I've been a customer to Read's for nearly a decade and they have performed body work and paint on 3 of my vehicles to include two vehicles below. I've only experienced one hiccup with them during this time frame that was thankfully corrected despite my loss of temper. It was initially upsetting to see them be subpar, but it was not fair of me as a customer to not await an explanation or compromise. I can attest that the quality produced from their painter remains unmatched on this side of DFW!

My girlfriend's Jeep Cherokee got beat up in a hail storm last fall and these guys made it look brand new again.There is a reason these guys have such a high rating. This is where the rock stars of the auto body industry work.When you walk in the office, be sure to give the shop dog Red a head rub. The dog is even a rock star!

My driver side door was destroyed by a hit and run and it wouldn't open for over a year. Other body shops wanted 10k to fix but Luke told me they could pop it open for free. Steve was able to open my door in less than 5 min and didn't charge me a dime. I highly recommend this body shop. They're good people that won't try to get over on you.

I went to reads for an estimate on fixing my car from hitting a curb. They estimated 3,000 with a long list of things that were bent, broken, and needed to be replaced. Fortunately I always get second and third opinions. I went to another place who quoted me 900.00 and said all the things they were told to me that were broken and bent were not. They even showed me they were in good condition and that I only needed a strut with an alignment. Once that was fixed my car drove great and haven t had any trouble with it. I understand everyone has to feed their family and everyone likes to make a dollar (I know I like to make money too) but this is a little ridiculous and dishonest. I m very disappointed in reads and sad for people who do not get second and third opinions. If you don t shop around people take advantage on the fact you don t know a lot about cars and will take you to the cleaners.

My turo car got some damage from a guest and they had me back in business in no time. Great customer service and my car came back in great shape!!!

Absolutely FANTASTIC! I will never use anyone but Read s again. Valerie is beyond wonderful and Read s exceeded every expectation! I d give them 1 million stars if possible, they put tons of joy back into my daddy s heart. Good, honest, caring people that does excellent work!

The staff at Read's does an amazing repair job. They go above an beyond to make stressful situations better. I had never been in a wreck before and knew nothing about the insurance process, but they helped me navigate through it. Mike was even on the phone with my insurance agency for me making sure they took care of it. These are good people.

Read's did a phenomenal job repairing significant hail damage to my car. The fit and finish on the work is excellent and the new paint looks great.They worked any issues with my insurance and made the whole process painless.I can tell they take pride in their work and will definitely go back if I ever need any more body work done on my car.

I don't know where to start on this review...after some extensive damage due to a drunk driver, I entrusted Read's Auto to take care of all Jeep rehab based on their great reviews. What I was not expecting was the wonderful customer service! Throughout the process, they kept me up to date on everything, and made me feel so welcome at all times. I run a company myself and truly appreciate others who cherish honest customer service like I do.

My wife isn't the best at dodging deer at 60 mph but Reads are the best at fixing the damage done! Quick and Friendly staff! I drove my car into Read's dragging my exhaust and bumper from getting rear ended. Valerie was extremely helpful and kind walking me through the insurance process and making sure I was okay. After we figured everything out she offered to give mea ride to my house since I didn't have anyone to pick me up and actually had me leaving their office with a big smile on my face. The level of customer service at Read's went above and beyond my expectations and would never want to take my vehicle anywhere else. Mike and Valerie made me feel like more of a friend than a customer and that is why I will come back if anything else happens to my car. Thank you Read's so much for being so helpful and accommodating.Mike H.

Read's is amazing. Someone hit my wife's car back in November 2016 and the other insurance sent us to Read's. They were all amazing and did a flawless job on the repairs. Early May 2017 someone backed into my car. The 1st place that came to my mind was Read's. Their work is top notch!!

I have been using them for 20 years, and the staff is like Family to me and have treated me more than excellent and I am overwhelmed by the work performed and the timely manner in which it is completed. Moreover, Mike and them take care of all of the paperwork and offers warranties on their work. I will never go anywhere else for collision repair but Read's!

This body shop is AMAZING. The staff is very thorough, and they keep you informed on every step of the repair process and their prices are very fair, not to mention the repair on my car is impeccable! You'll definitely be glad you went to Read's.
