dust bunny in the top corner of my driver side door and dirty water in the door sills. There is still dirt in my rear reflector recesses that the car wash wasn't able to get due to the design of the car. They even left wax right next to the door handle that if you just took a rag would have come up easily. That's just laziness. There's some dog hair on the back of the rear headrests that looks like they didn't even attempt to clean. To top it all off when I came back to speak with someone about the poor job that was done at 7:15, the gates were already closed despite the fact that the hours posted on the gate said they were open until 8 during the summer!!!!

I brought my car in and paid the extra to have my rims cleaned and the tires shined but even though there were several people working when I left I had to clean and shine my own tires because of the poor job they did. not worth the extra money.

The last three times I have been at this business, I have paid extra to have my wheels done. Every time that I have came out to vacuum I've had to wipe the dirt off of my wheels. Other than that I'm totally happy
