Great service very customer friendly and great advice. Got these chrome 18s with tires. They did a great job. Thanks to RAW in Ft.Worth Texas. Highly recommend to anyone looking for rims and tires. Very easy process. Dom Troy and Vanessa are great people.

I just left this place after running over a nail and my tire going completely flat These people were SO amazing, so kind, and so quick and helpful through the process of getting my tire patched up. I was so incredibly stressed out but they made the whole visit to them a breeze and were so nice. I usually go to a different tire store for tire maintenance but I will be going to this place from now on! Definitely my new favorite. The service was unparalleled and they offer great payment plans for new tires which is a huge plus. Thank you!

I have been dealing with your store #6 for a few years and have had a great experience great customer service until resently I don't know why you changed management the person you have has rude at times although he did help me out with one issue overall he work I've been dealing with Vanessa the whole time and she has been a great manager she takes the time to talk to you and explain things and handle every issue she has great customer service skills I've recommended several of my friends to you and I've told them all see her. This is my 3rd purchase from this location . Since my first purchase I have had excellent service . My reason for returning to this location is Vanessa and Troy they are very good people they do all they can to help customers . When I come here I know I am getting the best customer service . Great customer service!Jose showed me his experiance asked for his recommendation now the ride is almost like a caddy thank you Jose! These guys are great they work with your individual needs and have no problem making adjustments to your order if you need something changed they are quick and careful with your new and old wheels make sure to give Vanessa or Dom a call or stop in. I was in between a rock and hard place when my rims came became cracked. I came here and I couldn't believe how helpful the manager was on helping get into a payment plan that my family can afford. I'm extremely grateful for the excellent customer service this store has shown me and recommend everyone upgrade your rim game today.

They don't care if you have kids or not and if you need to get them to the hospital tried several times to make payment arrangements and they didn't want to work with it when they came to the house they was rude and yelling the Manger was yelling threw the phone I was happy with them at first but now I am very disappointed

This place is a joke! Vanessa, does not know how to do her job. Has no customer service skills whatsoever. Lies to her customers to get them in the door. Text money out of the account before they even make a contract. Worst place ever. No one here knows how to do anything. Nothing but a bunch of thieves!

If it was possible to give negative stars I would. Dishonest, childish, disrespectful all just a fee words for this store. Set up auto pay, they don't enter correct amount and then accuse me of being late. Then take an extra full payment and when I ask about why and demand a refund. They block my phone number , lie to me saying uts already been issued. Then when I call back 2 days later, I get told they won't issue a refund because it's my fault. Corporate should come in and either retrain or rehire. Theives...if you want to use RAW...go see Troy at the Lancaster store.

I just want to thank Vanessa for her outstanding customer service with helping me get the wheels I asked for. She has been very helpful in correcting an issue. I highly recommend anyone coming to RAW tires and wheels in the Jacksboro location.

My initial inquiry was online and I received an almost immediate response from a Sr. Manager named Mr. Lee! I was so impressed I dropped by the shop on Jacksboro Hwy completely unannounced! I was greeted by Ms. Vanessa who was very helpful and courteous.I must give a special S/O to the Store Manager named "T". His PROFESSIONALISM & CUSTOMER CARE ARE THE BEST I'VE EXPERIENCED SINCE BEFORE THE PANDEMIC! "T" helped to locate the perfect pair of rims & tires for my vehicle. He patiently explained everything in great detail AND stayed within my budget! When I brought my car back for a minor adjustment he PERSONALLY oversaw each and every detail!! I feel like he genuinely cares about customers and will do whatever it takes to make sure everyone involved is taken care of properly! I recommend STORE #0006 without a moment of hesitation! I am a HAPPY & SATISFIED customer #Periodt :)

I can say Tee gave my husband and I impeccable service. He made sure we were very taken care of and even threw in some extras. He made it so that we could get back on the road without breaking the bank. Very thorough with all the paperwork and his customer service was absolutely over the top. I have never in my life received the stupendous amount of customer service we experienced today. Thanks Tee and Rent a Tire you are our go to place for now on

Everytime I've come here it has been nothing but respect. Vanessa and the staff there, tell you straight forward with no catches so you understand all terms. I have driven from denton here for 5yrs appreciate the service.

Fast easy service Jay and Alizza was friendly and helpful.update: The black lady who works in the office is very unprofessional. Loud talking and will overtalk you when you have a issue with your wheels and tires. It's very disgusting.

Today was my first time actually meeting Ms Vanessa in person. She s even nicer in person and she will work with you. I receive excellent service each time I spoke with her. When You go ask for her. The entire staff is nice tho

The service my wife and I received was one of the best we ve ever had, the front desk walked us through each step and took the time to get us exactly what we re looking for. The tire tech is awesome as well! Never had anyone torque spec my lugs, leaving us both shocked on how they actually do care about us the customers.
