They are Cash Only now! I've been going here for years whenever I needed a battery replaced (Personal Car and Work trucks). They've moved to the Calhoun location now which doesn't have a sign on the building but it's there. The guy working actually stopped me from replacing my battery and spending extra money after he tested my old battery which turned out to be still good. Turns out it was my Car starter and not my battery. He's a good and honest dude for that.

Good price with a one year warranty. Update 9/22/2021 The owner seemed to me that he does not like white people. I came to buy a battery and got a attitude for no reason from him and came to return the battery for the core charge and brought the wrong receipt but got a bad attitude from him again for no reason and I wasn't even tripping about having to go get the right receipt. I asked him if he keeps track of them and he said no. In this day and age if you don't track your inventory you are a sloppy business owner and on top of that to think that you can make your customer feel some type of way because of the Way you are then you are wrong. Don't try to explain your actions with a response because you had the opportunity when we first met to make a good impression and you failed twice. If you don't think this hurts your business you're wrong because I send my employees here to buy batteries so I guarantee you that your sales will drop.

First off their store has moved to Calhoun street and Google didn t know that although I m trying to report it. Second off, they don t buy used batteries this week is what they said. So then I tried to purchase a battery and he told me they didn t do that either. So then I asked what the batteries were on the racks and he asked what kind of car I have, and my friends car too and then he said they didn t have either battery. Very poor customer service. They re only good for wearing their pro battery t shirts and wasting space.So here s an update. I just called them again last week to see if they would buy my batteries and I was told they aren t buying batteries anymore so for the last 8 wells they haven t been buying batteries I suppose. I wonder what they do do over there

Great service and very polite! Aaron the manager bent over backwards to help me in every way he could! Will keep this place at the top of my list for whenever I have battery issues

Everyone here has always been super nice and have helped me with everything i ve ever needed. they are very respectful and helpful. i ll definitely keep coming here for batteries!

Will not stand behind their warranty on battery. Battery failed at 9 months. Owner/ Manger needs to learn how to operate a business before it closes. Had no batteries on shelf and was told on phone they had one they could swap it out with. After an hour drive I was told it had to be verified and it could take up to 24hrs. In the mean time vehicle is down. I have been a customer for years and they just lost my business. I will look at other suppliers to deal with in the future. Buyer beware. Save your time and money.

I bought the 1st battery in 2013. It lasted for four years! I paid about $36 for it, and had shopped around. All other batteries were well over $100. When that battery went bad, I returned to Pro. They didn't have my battery in stock, but ordered one, and gave me a loaner. They also checked my alternator, and told me I needed to replace it as well. They were right! My nephew, an airline mechanic, does all the work on my car, and for whatever reason decided to buy another battery when he bought the alternator. Pro Battery didn't charge me a dime when I returned the battery they loaned me!The only bad thing I can say is, the owner, or manager has an attitude when people call to let them know how their car repairs are coming along. He apparently ASSUMED I was calling to see if my battery had come in yet. I finally had to practically scream at him to get him to shut up long enough to understand that I was calling out of pure courtesy. Seriously Mr Man, lose the attitude!

Been coming here for years. I always recommend it to everyone. Their batteries are always good and have lasted me a very long time better than paying over $100 for a battery brand new when I can get one for half the price or less and it lasts me the same as a brand new battery

First time buyer I was skeptical at first, but now Im absolutely a believer I had Autozone check the recycled battery and they said it was good my car ran like new with it amazing! and I was stunned! how well my car was running and sounding with it thank you Pro Battery.

Great location, called ahead and they had just what I needed. Quoted $40.00 and that is just what I paid. New to the area and finding my way. Googled used batteries and came back with this location. Fast courteous and friendly. Thanks added to my "NEW" list of my new hometown budget locations!

I actually really like this place even though I have to drive straight into down town to get there, I only gave 4 stars because the last time I got a battery from here they gave me one with the terminal part all jacked up. Battery was good n all and I got like 5$ knocked off because I brought 2 batterys in but I know the guy who handed it to me knew what he was doing. But still definitely good place.

Battery keeps going bad and customer service isn't very good. Once warranty runs out will buy somewhere else. Last visit, they gave me a battery that was too small for my car which I believe messes up my stereo system. If you want sub par service, people that can't speak English and a hard time getting help when you need it, then this is the place for you!

Good job guys! I wasn't happy that i was back getting a dead battery serviced. The service man happily accepted the battery to charge it... I returned at the end of the day.... No mus no fus,,, they warranteed my 11 month old bike battery and handed me a new one without a question!! Good job guys!

I've used these guys for about 8 yrs. Have had only one issue ever at the end of the warranty and they exchanged the battery no problem, super easy. And it was cheap too.

They sold a battery with less cranking amps it did not work then they exchanged it for one with bad connection and in either case no refund of course lesson learned here

I come here on the regular. The prices are so cheap. Really, I can't recommend this place enough for car batteries.It's a pain to get to given the construction but it's worth the struggle.

The hours listed online and in their voicemail states that they open at 9 am. We drove over 20 minutes to fo to this business this morning at 9:30 and they weren't open. That was a waste of time, gas, and an inconvenience.
