My work vehicle broke down and these guys were great. I wasn't able to get the truck there for my first appointment but they were able to reschedule me when I called them the next day after. I apologize they were totally understanding and took care of the truck and got me back to work. I would definitely use them again. They also will surprise most people because it's more like a dealership shop. The way it operates you have a front desk secretary and then you also have a service writer. Plenty of bays. Plenty of good mechanics. They keep things flowing and they respect your vehicle. You can expect to get it back as clean or cleaner than you left it with a nice floor mat to protect your carpets. Not that my truck has any carpets in it but they still put one in lol

Very nice customer service, but the most predatory pricing I have ever been subjected to. I do not recommend getting your car towed here if it is broken down, they may take advantage of your situation like they did for me. I was charged over $2,300 for an alternator replacement on a Honda. Before you go here, please think about that price and see if it's worth it to you (in case you were wondering, no the alternator wasn't diamond encrusted). Please learn from my mistake and get your car towed somewhere else, they may be nice to you but their prices are not.

Andrew did a phenomenal job servicing my Mercedes Benz S class and oil change. Rick and Rays Auto plaza are very honest and go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality service. If you want top notch work, this is the place to go. Very impressive in their professionalism and thoroughness. Elizabeth, Sergio, and Chuck did a great job as well with excellent customer service. Thank you again and much respect. Highly recommend them!

We brought our RV with a Mercedes Sprinter 3500 Chassis for Maintenance Schedule 2. They performed the service in the time they indicated. They also evaluated and found another maintenance item we really needed to take care of. We were kept up-to-date on the status They even washed the RV and we are very pleased with the service we received. I do believe we will be returning to Rick and Rays for future maintenance service for our RV.

I have had many mechanics work on my 2008 Pontiac Solstice sports car only for the repair not to last. (That's why I've had man repeat service calls!).Rick and Ray's was a one stop repair job.Not only is it fixed but it's fixed Right!Rick n Ray's Auto Plaza uses a thorough inspection system and recommends work that ultimately needs to be done.Thank you Andrew for following through until the work was completed correctly!As Arnold Swarzenegger said; "I'll be back!"...Service: Electrical repair

I dealt with my 2018 Toyota acting crazy for 2 weeks...nobody knew what the problem was. I've dealt with Rick n Ray's for over 30 years!! Could have saved me a lot of stress if I had brought it down here at first. Motor mounts...CV axle...wheel bearings suspension and a whole lot more. They got me back on the road in a matter of a few days. You won't find a better place from the front desk to service manager Andrew to the mechanics. Even Ubered me back to shop to pick up my vehicle. This place is a.STRONG 10 in my book!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignment

This is the best auto-mechanic in Fort Worth.We have been trusting Rick and Ray's for over 12 years to take care of our vehicles. Their service advisors do a great job of keeping us fully informed of the services being performed, and they always offer great advice without high pressure.I appreciate that they will always be as upfront as possible with pricing, and they offer discounts where possible.

Great customer service and professionalism. Andrew was very thorough in explaining what type of a/c work was going to be done and also pointed out my wheel bearing needed to be repaired. My only negative comment would be the location and parking availability. It sucks. Overall I'm happy with the work performed on my "81 Corolla wagon. On a negative note I made it all the way home to Hurst and my water pump went out. Antifreeze everywhere. Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

Just dropped off my Alfa Romeo very clean business. Women at front desk tended to us quickly. Sergio was in front office answered allot of questions before we even spoke to our Service Advisor Chuck. Good experience so far.UPDATEI picked up my Alfa didn t take long either, So the issue my car was having was a recall covered 100% and they did the research on that to take it to the dealership. Rick and Rays went above and beyond checking my car was good and didn t have any other issues.

Rick and Ray's Auto has been a beacon of hope in a time of turmoil for my family and I. Through a series of unfortunate events that saw me without pay from the air force for three months and our credit cards pushed to their limit, to my wife's car accident that left her without a vehicle for a further three months due to a part shortage, it seemed as though our luck couldn't get any worse.But then, it did. Just three short weeks after finally getting the car back, the transmission failed. It felt like we had hit rock bottom.Enter Rick and Ray's Auto. Their team was the silver lining in our cloud of misfortune. Not only did they provide exceptional service in fixing our car, but they also offered a flexible payment plan which was a godsend given our financial predicament. Chuck and the crew took great care of me and my Subaru Forester despite my work schedule making it hard to stay in contact. She s purring like a kitten and I was on the road just in time for the holiday. I also really enjoyed my interactions with the front desk staff. They were kind, grounded and created a welcoming and genuine environment. The ability to finance repairs with no interest for a while eased my financial concerns. Grateful for Rick and Ray s and their obvious expertise and care.

These people charged my granddaughter 858.65 cents to change a mass flow air sensor, which is two screws sitting on top of the air filter housing! She came home and the engine light came back on I inspected the air filter and it was dirty. I feel they took total advantage of her youth. Had she been home here in Houston that sensor would have taken all of two minutes to change. I called and talked to Chuck and he feels that was reasonable! Can you believe it!

Performed a diagnostic test at no cost and discovered some leaks and recommend going to a dealership since my vehicle is under warranty. (Very nice) A quote for 4 new tires at $2800 was outrageous for the same exact 4 tires at discount tire. ( $988) (Not very nice)The advisor told me they were getting the tires from Discount tire. Weird seemingly scandalous markup. I just went to discount tire instead. I like to give my business to local businesses but not if they are obviously price gouging me. Not nice.

I scheduled an appointment to have my BMW X5 diesel oil changed here because they sounded like a good place. Despite that it was 35 minutes from my home I thought it would be worth it and selected that I would wait while the service was performed. Then I realized my granddaughter had her last basketball game that afternoon and I didn t want to miss it so I called and rescheduled my appointment and they told me 10 AM. Again I was told I could wait for it and the guy even joked that he would charge me $.35 an hour to sit in the waiting room. Since it was a long drive, I took a magazine. I skipped my morning workout. I changed everything around to get there at 10 AM then I got the text that said my appointment was at 9 AM and I received two notifications that my appointment was at 9 AM so again I changed everything to get there at 9 AM Which involved extra traffic and toll roads. I arrived and gave my keys to the front desk person and had to fill out a two page questionnaire on my car. Then I had to go into an office to speak to a man about my car. I told him I was only there for an oil change and that s all it needed at this time. I had already answered the two page questionnaire that stated I planned on keeping this car along time, so obviously would be keeping it up. I began to feel like this was going to be a lengthy process, so I asked him how long it was going to take to change the oil and he said very nonchalantly that he probably couldn t even get to it today. I was floored. He told me they were so swamped that the oil change would at least taken until the end of day or possibly tomorrow. That is flat out not what I agreed to when I scheduled, and even spoke in person with a man that joke that I could wait in the waiting room for $.35 an hour!They may be great mechanics, but their customer service was horrible. He didn t care when Iota that I had driven all the way down there at rush-hour to get my oil change and now I had to drive home without it being done. Be very aware if you re scheduling an appointment there which they make available on their website and point blank asks if you ll be waiting or dropping off your car. Why do they schedule and ask those questions if they have no intention of providing the service that you booked. I m leaving town next week and I don t have another day that I can miss my activities to go find a place to get my oil changed. So this is super frustrating .

I had a first class experience at Rick and Rays Auto Plaza. My car was diagnosed quickly and thoroughly! My service writer Chuck, listened to the concerns I had about my vehicle and stayed in communication with me the duration of my service. I will continue to go to Rick and Rays for my automotive maintenance and repairs.

Chuck was the only person in the DFW that I called that was nice to me. He listened to me about my urgent situation, did what he could to get my vehicle in quick and got me what I needed. I highly recommend Rick&Rays. The staff were so nice to me too. They have my business from now!

I was so displeased with the service the dealerships offer that it was time for me to look for other ways to pamper my car. If you value your car like I do mine, you re particular about upkeep. My research paid off because I found Rick & Rays. They did a great job on my 2014 E350. It needed a full spa day and now runs like her old self again. They do a full point inspection and detail everything they recommend, prices and all. They don t surprise you with unexpected repairs. Andrew was my service tech and I have to give him a big thumbs up for doing such an outstanding job. I most certainly recommend Rick & Rays.

Great intention, bad execution. Communication with this place isn't very easy. They were emailing me while I was calling and texting and not getting anywhere. All in all, I think $280 for a battery change is a bit on the high side and everyone I told thought it was a bit steep also. I decided to make this my only repair at the shop since everything they quoted seemed pretty steep. Communication is my main gripe though. Not being called back, and being told I would was pretty disappointing. For a battery change, my car was kept entirely too long.

The required maintenance on my F-150 was performed in a timely manner and the truck was delivered washed and vacuumed. Staff is very friendly. If you want reliable vehicle maintenance, Rick and Rays is the place to go.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had to take my car back three times and it still is not fixed. Labor rate of 218.00 . I found a place that fixed it for 80.00 an hour. Work was very subpar! Very sorry I wasted over 3,000. Car was sent home dirty with grease on the door handles and not even a car wash. No recommendation here, but to stay away!

I have been a long time customer of your establishment, but after this last visit I will not return. Last week I made an appointment to get an oil change and check the ac system for Tuesday. After dropping off the vehicle at 8am I was contacted several hours later that the vehicle had not been looked at but they would get to it from some new service advisor. Knowing the past history of service at this location I was not surprised. The next day I received another call from the same person advising me that again the vehicle had not been checked and was not sure it would be done but I was next in line to have it brought into the bay area. When told to end any service to the vehicle that I was enroute to pick it up there was nothing but silence. When I did arrive to get the keys only the girl working the front desk was spoke to me. No one else bothered. If I could give a mark of no stars I would. For what it's worth you just lost a once loyal customer along with other family who you have worked their vehicles in the past.

When I have a problem with any of my cars. I call Rick and Rays. It doesn't matter what type of car you have they can get the job done. Last thing I love about Rick and Rays is the staff will take care of you like family.

I always take my car to Rick and Ray s because I trust them. They have been in business for as long as I can remember and women always need a place they can trust their cars with! They don t overcharge and they are very knowledgeable. I can t say enough nice things about their employees either! I was not happy with the service at this place. Chuck is the advisor I dealt with and I don t think he handle a situation with respect and professionalism as I expected from him when I reported the issue to him this morning. I called to informed him of the broken pc and he requested a picture. I sent him the pic per his request and he stated he would get back to me and he never did. He hung up on me upset because I brought it to his attention. I brought the van in for repairs and after two days in the shop he said the battery was bad, and for that battery check it s cost me 143.00 dollars. The battery has warranty and Chuck was trying to sell me a battery. Makes no sense.

I think overall experience was good. The space is very organized. The overall inspection seems thorough. I would say the one area of improvement is ensuring when sending text messages saying the " car is complete and ready for pick up" to ensure the customer knows the terms. i.e. if the warranty company hasn't paid it's important to know the customer can't pick up the car until payment is received. I was able to call the warannty company next day and the accounts payable paid the claim over the phone and I was able to confirm with the auto shop and pick up next day. staying on top of this for customers is key to avoid multiple trips to the auto shop. I think some of their labor costs is high, but the job is complete.
