10/10 boutique car dealer! I had an amazing experience with Steve Malley at RLB Sales & Leasing. They had an M3 with 1-owner and proper service history; and because of the insane amount of vehicle photos (even extensive undercarriage pics on a lift), I was comfortable sending payment without seeing it in person. My wife and I flew down to Texas to pick it up, thankfully it was flawless, so we drove it back to Chicago without any issues. Highly recommended!

My experience with RLB and with Richard was top notch. I met with him several times during the buying process and he was always quick to respond and easygoing. This is a trustworthy establishment and I would recommend them to anyone.

When I decided I was going to buy a fully loaded BMW M5 I began searching the major websites and came across the perfect one at RLB Sales and Leasing. I had never heard of them before but going through their inventory I could see they had some very nice vehicles. There were over 30 pictures of the car highlighting the exterior and interior details. They were extremely high quality I would not doubt if they were taken by a professional photographer. During the entire process I dealt with Bobby Bell. I can't say enough about Bobby as he made the process extremely smooth for me. Whenever I had a question I could always pick up the phone and reach him. He even was able to setup a a great price to have the car shipped to me which ended up being much lower than the quotes I was receiving. If you are in the market for your next vehicle don't hesitate to give these guys a call. I am so pleased and love this car.

Buyer beware!Tried to offer me 10k under the trade in value I received from an ACTUAL dealership and the vehicle I was trying to purchase from the wasn t even on their lot.Very suspect and I would talk to a real dealership before doing business with these people. Richard Smith clearly does not know what he is doing

Several years ago - Went to look at a '57 Olds 98 coupe they had advertised. When I showed up the guy in the salesroom was a complete jerk. Said it was in the storage building and did not want to take it out. They wanted 60K for it and it sold for 35K at a Mecum auction a couple months later. Will never bother with these jerks again. I would have gladly/easily bought the car. The sales guy seemed like he wanted to spit on me.

We've purchased many vehicles through Jeff at RLB and we've always been more than satisfied. He's upfront, honest and VERY personable. He's located vehicles for us and given us advise on what we were looking for. These cars have always been dependable and in top notch trade in quality. Definitely a step above the rest! They have built lifelong customers from our family!

RLB Sales is an amazing dealership! I got the perfect car I was looking for here with no pushy sales tactics. Steve was great, and had great customer service. He set up my test drive, communicated well, and had all paperwork and everything lined up for the purchase. He was awesome and made the process super easy! Would recommend.

Steve Malley helped me with my purchase of a Mercedes SL550 and would highly recommend him and the dealership. I live in Georgia so everything was done long distance. Steve took pictures and videos I needed to make a purchase decision. Made a deposit then flew to Texas for a day to inspect the car, then Steve made arrangements to ship the car to me. Someone from the dealership even picked me up and returned me to the airport! High quality cars on the lot, great repair shop on site. These folks are straight up and no high pressure sales or hidden fees. Do yourself a favor and check them out

These guys arent just "car guys". They are caregivers. You will not be sold anything by anyone at this dealership. You will be cared for. Ive known and worked for the owner and I must say that he is the most respectable, honest and real business owner ive ever had the privilege of being employed by. And the staff beyond the showroom floor, the guys in the service department, the body shop and the detail bays are the best in their trade. If it were not for the incredible employer that RLBs owner is I am certain Jason, Chris and Rodney would be maintaining professional racers vehicles on some circuit somewhere. Thats how brilliant and how good they really are. There is no reasonable request these men arent capable of or willing to do for their family of customers. Dont miss an opportunity to be cared for by this outfit. I sure miss you guys. Happy New Year.

I will say that they did appear to have some nice cars available and under different circumstances I might have had a better experience. I made a 7 hour round trip to look at a 1968 Camaro that they have in their showroom. Prior to making the drive i questioned several specific items on the car including, damage or items that needed repair, paint, motor info etc. I was informed that the motor was stock with no known issues and that the paint was in perfect condition. The car needed no work and was in great condition. Upon arrival I could tell from the start this was not the case, there was leaking oil under the car from the transmission and the power steering. Multiple areas where the paint was damaged and one large area in the back near the gas cap where it must have been a 1" X 2" area where there was no paint at all. I would be surprised if the car would pass a safety inspection due to all the rusting the front sub frame had seen over its life. Ken was a nice enough guy, but in talking I realized that he knew very little about cars but tried to explain to me just how great this one was. He at one point asked one of his guys to tell him if the car had disk brakes because he was not sure how to tell. In saying all this, the car was a decent car though it was worth no where near what they wanted for it. If you have an idea of what you are looking for in a car make sure you know what it is worth prior to purchase, I did not feel as though this team was trying to sale me something that would have been a smart buy. If you are having a car shipped, please have a third party inspector look at the car prior to purchase.

I have bought cars from RLB (Jeff Crawford) for the last 20 years, including three this year. Jeff insisted that i purchase a Service Agreement with my 2014 Audi since it was close to being out of manufacture s warranty. It seemed a bit pricy at the time but it has turned out to be a total financial life saver. My transmission had a total failure that Audi had never seen before. Cost to repair was $8000+. Cost to me, $0.00 because i got a zero deducible plan. Needless to say, the Service Agreement paid for itself, i have a free dealer loaner while the new transmission is being installed, i will get a completely functional car back and the coverage will last for another 100K miles. The thing is, Jeff does not treat me any better that any other customer. He takes care of everybody. I will never buy a car anywhere else. Contact Jeff early and often when you are in the market for a car. He s a guy you can rely on.

John is GREAT! I was looking for a Jeep and i shopped around a ton. John went over all the numbers and purchase options to make sure i could make an informed decision. I couldn't be happier with my Jeep purchase and i strongly recommend this dealership. From start to finish this dealership makes purchasing easy. Give them a call.... you'll be hooked.

RLB is a pleasure to do business with. Dealing with Jeff Crawford is a refreshing change from most car dealers. He is honest,straight shooter and no pressure kind of guy. A pleasure to buy a car from and will win you over quickly, just let him know what you want and he makes it happen at a great price and great service.

Allen Stearns was great to work with. He was upfront and honest. We drove 700 miles to pick up the GL550 and it was exactly as advertised. No surprises and the terms we agreed on by email were followed. We were extremely happy the the quality and condition of the car when we arrived to pick it up. The 700 mile trip back home was a joy in a car that was flawless. I would be more than happy to refer anyone to Allen.

about to purchase our 4th car from Jeff at RLB. Everything is explained and broken down into terms you can understand. You can see where the dollars are going. From the first time i bought a car from Jeff in 2008, i never once felt uneasy through the entire process. I refer everyone who says they're looking to Jeff and RLB.Great experience.

They made appointment for us to see car. We drove 45 minutes to get there, drove car, made fair offer then said we needed to talk for a few minutes. We were then text that car had already been sold - not 5 minutes later. The car had been on lot for 90 days!

They did not do their due diligence in removing the cars plates and tags that I traded in. 4 months later I get the tax bill for the vehicle, the person I spoke with said to tear up the bill and not worry about it. Then we called the taxing entity to find out that I needed to do some paper work to let the state know I sold that vehicle to RLB. I m not impressed with RLB and could not recommend them.

I found my 2015 Kia soul on Ebay. I Contacted the business and made contact with Ed he made my car buying experience over the phone great. He set it up so that my car could be delivered. The transaction was great. I was very pleased with the service that I received!!!

Most Pleasurable Car Buying Experience of My Life! Allen Stearns was AMAZING! He went above and beyond for me. I cannot say enough good things about this man. I completed the online pre-approval and even though my credit is less than ideal this man got me the deal I wanted and the payment I needed! The SRX was EXACTLY as pictured! No bait and switch. Seriously, give Allen a call. If he doesn't have the car you want - he'll find it for you at the price you want to pay!

We bought a suburban here and compared to a LARGE local dealer in the metroplex, their salesmen are head and shoulders above! As a woman I was spoken to as an equal, they didn't automatically assume that my husband would be making the decision. Because let's be honest, happy wife happy life Jason and Steve were amazing, they both kept me informed and answered my "new to texas" questions about tags and stickers. We drove all the way from Denton and I would do it again just because they are a class act and not the usual 'used car salesman'

Purchased a boat from RLB. Salesperson lied to me and my husband about how operational everything on the boat was. When boat arrived, items that were promised, were not in the boat. Very shady for a deal on a very expensive boat. I guess you just can't expect people to do business in an ethical manner these days. Buyer beware. We will not return for any purchases, nor would we ever recommend to friends or family.
