Extremely honest and reasonably priced. I was looking for a car and had PCH look at one I was going to buy. They said not to because it needed more work than it was worth. I wound up buying a car they had fixed up. They were great to work with. I cannot recommend them enough.

This shop was recommended to me by my neighbor, I had a major project for them replacement of my clutch, flywheel, slave and master cylinder. On my Infinity G37s coupe, they were able to do this project in a professional and timely manner especially since I had to be back in NC the following day. My car is running ten times better and I m extremely satisfied with their work. On top of that the cost was cheaper than everyone else that I spoke to, definetly check this place out Luis will hook u up thanx again y all.

Luis and his team at PCH Automotive are honest, hard working individuals. They install quality parts, at a great price while keeping you in the loop with estimates on what it s going to cost. Horrible experience.Took a vehicle to them for a battery drain issue. They kept the vehicle for 6 weeks, and misdiagnosed the problem as an PCM. I was forced to source and collect the part from a local jeep dealership myself and even after all of that, they ended up being unable to flash the PCM. I had to pick the keep up and take to the dodge/keep dealer right down the road (which he kept downplaying as not reputable) and he still charged me over $700. In the end it was a $280 repair (parts included) from a dealership. This place has me in over $1,000 parts and labor, 6 weeks down without a vehicle, and still couldn't get the job done. The dealer had it completed in 3 days. I would caution against using them to anyone and everyone, and definitely will never use them again.Service: Electrical repair

My father and I have been coming to these guys for years. They are very honest, patient, and always include on everything that they do to your car. We have established a nice relationship with the owner Luis. One time they even repaired a botched job from another mechanic at a discounted price. They are highly qualified and you can see they take pride in their work. They have all the certifications to handle Mercedes, BMW, etc. Every time they do a job on our cars I only have to come in twice a year with the BMW and Mercedes.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto battery replacement, Auto A/C recharge, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

They replaced a starter for me at a reasonable price. However where they really stood out was with their customer service. The starter they installed had a factory defect and I was left stranded 65 miles away from the shop. They payed out of pocket for a $300 tow and a brand new starter free of charge. Luis takes care of his customers. I'd pick here over the other guys 100%

Stelar team of mechanics, combined with hard work and honesty in the business (hard to find), dude drop the mic.PCH was able to pinpoint quickly the issue with my Odyssey and addressed it in a timely manner. Luis and his sons Jesse and Andrew are fantastic. My car needed quite a bit of costly work and I was unable to fix it all at once. They are no pressure and helped me prioritize what needed to be done first and made sure I knew what should come next. They were very patient and kind with all my questions and concerns. I will be bringing my car here whenever I need work. If you need a good mechanic, auto shop, you must visit PCH Automotive.I highly recommend this auto shop without reservation. Luis Castro and his crew are hands down most humble and down to earth people. Mr. Castro is very professional, very helpful & he gave me a deal on top of a deal when my differential repair was done; it was $500 cheaper than original quote. I can definitely say that Mr. Castro is in his business for being trustworthy, clear and knowledgeable. Mr. Castro has a true passion for what he provides. Not out to take your money. Great shop. Very honest about repairs needed and the ones that can wait. They have worked on my vehicles for years. They cover everything from oil changes to detail services to remote starts. Just about anything you need done to your vehicle they can handle.

I went to this shop yesterday for the first time on the faith of other reviews I ve read here and other sites. I have finally found the kind of mechanic I ve been looking for since moving to the area! It is a family owned shop and both the owner and his son were both awesome! I had a coolant leak issue and I feel like you just can t get the same peace of mind when bringing your car to a chain place like you can from a great, local mechanic. It was clear to me that this shop has high integrity and a skill set just as high to match. Work was done fast and at a very reasonable price as well. This will be my go to place from now on, including smaller jobs like tires, oil changes, etc. Very excited to have found them and I highly recommend!

Took my truck in for repairs yesterday. Wow.... This place has amazing customer service and they were able to make major repairs to my truck within a few hours. Everyone was very friendly and made you feel at home. PCH automotive has made a customer for life. Thanks again for your hard work, integrity and top notch customer service!! I came in because my honda was having trouble past first gear. They told me it was the engine coils/spark plugs. They also said my brakes were in need of replacement, which I already knew. They charged me 2k for this. I couldn't believe my ears, it should've been about half that. 1k for a braking service is already steep but mildly acceptable. But another 1k for a changing a few spark plugs? That's beyond absurd. The highest quoute i got for that from other nearby mechanics was 400. I give them 2 stars because they did the job right, but because I was flustered when I took it in they jumped on the opportunity to upcharge me even after I told them I was worried about the payment. Will never be back.

After living here 18 years and trying just about every mechanic out there I am happy to say that I have found a mechanic who is professional, honest, and reasonably priced. The owner Luis was very thorough and explained to me in detail what was involved in fixing multiple leaks that other mechanics failed to address. Luis worked within my schedule and even gave me a ride home after I dropped off my vehicle. Not only did Luis completely repair the leaks, he power washed the entire underside of my vehicle. I could not be any happier!

So amazing! Luis and his son were extremely helpful in my automotive repair needs. He even helped me get a radiator at a cheaper price than autozone, and help me through some issues I faced during replacing the radiator myself. Honest people, which to me is one of the most important things in a automotive repair shop. Thank you for making this a great first time experience!-Jose

Been going to PCH auto for years, love this "family" of mechanics. Louis, the owner, has been the most honest mechanic we've had. We will follow them to their new location, again, because we trust them. Thank you for all you do and have done through the years for our family of cars. God Bless.

This was my second visit (different car) to Louis. Loved him the first time but I had an a/c issue and tried someone closer to my house in Keller. They wanted to charge me $2,900 to repair the AC --- went to Lou and the price was very fair $1,500 and matched what I had researched on my own to replace the compressor for my specific auto. I will never go anywhere else and will drive the extra 20 minutes! Great service (day early - fast!), Lou is so friendly that you feel like you have an instant friend, very professional and such a great experience IF you have to deal with a car repair. Nice lobby/clean bathroom --- can't say enough positive things about PCH automotive! I never thought I'd say I trust a car automotive place being non mechanical and female, but I totally trust Lou --- ethical and hard working and the shop is open Saturdays -- also a plus for me! Don't hesitate to choose this shop --- you'll be really glad you did and won't have to look anywhere else as long as you live in DFW.

I ve been going to PCH for years. It can be a hard thing to find a mechanic that is both stalwart and ethical. I ve found Luis and his team to always do great work at a good value. Amazing thing, I ve never had to have him warranty work like I ve had displeasure of requiring at a few other places.Now if only he d splurge for an alignment machine, my life would be complete. (inside joke. Sorry reviewers)

Honest and humble! Luis and his sons have shown what it takes for customers to return to his family business. Not only did they provide great customer service, they also went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I will definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

The repair on my vehicle cost them a lot more than they quoted me. Yet they stayed true to their word and honor the quote price. These guys do a great job, are very professional and hard workers.

This is my second time coming to this awesome place of business and I wouldn t trust my car/truck anywhere else! These guys work very hard to get the job done and will break it down (I don t understand cars ) to make sure you understand what is being done to your vehicle so everyone is on the same page. Fantastic service. Fixed my wife s vehicle quickly and for a reasonable price in the past. Recently I had an under warranty battery from motorcraft (ford OEM battery) go bad. The battery was not installed by PCH but they gave me a new battery under the warranty with no issue. Really fantastic service from these guys. Compare this to ford who is well known to weasel out of the honoring the motorcraft battery for any reason they can.If you have anything wrong with your vehicle, take it here.

Great experience. Lowest repair estimate by a few dollars with quick and courteous service. Would gladly use them again. I've continued to take my vehicles to PCH and continue to be very happy with the work and service.

I ve only ever taken my car to one place before I moved to Texas. I met Lou and took him my car and it was the best decision I ever made. Makes me feel like family rather than a customer! Highly recommend this place!

They are very nice here and seem to be honest and will show you things that need to be done on your car if asked. But they seem to get high prices for parts. I was quoted for around 600$ for timing belt on elentra 07, I called the hyundai dealership in Plano and they quoted me 460$ for all included parts and labor.They also quoted 800$ for front and back shocks but i have a feeling the dealershipwill be cheaper on that one too....I think I will stick with the dealership....
