I knew the time was near for new tires- The one I ended up with a large screw in one and a flat, I had no choice. I do like to shop around and make sure I m getting A good deal - I say it that way, because paying less isn t necessarily the best deal. Not the first rodeo for me so I had an idea of what I was expecting this to cost. I ended up at Roadrunner-, which was suggested by two other tire locations Because if they were going to be able to repair my tire for me, these guys would be the ones who would have the ability to do it. My tire was not repairable, but after really having a look, I did not want to be driving on my tires anyway. Clifford at Roadrunner gave me an estimate- He was very kind, matter-of-fact, and absolutely no pressure. Since I was there and wanted to not be driving around unsafe, I went ahead and did this. They were quick, and did my Alignment at the same time. All the gentlemen there were really nice. The lobby was comfortable without being overdone, but I also did not feel like I was sitting in a greasy little room either, which I appreciated. While I was waiting, I was on the phone with my husband, and somehow my phone connected with my car, which was out in the bay, so part of our conversation was heard. Clifford Very respectfully came in, concerned that I might feel bad for going directly there instead of price checking around, as my husband (On the phone with me) was talking about. He sat with me and explained that they stay competitive, even with these giant corporations that produce mass sales- He was so kind and informative. I m a big Go with your gut Kind of person, I really did not want to give my business to Sam s Club or Costco anyway. I will absolutely return to Roadrunner, they re my place now. Highly recommend.

In and out! Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. I came in around 11:15 and said I needed to leave for work about 12:45. There were a couple people ahead of me, but the diagnostic testing and work was done all before 12:30. Super fast, super friendly and would definitely recommend!!

Great Service!!! The gentleman working the front desk is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest which is exactly what I needed. He noticed my son getting cranky and even offered to change the tv to accommodate him. I will definitely be back. Prices and customer service are exceptional

I pulled with a nail in my tire 5 minutes after their closing time. Guy said we re closed but we ll take care of it. A few minutes later my keys were in my hand and they didn t even charge me for it. Great customer service if nothing else.

I dropped in for a last minute oil change and they were able to get me in very quickly. I bought this vehicle with issues that i knew existed. When they came back with their inspection results they were dead on with the issues i am already working through. Very professional and no upsells that were not time and mileage appropriate. Great service and I will be back.

I really like this company. They are honest and I appreciate that even if the cost may be a little higher than some places. The waiting room is very clean and actually smelled pretty good. Seating is comfortable. The staff is personable and will make sure you understand what is happening with your vehicle. They were very thorough. Thank you RR

Would never, ever recommend this place. We took our vehicle there once and our experience was good, so we took our vehicle back when we had another issue arise. This visit was painful. They had our vehicle for almost 6 weeks-and every week would say that they had more issues, then make excuses for why it wasn't ready. The communication was nonexistent, we had to reach out to them every few days and not once did they contact us to explain any additional issues, did not reach out when the tech couldn't work on it, which resulted in additional delays. There was absolutely zero urgency in resolution and ZERO customer service with actually contacting us to keep us in the loop. So, so disappointed-needless to say, we picked up our vehicle with the issues still happening and ended up taking our vehicle elsewhere.

Just picked my car up at Roadrunner. Maintenance, tires, brakes, repairs, I trust Jesse and Vince with it all. It s super convenient to the house and they are super quick getting what I need done. Today was just normal maintenance and I couldn t be happier with their speed, quality, and price. Happy to recommend this business.

Fantastic shop, today was my first time in but it certainly won't be my last. The office is super clean and everyone was really friendly. I only needed a State inspection this time, but I'll be planning to head back in for all my oil changes and routine maintenance.I've worked in mechanic shops similar to this in the past, and once you do it's easy to spot a well run honest shop, and roadrunner definitely is.5\5!

My family has been doing business here since 2016. Last week I went in for a routine oil change and was immediately sent a text recommending nearly $3k of needed maintenance. Never had that situation before! BBB states this place is not accredited by them, yet the sign on the front door indicates otherwise.We will be steering clear of here in the future.

Extremely fast and friendly service! After another area auto shop recommended extraneous services, we tried Roadrunner! They explained with great detail the reason for every service they suggested, introduced us to our mechanic, and otherwise took great care with us and our vehicles! I highly recommend this shop for regular maintenance and repairs! We ll be back!

Took my vehicle for a state vehicle inspection. Little to no wait time. The only deficiency on my vehicle was a burnt out light bulb on the 3rd brake light. The manager/owner quoted me $50 to replace the bulb. When he saw my disbelief for the markup price of a $5 bulb replacement after removal of 2 screws, I opted to return after I changed it out. He then came back and quoted me $23 instead. I had my doubts due to these type of shady business practices from these quick lube and tune establishments. One and done for me. Good luck

The staff was very accommodating, polite and professional. They make recommendations but do not push any service on you at all. We used them to get required inspections and oil changes. Nice folks!

These guys had great customer service. The building is very clean and smelled good inside unlike a lot of car repair shops. So it was a pleasant experience while waiting on my car. Thanks guys!!

The staff is great. I have brought my Dodge Ram in for about 2 years now and they have taken great care of my truck. The repairs that needed to be done were reasonable. I will trust Road Runner with my truck.

I went in for an oil change And they did their inspection. They said I had a leak in my struts. They said it would be $2000 to repair the back shocks and struts and $1700 for the front shocks and struts. I did not have them repair them and went to a Ford dealership and asked them to inspect my shocks, and struts to see if there was any issues. The dealership found no leak in my shocks and struts only that they were dirty. The dealership would love to have taken my money and if they would ve found a leak, they would have done the repairs. Do not trust this road runner for anything I am taking my business elsewhere, even for oil changes. You can t trust these people!

I recommend using this place. I took my 2012 QX56 in for a rear suspension sagging. The tech who did the work was quick to diagnose the problem and do a recalibration of the rear suspension system. This saved me thousands on repair cost that an infinity dealership had quoted me over 4k in parts and repairs that were not required. The manager Zak was very helpful and overall great experience as I was in and out in less than 24 hours.

First year state inspection, no problem.Second year state inspection, gas cap needed to be replaced...? Strange, but ok.Third year state inspection, you need brakes... (but I didn't). went somewhere else and got inspection passed. Saved a few hundred dollars by getting a second opinion.This place went downhill quick.The unprofessional tech is a joke.Save yourself 90 minutes of wait time, and a few hundred of upcharging, get a second opinion or better yet, go elsewhere.

I was told I needed a $200 coolant service. They ran out of time and it wasn t done (I wasn t charged). The next visit I was told I needed a $3400 catalytic converter. Turns out I was just being scammed. 1 star because zero is not an option.

I have come here for everything for the last few years. I m working out of state and needed to take care of my daughter s car needs. I call Roadrunner knowing I d get great service and my daughter would be in good hands they proceed to try and upsell me what amounts to essentially blinker fluid knowing full well that, a) it s the holidays and money is tight; and, b) understanding that I m out of state and recommending unnecessary and EXPENSIVE extra services to my vulnerable teenaged daughter is nothing short of predatory. Y all just lost a loyal and previously trusting client.

Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and kind. I had a lot that needed to be done on my car, and they were able to get it all done in the same day. They helped get my car back to the best condition and explained all the work that needed to be done. I highly recommend Roadrunner!!!

15SEP23: Got a screw in my tire and Road Runners is ALWAYS my go-to. They fixed it fast and reasonably. They are so service oriented and good to ALL their customers. While waiting I listened to them source a part for another customer so they could fix their car quickly and right! It shows that they love their work!Service: TiresService: Tires
