I needed an inspection Saturday evening and they had me in and out in no time with immaculate customer service. It prompted me to get the rest of my vehicles inspected, so I brought 2 more vehicles for inspections and oil changes over the following days.As an ASE certified technician, I can certainly say that their maintenance recommendations were sold and not to just make money. Everything that they recommended be serviced were all things truly in need of service.Their staff is friendly, the garage is clean, the inside waiting area is spacious and accommodating, and they have an outdoor covered patio for good weather days.A special thank you to Joshua for being the very helpful. He was quick to greet me, and quick to get my vehicles in and out. They definitely value their customers time.

Checked several places to get my annual vehicle inspection. Service Plus had some of the best reviews, so I decided to give them a try. I arrived 10 minutes before they opened. Despite that, they opened early and told me they would get me taken care of. Nice, clean waiting room with comfortable chairs, beverages, and snacks. TV on to keep me entertained. They were friendly and quick. I would estimate it took about 15 minutes. Fair prices.

A couple months ago I had taken my car to a different auto shop and they installed my spark plugs completely wrong and it ended up causing a misfire while I was driving. I took my car here and they did their job super fast! Car is running super smooth thankful for these guys! Hard workers and they know what they re doing!

I absolutely love this place! They re very direct, honest and knowledgeable. They don t try to nickel and dime you. I came in for an oil change this time. Had another great experience. Fresh coffee in a nice clean lounge where you can see them working on your vehicle. To my surprise, when I got in my car, it had been vacuumed as well!

Was greeted by service rep right when I pulled up. Just needing a state inspection. Really friendly and said to make yourself comfortable in our lounge, offered coffee and refreshments. The inside waiting area was super nice. Everything was clean, leather chairs, 2 LCD TVs, bar sitting with a clean window to see out into the bay. Blown away as this was my first time here. 15-20 mins later my car was ready, the tech gave me my keys and was super nice. And I was looking for my car . and it was on the other side parked under a covered like valet area. I will come back for servicing if my car next time!!!Great job!

The team at Service Plus is always top of the line for me. Jen the office manager there is always holding it down, she gathers as much details as possible for the mechanics. The mechanics make common sense suggestions and don t try to guilt trip you when you tell em next time for a suggestion. The team here is willing to work with you on justified issues or errors. Great place! The price may be a bit high sometimes for repairs but I d rather these guys than a dealership trying to wrack up repairs for extra money.

Greatest car service repair experience I ve ever had. And Iv gone through many. My Jeep had some issues and started to stall when I was driving. At first it happened once every few days and then one night kept stalling every few miles. It would not start immediately and would click. I had no check engine light or codes for reflect the issue. It was so bad I had to get it towed to the repair shop. Luckily when this first began, I started to do my research on local shops. I ve had bad experiences before taking it to the main dealership, they are extremely expensive and I ve had to go back because the issue was never resolved. I ve gone to smaller low cost repair shops and ended up having to pay double because the repair was not properly done and had to have another repair shop fix the initial problem. I really looked up reviews of local shops nearby and when I came across Service Plus, I really liked what I read. Other people had similar experiences with their vehicle that I was currently having with mine. They even went to multiple places before finally going to Service Plus and was able to get their issue resolved. So many customers have complimented the knowledge of Service Plus Automotive Repair guys and they DO know their cars/trucks and repair issues. They called me and confirmed that many of their service guys have seen this issue with my Jeeps 2.4 L and the crankshaft sensor. They did advise there would be a 95$ diagnostic test to see what the issue was and that was perfectly fine with me. From the reviews I read about Service plus, those diagnostic test really helped save customers on figuring out their car issues (even when they had taken it to the dealership and they wouldn t do anything without a check engine light or code). The cost to replace the piece and repair was so affordable it amazed me. I also had a broken window that had been taped up for years and was going to fix it eventually. They offered to fix that as well along with my crankshaft repair. The total cost for everything was very affordable and I was astonished. When I picked up my car they even cleaned off all the duct tape I had on my window to hold it up (and that was probably a nightmare to clean) and it seriously looked like a brand new window. They truly went above and beyond and delivered phenomenal service!! Not only will I use them as my #1 auto repair shop, but I m referring my mother and family/friends. You will be in great hands at this shop.

Went in with an appointment for two state inspections and an oil change. They did not complete the inspection of one of the vehicles. They did not tell me. I paid. Left. Four days later, went online to complete registration renewal and of course, state inspection not complete. I called, asked for a reason why it was not completed and all they could say was that there was no communication between the greeter and the workers. Maybe write it down, what is supposed to be done. I mean, the appointment was litterally for the state inspection and I added the oil change. Yet, that doesn't make them money, so they said screw it, just charge him as much as possible without doing any of the actual work.

Me and my friend came here and had such a great experience. We don t know much about cars or what they need, and the staff was very helpful and patient with us. They were every honest about the price and about what we needed to get done, and what could wait until next visit. Warm smiles and very nice people all around. I will definitely be coming back!!

Consistency is the key word for this place. It is consistently well run. They always greet me promptly when I pull up, they are courteous, and they don't inundate me with a bunch of repairs I don't need.The waiting room is consistently clean and they are consistently friendly and get whatever I'm there for done promptly whether it's an oil change, and inspection or anything else.

I have been here twice. The first time they did a diagnosis and had to replace a broken part on my truck, great customer service! The second time I had to come back because a faulty part was installed. They honored their warranty and switched it out with NO hassle what so ever. This place is awesome!

This was the first enjoyable mechanic shop experience I've ever had. I needed an inspection. Grant it theory prices are higher than most shops but they have an extremely clean comfortable environment. So I guess you're paying for that also. The staff was wonderful and quick.

I needed an oil change and the place where I normally went to couldn't get to me without leaving my car for a day, so I decided to try a new place, and I'm glad I did.This place took care of my oil change in no time, and more.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The service here was incredible compared to any other place I have ever been too.They checked all the fluid levels on my vehicle, vacuumed the interior, washed the windows and checked air pressure on the tires.They noticed a few small things on my vehicle that need attention and informed me they could take care of those things as well, but at no time did I feel like they pressured me into getting something else done like so many other places do. The prices are very reasonable and compare with others in the area.The waiting lounge is more like a nice motel or restaurant rather than a car repair facility. It has TV, free coffee, water with a covered outdoor patio with fan's.I plan on getting my state inspections and oil changes here from now on, with great service and reasonable prices.Service: Oil change

Very quick and professional service. They will let you know if they find other issues while making repairs but wont try to upsell you on repairs if it's something that can wait. I had an alignment done and I think I was out the door in a little over a half hour.

I typically do not write reviews, but had to share my consistently amazing experience at Service Plus Automotive. I have been taking my family's vehicles to this location for over 3 years. After trying several service options across the Metroplex, including the car dealership, I can say unequivocally that Service Plus Automotive is the absolute best. Jason and his team have consistently exceeded expectations with transparent advice, timely service and the best customer experience I have ever had. Keep in mind that my family vehicles have varied greatly as far as make, model, mileage and repair needs. Jason and Co have come through every time. Great people, great service, every time. Great place! I ve been servicing my BMW here for over 2 years. They are more diligent than BMW dealership. They stand behind their work, and only offer services that you need. I am so grateful I found this place! Also, their customer service is top notch! The waiting area is absolutely gorgeous, and while you wait on your vehicle you can do some work! communication is awful - well, that would be a compliment. you'll have to call several times to get an update...even then, you won't get a solid update. the mechanics and office staff do mention "it's summer," and the "mechanics are working in hot bays." it's great when they repair a warranty part, then that part is defective and instead of priority repair, you're bumped to the bottom of the list... expensive, no communication, not results driven - will be happy to take your money though!

I come here frequently for oil changes and inspections, and they ve always done a great job. Today, I had my car at the dealership for a recall notice, and they said they found an additional repair that needed to be done and quoted me $550. This didn t seem right to me, because I d just had my car inspected, so I told them not to do it. I drove to Service Plus, and Ike checked my car for free and found out I didn t actually need the repair. I m glad to have a place I can trust.
