Customer service in parts was great! Came in near closing time looking for a part and we were helped by Adrian. He took the time to search the part we needed for a CAT engine and we had the part ordered all within 15 minutes of closing time. Great customer service and a willingness to help goes a long way, we definitely will be back to do business here!

If you can stay away from this place, please do. So far our experience has been terrible. The waiting time to get our truck repaired is inaccurate and insane. Going in to the third week waiting to get our truck back and nothing. Seriously frustrating and ridiculous at the point how long this process is taking. Meanwhile we have no source of income coming in because of this ridiculousness. Hire more people if you have to, pay your employees better. Extremely annoying and ridiculous place to do business with. We hope we never have to come back!!

Parts department is a total jokeOne person working behind counter, doesn't have a clue what he is doing. Its normal to spend hour to hour and half trying to get anything from them. Dallas parts department is no better and they could care less.

This place is something!!!! I had a driver that needed some time off, his truck a shake to it, i had recently put new steer tires on it . So I was worried about the front-end parts . I dropped it off with that to be the only issue to address . 5 days had gone by and I called up to Rush. The truck had been seen about the check engine light been on. When the truck was dropped off, no light was on! The front-end was not even on the ticket as the problem! They worked on the truck multiple days and when I came to pick it up. The check engine light was on before I even drove away!!! The bill was nearly $1000 and I still have to fix the front-end . The part that really makes all this extremely difficult is no communication!!! Promises that are never kept!! I m sitting here at the service center for my truck that was promised to be ready this morning!!! It s now nearly 2:00pm and still waiting for someone to test drive my truck so I can take it somewhere else to get the front-end fixed!!!! On day 8 of the truck sitting here to be fixed!!!!

Really good service .... When they get to your truck. So take that with a grain of salt (and a few shots of tequila). I had an electrical problem with a emissions sensor (geee... imagine that) and got in fairly quickly and was completely fixed, out the door in 3 hrs. Some of the other drivers I talked to seemed to be a mixed bag of "Been here 4 days" to "got me fixed in 45 min" so it's pretty much how busy they are and how many techs they have at the time. The guy that fixed my issues was really good and I have not had a problem since it was fixed.Good luck!

The service went well. But the drivers lounge needs alittle attention cleaning n sanitizing. Coffee pot was half filled old Coffee with mold in it. That needs attention ,cleaned if not gonna be used.

My truck has been in this shop for three weeks, they cannot solve the issue, and instead now the truck is having issues that it did not have before. The mechanic and foreman do nothing but talk around all day, walking from here to there, not doing anything. Management should be ashamed of themselves. As of now my truck is still not done, I cannot work, and they don t know what to do. I am to the point of towing my truck somewhere else!

The parts department is a complete and total joke. I'm always on hold for at least 30 minutes. The will call service they so call offer does not exist. I'm so glad that there's a MHC KENWORTH in fort Worth. Rush Peterbilt might want to go learn from them.

Dependable parts availability but pricing is always full retail. Other Peterbilt Parts dealers are always priced way better. Rush is just expensive. Every counterman I ve dealt with over the years are usually professional though

Came in at noon wasn't out until 8pm. That quick services wasn't quick and again this is day shift problem. I was then change full rate, which I have no problem paying my bills, but don't hold me hostage for 7hrs and I missed loads and then charge me when this could have been completed am shift. ... Before I go back I need a store credit or half price. I missed $882.00 that day.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I've had my 2018 579 in their shop 7 times since I got it in October of 2017. All they do is clear the check engine codes and regen it and say it's good. They've charged my company for 5 software updates and said that a bad air pressure sensor was the culprit causing the regen system to not work. Seems to me that they are just waiting for the warranty to expire and then miraculously we will have to shell out big money to replace parts. I picked it up last night and went to leave this morning, and wouldn't you know it, 20 minutes after leaving my yard, the stop engine light came on and the check engine light is back on again. I would've given them a negative star count if it were possible.

Went there for a headlight code HDLP FAULT. In their shop for a day to tell me I need 2 new wiring harness. Got charged $ 700.00. Come to find out it was just a ground wire in the plug was bad. Shame on you for gouging and not actually trying to locate the problem.

Unfortunately this is the nearest peterbuilt dealer to us and we drive another hour every time to avoid dealing with the parts department and we save a lot of time because they can t get a parts order right. They would tell us the parts were in stock but not sell them to us when we drove all the way there. They would give us a time that our parts would be there and fail to fulfill that promise. Littterally half of the parts they ordered for us were wrong or not on time.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I had them do a simple wiring job. Cost me $500. Turns out that what I wanted them to do, they didn t do at all. Take the wires from the switch and bypass the computer. They didn t even do that. Instead, they wired my purple lights with my marker lights switch. No, it s not legal to run purple lights in place of the amber while going down the road. The simple $200 fix turns into $500 and they didn t even do it right. You re better off taking your truck to the Redneck place south of Dallas.

I am not the kind of guy that really drop comment or reviews. But Jason earn my total respect. The best way to evaluate someone is when they dont know you are watching.. this guy take pleasure and ownership of his job. I came in for inspection yesterday, and I fail cos of turn signal, I went to purchase the light signal and come here today to finish up the inspection, he was at lunch when I got here, I parked the truck in the front, and went into driver lounge, stand at the window , I saw him coming from lunch, without no one tell him who's or which truck was it, he walk to my truck and finished up the inspection and get me out in no time. He earned my total respect. Rush is lucky to have you Jason

There service dept is good, a decent bunch back there, but the parts dept...meh. tried to call for hours with no answer, no return on messages nothing. Maybe its its for the best because if they can't answer the phone then they probably can't help you with the parts you're looking for anyway.

The posted hours on the Parts door show they are open from 7am to 12am, so how surprised was I when I got there at 7pm to find the doors locked.Luckily a cleaning crew was there to direct me around the corner of the building to the Service Dept. Now I'm in the Service dept and there is no-one to be found and my only option is a door with a huge sign that reads: EMPLOYEES ONLY and PROTECTIVE EYE WEAR REQUIRED. Well I'm not an employee nor do I have my safety glasses with me.The cleaning crew to the rescue again. One of them showed me where I needed to go, through a set pf double doors. I'm now in that room and I realize I don't have the box. So I back track to get the box and the try to go out the right-hand door and find it locked.Something that should have only taken 5 min. actually took 20 mins.LThis place needs visual management!1) A sign on the first door to instruct folks to go around the corner and into the Service Dept.2) A sign on the second door instructing people to go through the EMPLOYEES ONLY and PROTECTIVE EYE WEAR REQUIRED door after hours3) A sign on the outside of the double doors to show that's where we need to go.4) A sign stating that a door is locked and to use the other door.Once I finally got to where I needed to be the rerun took 3 mins and I was done. It was ridicules how long it took to accomplish a small easy task

First off i had to bring one of our trucks in three times to fix a check engine light. They charged us every time for them not to fix it. Not only did we have to deal with lost revenue, we also had different repair bills for a truck that stull had the check engine light on. If these guys are suppose to be professionals at their job then why does this happen? They screw you because they know that if you want your truck back, you have to pay. I just have to ask myself one question and maybe you should too and that question is "Are these guys mechanics or just glorified parts changers?" I would tend to lean toward the latter of two.

STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE DEPT!!!!This is by far the worst experience I ve ever had at a professional service shop. I took my truck in to get an electrical issue fixed with headlights and just a general inspection done. About 3 days after I got a call with a quote and told them to proceed with the repairs, my truck was finished by Friday afternoon (5 days later) but had to wait one more day because the person working on it didn t finish the paperwork on it. I came by early in the morning the next day and still had to wait on the paperwork, 1 hour later it was completed. I paid the $2690 I owed for the work and left, not even 1/4 mile down the road I noticed a vibration coming from the driveshaft which it didn t have before, I drove it back to them and told them it was vibrating and wanted to know why, tech came back and said the driveshaft was not put on correctly so they would fix it, came back later the same day and drove it again and still had the same problem. Took them over 1 week to figure out the problem with the driveshaft and that was with me calling every day requesting an update. Finally after my truck being out of service for 2 weeks they give me a quote for $1,700 because my driveshaft is bent etc. I denied the work because I didn t want to loose another week of work and mainly because the truck drove VERY SMOOTH before I took it to them. So they wanted me to pay $400 for the labor of taking the driveshaft out that they messed up. I declined and manager told me he would just give it back to me no charge but not to ever come back. Upon receiving my truck back I also noticed they broke my fenders and stole my LED s on my truck, I decided to just take a loss on that instead of wasting more time dealing with these people. I do not advise anyone to come here to get their truck worked on. This place will do nothing but steal your money and cost you money!!!!

The worst truck shop I've ever been to! Everything they supposedly fixed has been repaired or replaced since they worked on it. I will never take any of my trucks to them, I'd rather pay a high wrecker bill!!! It's to bad I even had to give them one star. I would recommend no one ever take anything to them.

Tried calling parts for 2 days straight with no answer. Kept getting a voice recording. Tried service once on the first day just to see if anyone even worked there and somebody picked up there. Said they were going to give parts a message. Nobody ever called.

We specifically asked to have the APU not turned off unless they are needing to. The request was written down on the paperwork. We went to pick up stuff out of the truck 24 hours later, the APU was turned off. Thanks, Rush Peterbilt, for nothing.

Towed in around 10:00 on a Monday morning with a Def derated engine. I advised them my company shop suspected a leak in the Def line as it is a wear issue with our '15 579s. They said they couldn't find a leak and proceeded to look for an electrical issue. I got a hotel. Next morning they tell me a Def hose was indeed leaking as suspected. They replaced hose, ran diagnostics, put the truck through a regen and test drove it. I was repaired by noon on 8/21/18. If you're stuck here for repairs I recommend the super 8 on beaches as it has a shuttle and 3 restaurants nearby. Redneck Heaven made my breakdown more bearable. There's also an IHOP and Texas Roadhouse.

Im not 100% sure who the gentleman was in the service/parts area that helped me tonight but your freaking awesome. I had a truck broke down in Anna, TX and he researched the issue and called me back with the answer to my problem and was on point. He is hand over fist above the service department at Peterbilt in Kansas City. Those guys didnt know their A$$ from a hole in the ground. Thank you for helping get

Got runaround twice. Ordered parts on Amazon and Ebay instead. 3 hours wasted, 40% saved ordering elsewhere. I ordered the parts from the parking lot and they will be in the mailbox in roughly the same time.

The rush peterbilt in Jacksonville Florida always has parts on hand but not this one. Common sense tells you if you are a dealer and make the trucks that you sell would think to have parts in stock. Pathetic

Went in for a hood latch for 2000 Pete 379 expecting to have to order it, they had them in stock, bought 2 !! Quick and easy, except for the social distancing BS they have for the "PLANdemic - Covid19"!!
