I went in for an alignment on my truck, and they estimated it would take an hour to complete. The staff was very nice and polite, providing me with an honest and complete price for the service. I waited for the work to be finished on my vehicle, and it was completed as initially described, with the price also matching the initial quote. The staff was very polite, honest, and above all, professional. It's a great place to get reliable work done on your vehicle, as they have been around for a while. The pricing was fair, and they also offer a long desk where you can sit, plug in your phone or tablet, and wait comfortably.

I rebuilt my steering and suspension and needed a wheel alignment. Pep Boys to the rescue! I've been receiving great service from this location for 30 years! I scheduled my appointment online and when I arrived early and they were able to start right away. Ben was the expert technician assigned to my vehicle. He has many years of experience and did a great job aligning my wheels. I was able to get on the road in record time and I even found a discount coupon online that saved me money!

Set up appointment online for a realignment and to replace all 4 of my tires since the whole suv would shake when I drove above 60. The tires arrived at the shop on time, my alignment is good, my tires are great, my car no longer shakes! Customer service via phone and in person was great. I did drop off the car and they were clear with me that there was another car in front of me still being worked on and the employee needed to take his break, which I completely understand but I m happy they communicated. Received my car back before the end of the day! Took about 2 hours for them to work on it considering I arrived late so another car got there before me and the mechanic needed to take a break.

Recently had my shift control cable removed and replaced. Pep boys went above and beyond with there customer service. I highly recommend this location to get your vehicle serviced. My vehicle is working like new. Highly competitive prices. Once again thank you for your excellent services!!!

I came to get a new tire. They changed my tire and didn t even bother to make sure it was aired. I pulled off and my inflate alert immediately came on for the tire I just got! Customer service was also lazy here with the tech Juan.

When i arrived i initially canceled by appt and left; however after thinking about how badly i needed an oil change i returned within 5 minutes and decided to have my oil change as scheduled. My appointment was immediately reinstated, with no problem and i was taken care of within 30 minutes. Care attendent very kind!

Pep Boys was very helpful with solving my air conditioner problem and told me what to watch for in the future. I would like to comment on your first line of contact personal, please be positive when a customer enters your store. Please tell me what you can do for me and not how short you are on workers and how terrible long it s gonna take, it s just not good business . My wait time was excellent at your facility and I was actually prepared to wait at any facility because that s the way it works. And I would not hesitate to come back for sure in the future.

I have mixed feelings about this location. They were very supportive in supplying me with the tools to change my tire free of charge. But when it came to checking to make sure all my tires had the appropriate amount of air, I had to do it on my own because I'm not an old lady or a veteran. I'm pretty sure body shops who service tires are required to ensure vehicles have the correct amount of air in their tires to operate sufficiently on highways. I can ignore the fact that I was told the only two people on staff that day were an older man and a rookie, and so I was on my own to change my tire, but to not check my tire pressure? Come on!

Dropped off my mother s car to get a diagnosis 1 1/2 hours earlier than our 10AM appt since they said I could. Guy said they should be calling me before 10AM. Just for a diagnosis. It s almost 3PM and still nothing. I called to get an update and was left on hold for 10 mins. Called back. Guy said there s no average time to be done. Said it could take hours. Said our appt time doesn t mean it s looked at, at that time but that it just secures a spot before walk-in customers. I ve never heard of that! Appt times should be a confirmation that you start at that time. Don t care if the car was in the shop for 3 days, as long as it was communicated to us that that was the expectation. That s all. Communication is terrible here!! Very frustrating!!! If you have nothing to do and got all day/week go there. They ll just call you when they get to it!

Just had my Camaro towed in for a battery replacement. Quick service, decent prices. The employees I spoke to had great customer service. When they completed the battery installation, they sent me a link to pay by phone. Quick smooth process. Would return/recommend.

The service is still great at this location although they no longer have a retail store. Ben may be the best mechanic in the county, I know he is great at finding obscure problems and is really fast. This is also my go-to place for oil changes tires etc.There are a couple of things I don t like, they have blacked out the windows so you can no longer see into the shop, The area where the service writers work is junked up with stored boxed product and the screens from the old retail area look very temporary and scruffy but if you need fast, reasonably priced service and no nonsense this place is it.

My Mercedes Benz car was towed to this location on 01.01.2023 at 11:00 pm. Next day morning I received a call from Ms. Helen for changing the tire for $224.00. I approved it. She also told me that we can install the tire tomorrow since it is a special order. Upon calling her at 11:00 am next day for picking up the car, she said that someone had vandalized the passenger front window over night. So I asked her who is responsible for the damage and she said that they are not. She gave me a quote to replace the window glass for $706.00. I have car in my garage without the window glass since the store manager Mr. Chris said that they are not liable for my loss. My question is, once you quote and take order for repairs or replacement and keep the vehicle overnight, why would not be a business responsible for any damage or theft? Their business has the garage insurance for covering any damage. Complained the corporate office and waiting for appropriate decision.

The seminary location was somewhere I will not be retuning to again. I was grossly overcharged. Waited 2x as long as I was quoted and the sales associate lied to me. I will not be going back to pep boys again.

I decided to get my oil changed tonight after work as I work right up the road from this location. I am so glad I did. I have one in Arlington where I live but not very happy with that location (West Seminary in Fort Worth). I have to say, Juan, Jesus, and Trey were very kind and very thorough with my vehicle. I also priced some tires while I was there as I will need some soon. It is so very hard to find people who care anymore. I am in customer service and take pride in how I treat folks and I have to say I was very pleased with these guys. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Plus, they were aware of my situation and let me know that to at least replace one of the tires as I drive the highway to work. I hope this message is relayed to them. Really a good group of guys. Plus, I came in at the end of the day because of my work schedule and they didn't act like a lot of places do that its the end of the day and I don't want to work. Very nice...As long as they are there ill be back. Its nice being treated right as so many places, being a female they treat you like you are dumb.

Had to get a tire replaced after hitting something in the road. The guys at this store were extremely nice and helpful. They checked the car for other damage and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Awesome bunch of people here!

I have been very happy every time I have used this PepBoys location. Last year, I had a horrible experience at another PepBoys location and after calling this store, they helped to smooth things over with them without even receiving my business at the time.Just a few days ago, I needed by A/C looked at again and they helped to fix issues caused by the other PepBoys location that I had used previously. All the while fixing everything in a very timely manner.They are now my go-to automotive shop! I highly recommend using this store.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! We bought my wife s car in for a basic oil and coolant change. We received the car report with NO ISSUES reported. We also had no issues with the car other than needing the two above mentioned issues. As SOON as we parked the car in the garage (mind you we live 8 minutes from the shop) the car started smoking and spewing liquid everywhere. We attempted to contact them and at first they said that since it s a Sunday they doubted they could help us today. We escalated to a manager, and had the vehicle towed to the shop to have them check their work. They claimed the fan came undone on its own at no fault of their own and wanted to charge us $500 to have it fixed. We escalated to corporate at which point still no ownership of damage was taken. We are seeking legal action at this point.**update**The vehicle overheated driving on the way home, and perhaps now has a blown head gasket, because pep boys reported that it was safe to drive.

DO NOT COME HERE!! Came in last week bc I had ran over a screw and we called pep boys and they said it d be $25 for a plug. Spent over 2 hours and they come in and tell us we need a new tire instead. so we do that. Spent $150. Came home and check the old tire and notice the screw didn t even pierce all the way through the tire! They didn t even check. They made a quick buck outta us but it won t happen again. Shame on us for trusting y all but also shame on y all for taking advantage smh!!!

Never going back. I had an appointment to get my brakes done. Two hour wait no problem. Three hours later my car is still where i left it. The man tells me they are about to pull it in and check it out, And that it will be two hour wait. Very ridiculous whats the point of making an appointment

I needed two new tires for my Acura MDX as We caught a flat about 45 minutes from home. Luckily Michael and the team were willing to assist. When they couldn t find my specific tires at their shop, Michael went above and beyond and went himself to pick up tires 8 miles away. The supporting staff was friendly and accommodating as well. I appreciate the service and willingness to go above and beyond. The customer experience was A1

I give a 2 because at least he answered the phone. I was told to get my free replacement battery I would have to drop my car off for the day with no ETA on job completion and that was after basically arguing with me about the invoice and battery. It s a 10 minute battery swap on a 13 month old battery with a 30 month replacement. What s to argue?? I went to the one on McCart and they had my car in the bay in speedy time and were very courteous.

My family and I have been getting our vehicles serviced here for years; They always do a fantastic job and treat us like family. Of course there is a wait time, but this is an automotive shop so that is to be expected. The waiting area has just been updated with plenty of outlets to charge laptops or phones so the wait time is bearable. I would recommend them to anyone!
