I had a phenomenal experience today at this shop! Cat and Danny were absolutely phenomenal. In fact I would go so far as to say the entire staff that I interacted with today were very helpful and professional. Not only did they quickly fix the issue I had that brought me to their location today, but their recommendation for a quick oil change saved me a lot of time!

I was pleased with the service and the team at this location! I got a great price on repairing my air conditioner. It did take a while for them to go get the part, but everyone was so friendly! Great job!!!

I went in for a cooling issue (light randomly came on) and waited an hour for them to tell me that when they checked it, the light was no longer on, so there mustn't be a problem. I don't think they attempted a diag. Light came on again 30 mins later and my engine started overheating. I carefully took it to work and had a mechanic friend inspect the issue. We discovered my cooling fan wasn't spinning. I called Pepboys that night or so and was told the fix would take about 3 hours but they couldn't quote me. I went in the next time I could and was told that it would actually take several hours and that the only people that knew how to change the fan out would be clocking out in two hours. They said they'd call me in an hour with a quote and then have me come in at 8 the next morning for a fix. I never got a quote call. Before wasting time going in, I called the store at 8am asking for a quote and the guy who answered took down my name and number and said he didn't know the quote but I'd get a call back. I never did. This was on a Saturday. Fast forward to Thursday and I still didn't get a call and my car had almost completely overheated three more times. So I called a different shop less than 5 miles from Pepboys and they had me quoted instantly over the phone, had the fan ordered, and had me in and out the door in less than an hour for less than $300. Car doesn't overheat now. It's just a real shame that it took less time to fix the problem from start to finish than it did to get a quote here. Props to Sam at least for teaching me about coolant and oil.

I do not recommend this pep boys at all they scratched the whole passenger door and not wanting to own up to it I was told it would only take 1 our it took almost three this location is by far the worst DO NOT RECOMMEND

I needed to get a headlight replace that was super difficult to reach and do myself. They were able to get it done quickly and properly, and even filled my tires without me having to ask. Kat is awesome and provides fabulous customer service!!!

Communication throughout the service experience was the worst. Invoice price estimate was never communicated prior to servicing the car. Requested AC services were not executed at a professional standard since the AC air is no longer cold and it was missing the AC Service Valve Cap.Check out process was a nightmare considering I dropped of the car at 8 AM one day and ultimately picked it up at 8 AM the NEXT day due to the non-existent communication/service updates from Pep Boys personnel through the drop off day.

Pep Boys was courteous, prompt and reasonably priced. They listened to my problem, found the solution, gave me options and fixed the problem before lunch. I will definitely use them again.

Made the appointment online, got there, they took the car back and started working right away. Received new tires and an oil change. Will definitely return.

General lack of customer service. I walked in and stood at the front counter until finally acknowledged. Yet the costumer that walked in behind me gets acknowledged by both ladies at the front.I dropped a Hertz rental off last week for brake servicing after hearing a deep hollow sound when reversing. They replaced the brakes because the pads were worn, yet the hollow sounds persists. Along with intermittent screeching of brakes.I return today to have them check things out to ensure it s nothing else attributing to the problem. Jason can t get the vehicle to replicate the sound and tells me it s just condensation on the brakes. I play a recording for him of the sound and he confirms it s brake noise. He insisted that it s just how those Nissans are. The vehicle is a Ford Escape, I ve looked for common issues online and hollow sounding brakes was not one.Better customer service would equate to better customer experiences.

Jordan , Jerry, and entire team exhibited Excellent Customer Service from start to finish. Gave me repoet on vehicles I knew exactl issues to address with former repair shop! These gentlemen were fast, friendly, and most importantly did the job right the first time! Kudos to the CampBowie Team!!I will be back!!

Why does Pep boys only give a 5% discount for services that I was told at the end of service. When discount tires and other competitors give a 10 to 15%. If they would of told me in the beginning I would of gone elsewhere

I took my truck in to have some tires swapped the guy doing it was EXTREMELY RUDE he was cussing and slamming things the whole time. Once he was finished I told him thank you and I really appreciated him doing it and he just rudely handed me my keys and kept walking without saying a word. The hub caps were not properly placed on and one fell off luckily it was in my driveway. The other three are barley hanging on and i just bought the wheels. I will have to take it somewhere tomorrow to get them put on properly. Hopefully its not the same with my lugnuts and my wheel goes flying off, I definitely do not feel confident that they were put on right. This was my first and last time I will use pepboys.

Work was done well but the mechanic was rude and gross (dirty). Got grease and oil all over the inside and outside of my doors and steering wheel. Did not completely do what I had brought the vehicle in for. Asked to change front lower left ball joint and they just did an alignment. Alignment was done well but my ball joint is still bad.

Been here since 10a it's now 1:37p was told oil change and 1 tire replacement may be 1.5 hours. I've seen 3 lady's (didn't look like me) come in and gone for oil changes 1 even a engine light and oil change. It's 1 guy back here working the other 2 has gone to lunch I'm told. How when we have customers waiting. I advise you NOT TO COME HERE.

They have been so helpful with explaining things in layman's terms so I can get a full understanding of my situation. I can not express how nice and helpful they've been throughout this process. Will only be trusting this pep boys location for all my auto needs.

Went in to get a second opinion and they not only found what was wrong with my car but also for way less than was quoted at another place. They were nice and friendly and replaced the part quickly. Would definitely come back here for my auto care needs.

I went to get an oil change. He did that, warned me about my tires. One had a nail in it that I was unaware of. I bought a new tire from there. The service did not take long. My dashboard no longer has that recurring warning sign so I am very grateful!

Set an appointment for new tires. They were on time and the service advisor helped me save some money. I was in and out in about an hour. My first time using Pep Boys. I must say it was a surprisingly good experience. Way better than any of their major competitors.

Took in for new tires and was not balanced properly and need to bring back and had appointment and was told it would be quick. 3 1/2 hours later picked my keys up and left. Never coming back. Will pay someone else to fix their work.
