Waited over a month trying to get a headlight finally got my company to OK it and the control freak(redheaded Mexican guy)at O Reillys refused to take a payment over the phone..when I know they can; I bought a battery six months ago that way Don t worry I ll never be back for my personal or work vehicles again.

On January 26th I realized that I had a loose connections on my battery terminalsI was one of the first and Chris the assistant mgr stepped outside to look at the condition of my battery terminals. Upon inspection he saw they were both very loose and corroded.Due to the fact I was recently in a horrible car accident.Chris the assistant mgr replaced the two terminals for me.I live in Springtown but used to live near this location therefore I still frequent it because of service like this!Way to go Chris!Your services and courtesy are very much appreciated!

Before hearing me out, one of the employees started bombarding me with questions and after answering a few of them I just gave up and left as if they did not want to help me. Very rude and if anyone needs anything car related just go to auto zone across the street. Way more experienced and professional. If anyone wants to know its the one with red hair that was extremely aggressive.

I ordered an alternator for my Toyota online. It was there the next day. Sent my mechanic to pick it up. He took the core but they told him I would have to bring it up there with my credit card in order to get the credit for the core. No problem. Truck fixed, took the core back got the credit. Handled easily. Employees were nice but a little inexperienced of the procedure to return but it wasn't a problem.

Not a very good experience I tried to return AC power clean and flush that I didn't use and Michael and David treated me like I was scamming them or something my husband had purchased this AC flush at a different O'Reilly's we didn't use it I brought it back it was paid for with my husband's debit card and they would not do the return for me because I didn't have the original card it was purchased with for as long as I can remember a debit card is same as cash oh and I had the receipt so I'm really confused as to why they wouldn't give me my money back

Went in for a crush washer, they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. On another visit I was up there in the evening, there were 2 employees working and multiple customers in line. On top of that the phone kept ringing. They had a good attitude about it, continued treating the customers in the store kindly and still assisting the ones over the phone. They have have the same parts as AutoZone down the street but there's no comparison when it comes to service, O'Reilly's wins hands down.

My check engine light came on and went there for a reading. Can t remember the guy that did it but he was very nice and explained to me what the code was and the possible issues. He suggested the gas cap get replaced so I went out and replaced it. Now I m no car expert but it didn t fix the issue so I went back in to return it. When I tried to return it another guy explained to me that it won t fix it right away and that I should drive around so the engine can adjust to the new part. He didn t make me feel dumb for not knowing and was really nice and informative. By the time I got to Walmart the check engine light turned off! I will be returning for all my car needs, thanks guys!!!

Be cautious getting parts from here. We were given the wrong year of a replacement starter for our car (right model, wrong year) and it shorted the electronics on the car. Turned a simple fix into a very costly repair, as you can imagine.Our mechanic was wonderful and helpful, and assured us it was correctly installed. He notified O'Reilly about the part issue and we followed up with the store. We fronted the cost for repairs and sent O'Reilly the part back in good faith, then they sent it somewhere without checking the model or looking for issues, leaving them free to weasel out of responsibility.

Thanks to Dusty at O'Reilly for doing what Kwik Kar Lube & Tune failed to do after 3 visits.On 01/26/2023, I came to your store directly from Kwik Kar because my low beam lamps had not been properly installed, and Kwik Kar shrugged accountability for it. Dusty took time away from his job to correct the installation of newer style lamps I didn't purchase from O'Reilly -- for the first time -- and install myself. Dusty and O'Reilly Auto Parts understand the meaning of integrity and customer service.

The new McDonalds ice cream machine broken trick. They always say their oil drop off is always full .Just stop saying you take it in used oil.

I giving them a 5 because the prices were right and the clerk was very nice and helpful even after I came in twice and called 3 times. I think his name was Michael. Because of him and his help I will be using them for my auto needs.

I stopped by today after work desperate to buy a fan for my vehicle because I had just been let down at auto zone (usually my go to place ) .Unfortunately the "mechanic" who worked on my car told me that a fan was what I needed since my AC isn't working and its only blowing hot air.. Anyway this nice employee (sadly I didn't get his name) walked out to my vehicle actually looked under the hood and got hands on to best help see if the fan was out etc. And he even recommend I wait and get a new opinion before spending money on parts and I just thought it was kind. I didn't even get that kind of service from auto zone so I was happy I will be coming back for all my future auto part needs.

I sometimes shop local parts places after researching what I need and comparing my needs to their product offerings, which are often desperate. At this particular O'Reilly's, however, staff were uncommonly helpful. I may be going back there. How refreshing!

Based on service alone, this location is easily a five. The limited products and availability, however, mean that I find myself going to other stores to find what I was missing. On another positive note, it is a slower location and you rarely need to wait in line, making it fast to get in and get out.

I ve been to tonnnnns of auto part stores and this by far is the best I ve been to. Very helpful and prompt staff. They actually know what they are talking about which is not common when going to most auto part stores! I didn t even buy anything and they still helped answer all my questions with a great attitude! Next time I need something for my car I will definitely be back here.

Friendly staff, checked the check engine light for free. Weren't pushy in any way to buy stuff I didn't need. Made some great suggestions from their personal experiences with similar issues and how they resolved them.
