Our recent purchase with Park Place of Fort Worth was absolutely exceptional. I have never purchased a vehicle in under 2 hours nor did I have to step foot into anyone's office other than our Salesperson Hana. She took care of 100% of the process while we sat with her at her desk, it was seamless and comfortable. We have purchased a lot of vehicles but I can say with ease this was the best experience we have had. Thank you to Hana and her team.

Didn't have the size tires that were needed on a standard MB rim after making an appointment a week and a half ahead of time, identifying what was needed (VIN #, tires rear & front and the B1 service). I was fairly disillusioned with the parts department as that shouldn't be something that a service center should ever be "out of" especially if given a week's advanced notice.

Thank you Mr. Fletcher. Y'all did it again...outta da park. Every time I go there 1st class treatment. I would get my fuel there if y'all sold fuel. Maybe an idea to firmly put Park Place further out in front of your "competition".

Edit: I spoke with both the service manager and tech that worked on my vehicle. They got it in and ready to go today. Everyone was very polite and professional and I am very impressed at the turnaround of both the time and experince of this service. I will take my vehicle to them again.Dropped a vehicle off this morning (had appointment scheduled). They did not have a loaner, but I had a ride planned. They then informed me appointments are only to "get in line" and they might get to vehicle tomorrow afternoon, leaving me stranded. They would not allow me to bring vehicle back tomorrow without "getting in line again". Bad management. Will update review as the process goes on. Also called my service advisor with an update of information (from my end) and have heard nothing.

Let me tell you this was my first out of state car buying experience & David L. Made everything so easy and painlessExcellent customer service and care better than the 5+ Mercedes dealerships in cali I ve been too and far better than the other Mercedes dealerships I ve talked to from Oregon to FloridaThis one s the best and will happily buy from here again but hopefully no time soon

My car has been there over a month for recalls and service. Every time I call they say it s ready and I get texts saying it s ready then when I get a call back from advisor it s not ready and no eta. To make things even worse they tell me stuff I need to take up with mb when I call mb after an hour on hold they say dealer does that .. premium service they talk about on hold is so untrue it s laughable .
