Had a blown tire at 11pm while 90 mins from home. The dispatcher helped me figure out my location and was very kind and patient. She said the tech would arrive in 20 mins and he was there like clockwork. $110 later I was on my way back home. 10/10, would recommend!

I typically do not submit reviews for businesses, but I felt the need to warn others about using Salazar roadside services. I had a blow out in the evening of June 6th and made contact with Salazar to help with the repair. They asked for payment upfront without any guarantee that the service would be completed. I questioned the operator about it, but being in a bad situation I decided to pay upfront. The estimated time of arrival was 1.5 hours, so after getting off the phone, I was able to switch out the spare myself within 15 minutes. I called them back to cancel to call and the individual indicated that they couldn t refund the full charge for the service but that there would be a partial refund. I completely understand the initial cost for placing a call and having the driver start to drive in route to the location, but Salazar has not refunded any of the charge that was incurred for services not rendered. I have used multiple towing/roadside services over the years and have not experienced the lack of customer care that I experienced with Salazar and therefore would advise using another roadside service that cares more for the customer than for monetary gain.

November 12 2022 my car had a blowout at 12:30 at night, after ufc Izzy got knocked out!It was 35 degrees In Fort WorthThey were there within 40 minutes WITH my new tire.I saw the bad reviews which made me think I was about to get ripped off, but they came and handled everything properly so it wouldn t be right for me to not leave a review.Thanks guys

i would recommend Salazar emergency roadside assistance to anyone! Our experience was absolute amazing! Our RV had two blowouts on a Sunday after 5pm and within 45 min they came to us and we had 3 new tires! Very affordable and he went above and beyond to make sure we were back on the road safely. I can t say enough how truly thankful we are to have had the pleasure of dealing with this company.

Used them on a cold crazy Wednesday morning. Yes, it did take them a while but I like to see how fast you can get across town in this dorky traffic. A wonderful gentleman changed my tire and showed me a bubble on the other tire. I wasn't excited about replacing 2 tires but I am very thankful he noticed.

By far the best customer service! While on the highway, my car s tire went flat. I pulled over and googled roadside assistance and found Salazar emergency roadside assistance and frantically called for assistance. They quickly dispatched a very nice gentleman and came to my rescue. When he arrived, he identified that my spare was a bad spare. He did not make an issue of it and found a tire close-bye and fixed my issue. He was so kind and did not seem bothered to have to find another tire. I will forever use this group and would highly recommend.Great job! Thank you for helping me and making my day!

In all honesty, horrible service. They didn t answer the first time, when I called again a lady answered and it seemed like she was taking care of children while eating. Then she asked me a couple questions and said they would be there in 20 minutes and that the person coming would call me in 10 minutes to tell me where they re at. I waited 30 minutes then called again to see where they were and she told me to wait another 20. I waited 40 and they still didn t show up. Keep in mind it was about 90 degrees outside and I was on the freeway. I was looking out for a tow truck or some kind of truck full of tools. This person then pulls up in a honda, wearing sandals and shorts as if he just woke up. I paid almost $100 for that? He even gave me his personal card so I could call him personally whenever anything else happened. Is that who companies hire to do their work??? I don t recommend them at all. Call your insurance

Man if I could give this place 10 stars I would not only were they reasonably priced the dispatcher was very polite and was quick to have a technician on his way to where I was stranded and the technician he is the main reason I am writing this review!!!!! He showed up almost 10 minutes before the time period I was given and upon arrival he exited his truck immediately diagnosed my problem and went straight to town he was rather fast at getting my issue resolved but very professional at the same time I wish I could have gotten his name so I could include him in this review he drove a new silver pickup truck and was dispatched to remove a wheel lock and change out the tires on my Honda crv in burleson this past Sunday evening around 9:30 P.M 9/13/2020 (hopefully Salazar Emergency Roadside Assistance will respond back with the name of the gentlemen who helped me so you can ask for him if your ever stranded) so with all thay being said I would most certainly recommend this to anyone that is broken down on the side of the road and needs assistance because this is most definitely your best bet in the DFW area

SCAM! Beware of this company. I had a blowout on the Sam Rayborn Tollway and contacted this company to come replace tire. Once I contacted them they took my payment which was 178.00 for a used tire. They told me someone would be there within 25 to 30 min. I waited outside my vehicle as I didn't want to wait inside being on the side of a toll road with a lot of traffic. 30 min passed and the NTTA safety services stopped and asked me if I had help coming in which I told them I had contacted Salazar roadside to come help me. They told me they would stay with me until my issued had been resolved. A little later I contacted Salazar back and was told that the repair would arrive within 10 more min. That time elapsed and I called Salazar back and was told they would have the repair tech call me which he did and stated he was 10 min away. (Over an hour from when I was told 25-30 min away). The "maintenance" guy arrived and I call him that because he arrived in an unmarked personal vehicle with very unprofessional tools but had a shirt on that said maintenance. This man who this company sent to replace my tire tried for 30 min to get my new tire on my rim without being able to. During this time he used flammable spray and a normal cigarette lighter to make the tire adhere to the rim without being able to do so successfully. He used my battery to supply power to his air machine to try and put air into a tire he couldn't even get to seal to the rim. This went on and on and on to the point the NSSA safety services informed me what he was doing was not safe and the company that sent him should not be in business. They told me to stop and get a refund because they could not let him continue what he was doing and to get a refund. I called Salazar back and was told I would get a refund....fast forward a few days later and all that was refunded was the 50.00 tire fee. Do NOT use this company!!!!!!!! I was told a supervisor world contact me back but of course that never happened. What a SCAM!!!!!!! I'm reporting this to other places.i have all calls recorded and a video of the failed maintenance guy that came to replace my tire but had no idea how to do his job..so ridiculous. Do NOT do business here

If you are in need of any emergency roadside service or mobile tire replacement, give these people a call!! I can not say enough good things about them. They are honest, hard working, punctual, caring,,, everything good. While on our way home from a quick weekend getaway in our 5th wheel, we had not 1 blowout but 2, not at the same time. We replaced the first blowout with the spare then 30 minutes down the road the second blew, at this point we were stuck. We limped the RV down to Burleson to an RV park that we could get into (our RV is a 43 foot long 5th wheel that weighs about 16,000 pounds empty). I found Salazar Emergency Roadside searching online for mobile Tire Replacement and I could not be happier with the end results. Our tire size is an odd size and can be hard to come by now with all of the pandemic repercussions going on, they are an R17.5. They said they could have 4 the next morning and be there between 9 and 10, they were there between 9:30 and 10:00. Did an amazing job!! Thank you SOOO much for rescuing us!!!!!!! Wish I could give you more stars!!

Tech arrived on time with sms announcing his eta. He has all the right equipment to do the job. It was a bit of a pain in the a$$ to get my semi running but he stayed on it and got everything sorted with no complaints. Very positive experience.Service: Battery serviceService: Battery service

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!Do not use this company, no matter what is your situation, they will only make it worse!A simple flat tire turned out to be a $799 charge!This is outrages, couldn't believe I fell for their bait and switch scam.The name of the guy that came out was David Salazar, showed up in a Mercedes Benz and once we asked questions about the extremely high price, he acted like a mobster. After checking online about this guy, he is a well known scammer from Locksmith and the Roadside industry. Be aware and do not use this company.

The dispatcher was very helpful even though i gave her the wrong address and was very nice, she sent a nice guy out by the name Joseph he was very quick and made sure that everything he was spine was right, thank you for all your help tonight. I will recommend this service to my family and friends.

I have a Mercedes Benz , had a blow out on the freeway and called them ( didn t have a spare ) the customer service was friendly and the technician arrived fairly quickly with all the Black Friday traffic ! He was very respectable and very nice and they replaced my tire with a brand new one for a great affordable price and it didn t take long at all... THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH

I don t know where to begin! I highly recommend Salazar Emergency Roadside Service... let me paint the picture for you, it s Friday, roughly about 2:00 in the afternoon and I leave out of work to a flat... It s Friday! need I mind you, I way my options... time is of the essence. Instead of going with the insurance co. I decided to go with an unfamiliar face.Best decision EVER!!! Dude was there 20 minutes after I hung up with them... very professional... great personality! A Plus Service!!!! And just when I thought those days were gone MR. Impeccable service, timely, reliable, and professional! My tire burst on an Easter Sunday evening of all times, and out of all the services, they were there to answer my call and tend to my problem. Would definitely recommend for whatever services you might need!

They came out on a Sunday and replaced the tire on my work truck when I was stranded in a parking lot. It was a very professional experience from the lady that answered the phone, to the man that replaced the tire.

This clown shoe has a website and a phone number. No response or a working voice mail. This emergency roadside is as useful as poop flavored lollipop. BTW Monday morning 944 am... USELESS
