Junior did an outstanding job helping me get parts for my western star glider. His knowledge was mind blowing he knew exactly what part number I needed to replace my starter he even set me up an account with you. Definitely the best trip here ever.

Cody V is the man with a plan. Premier Fort Worth go to for any and all Freightliner and Detroit parts. He was very helpful setting up my shop parts account. Has an answer for any questions I have. The parts team responds to parts quotes and orders in timely manner. A great resource to have in my day to day operations.

Premier is a great company to work with. Cj is extremely professional, excels at his job by always making sure you get the parts you are looking for & gets them to you quickly. The delivery driver Bree is very polite and deliveries are always on time. 10/10 recommend working with these two

I was at Fort Worth location to get parts for my freightliner cascadia. Junior Herrera, helped me find all of those parts. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to find correct parts for my truck.

I have been shopping for parts for years here at Freightliner. Mr. Herrera has always taken care of me. He is professional, polite and efficient. If there is ever a defect or warranty issue he s allays ready to help me out. I will continue to come to this store.

We do business with multiple vendors in Fort Worth. Katy in "Will Call' at Premier Truck Group in Fort Worth, is a true pleasure to deal with. She greets her customers with a smile, and does not keep them waiting for her to return with the parts that were ordered. Good customer service is hard to find, and she certainly delivers!

Parts department is awesome, we deal with Cody and he is a big help. Service department is fast on both in house service and when we have to call a technician out. These guys know what they are doing.

I enjoyed using Frightliner of Fort Worth!Bob is great at getting my orders in when I call in for will call!The store is neat and clean always walking inKaty at the will call desk is amazing and very helpful when it comes to ensuring that I get what I need and if I missed any maybe parts I over looked (mommy Mechanic brain) lucky I m just the part runner! We recently brought our 2022 Cascadia in for some repairs, and we were so pleased with the pleasant professionalism of Jordan in Service and the guy in Parts, IHerrera (sorry, I ve forgotten your name and don t have your card handy), who relentlessly tracked down a certain fuse I needed. He went above and beyond to find what I needed, even though it was an inexpensive, almost inconsequential part, just as if I were looking for something worth hundreds of dollars! The repairs were accomplished in a timely manner, the warranty items were performed perfectly, and the extra work that we wanted done was to our satisfaction at a reasonable cost. Thank you, Premier, for getting us back on the road!

Premier Truck Group's customer service is top tier. They are my primary provider for truck parts, if they don't have they will get it. My sales rep Cody is always a phone call away on any parts issues I run into. His assistant goes beyond parts acquisition. We stick with PTG because of the outstanding service.

I met a new service writer, Jordan Allbones, she seemed sincerely concerned about the issues with my truck. Jordan kept me informed about my truck as the repair process continued. When I turned the truck over to her,she gave me an estimate on the completion date and called me a day early to let me know my truck was ready. When you get there, ask for Jordan and tell her Lee sent you. Thanks again, Jordan, for all your help!!!

Not a huge fan of Premier. They another Corp group that is extremely embellished by their parts. They expect us O/O to part with our wallets when entering their facility. That concept is crazy?? Its just over the top Greed on their part.The best place to get parts or service in that central area is Lonestar either in Abilene or Waco. They have rock bottom pricing and always have availability and their staff goes the distance by far.
