Ray is a friendly man and runs a great shop. My 2012 4Runner was leaking oil. Ray put it on the rack, figured out it was a loose drain plug and tightened it up for me. And he did this free of charge. I'll continue and gladly patronize Ray's Affordable.*****Update Above******I took my 09 Accord in to have new shocks and struts, brakes replaced, and the spark plugs too. I firmly believe Ray was honest and affordable with the work he did. He also steered me (see what I did there) away for unnecessary maintenance A local Honda dealership recommended I needed.

I recently was referred to Ray's, and it's been an amazing experience. I have a 2006 Nissan Xterra. The initial issue was check engine light and overheating. After the dealership quoted me an astronomical amount and provided many "needed" options, I went to Ray's for a second opinion. They confirmed the initial problem and told me it would take until the following week to get it back...they had it done 2 days later. A week later, a completely separate issue started, and I had it towed to Ray's. Again, they had it diagnosed and back to me in 2 days. Ray & Rich are friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable.

We have been customers of Ray's Affordable Auto Repair in Keller for over 20 years. We live south of Ft. Worth in Burleson, so when we find a good company, we don't mind driving farther for honest and trustworthy auto repair. We have referred all family and friends to Ray's, and they have all become loyal repeat customers. Ray's is a five-star, and I don't give 5 stars very often. Ray and Rich will take care of your auto issues!

I had a signal on my dashboard: "Cheque engine". I asked a mechanic what should be done about it? He answered: You will have to take an appointment and it will cost you around $500.I went to Ray's Affordable Auto Repair, and the mechanic in charge (possibly Ray) explained to me that this happens in cars at this time when the temperature goes down, and it is not serious. He offered to remove the signal and he did. He advised me to pay attention to the temperature indicator at the dashboard, and if it indicates high temperature, then it should be addressed. He didn't change a penny!The car is working fine now.I wish all the mechanics are as competent and HONEST as Ray's Affordable Auto Repair!

Had a noise develop rather abruptly, hard to tell where it was coming from. Ray diagnosed it quickly and correctly, got parts and repaired it and even gave me a ride home. ray's is the best! these guys know what they're doing, they don't overcharge you, and they actually build relationships with their customers. my family has been going here for years and they always do the repairs that i ask for, don't do the repairs that i don't ask for, and most importantly, they inform my decisions with professional expertise. the only downside is that you will have to wait a bit for your repairs, but that's because they're busy: they're popular because they're doing automotive repair the right way. they're well worth the wait!

I'm very happy with my full brake job...which included new rotor and drums. the car stops like it was new. Thank You Ray's Affordable Auto Repair. Our truck is going to Ray's next week for brakes! Highly recommend.

I had a front brake issue and I needed service asap. I arrived at Ray's around 3:30pm and they took care of me in a little over an hour and at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for honest and competent auto repair service, give them a shot.

The men here were so helpful. They got me in the morning I called and updated me by lunchtime. They took the time to call multiple places for the part I needed and had the car back to me before the end of the day. On top of the effort and quality of work, they were just very friendly.

Was away from home when my car broke down & had to leave it to be repaired. Good friend recommended I use the shop, the fact that it was my husbands car & he was a retired military & law enforcement they took very good care of him & his car. Fixed it cost less than the last time he had it worked on & has worked better than when he bought it.

This shop is amazing. I pass many repair shops to go to this one. They do great work at affordable prices. I would give more than 5 stars if it was an option. You will not be disappointed. I love this place.

If honest feedback, quality service, and affordable prices are priorities for your auto service and repair then Ray's Affordable Auto Repair is the place to take your car, truck, or SUV. Slightly off the beaten path, but you don't get the markup or upsell fancier places on busy streets will give you.

Ray installed a motor for me and cut the knock sensor wire while doing so. After at least 6 trips and he still did not know what he had done I had to spend another $700 dollars for a real mechanic to figure it out. Not happy at all........
