Very poor Management and unqualified personnel . took rotors to be ground or Cut , Jose the employee who received my rotors said there is nobody to cut them now. it was late so I told him I left them and pick them up tomorrow once they are finished. he said there is no guaranty they will be done. next day called about noon to check if they were ready other employee said let me check she said they not ready in about 2 hours should be finished . went to pick them up at 4:30 pm , Jose was on the desk I asked him if they were ready he responded... I told you they don't want to do them . I took my rotors and left .This is very unfortunate that business are getting closed due to Poor Management.

Waited in line for 35 minutes to pay for one item. There were two employees working at the time. The line of customers waiting was down the isle but they seemed unable to keep the line moving. I was much relieved to get my item paid for & out of there.

To be honest not even worth 1 star,they're as dumb as a brick.they all need more hands on or learn more of the parts they sale,all they wanna do is LOOK IT UP ON THE COMPUTER,,,and if you don't know the part they CANT do anything but look at each other like monkeys starring at a banana....this is the worst location to go all others are more helpful finding out what you need .went to another location less then five minutes got what I needed ...puro tacuaches cuhh,cuhh,cuhh

Ok somewhat over priced and some clerks are a bit easier. And I'm not Mexican enough. That's fine just show immaturity. The young girl that works there is very help and friendly. She makes up for the dumb act the others want to put on.

I was looking for microfiber towels and they had a great selection Plus a few other items that I realized would make my job easier and detailing my motorcycle. Friendly service and very helpful. I noticed the staff willing to go the extra mile to help other customers.

I had to get a diagnostic reading on my car and the guy that helped me out today (sorry not really good with names) .. Well he was freaking amazing. He was very polite and made my mother n law and i comfortable in talking with him. He deserves a raise for giving excellent customer service.

5 stars at that time (pre Covid supply issues) bc they had everything I needed in stock (unlike most places today) and it was easy as it should be. Like going to the store for milk and eggs

Was assisted by Sadie and was on my way in less t the an 15 minutes with my new warranty battery, down the same street employees told me my warranty was unlimited and come back next day not going back to that OReilly's store.

Myself and my 3 year old and 6 year old daughter were in line across the street getting covid testingin line across the street when my battery died so I came here to charge my battery and one employee gave me an attitude from the start saying he just got to work and then when I returned an hour later to check the status of the battery they gave me an attitude saying don't come over here if your getting tested for covid and then made get my battery off of the charger myself saying its done its a bad battery but when I returned to my car they only charged it to 10 volts after I tested with my multimeter and now we're back in the heat sweating trying to get a jump because they didnt do theyre job! Ive never felt so disrespected and neglected service especially knowing my daughters are out here sweating and they didnt even aknowledge the fact I told em my kids were sweating out here dont offer a free service especially the way they mistreated us. Ive been an ongoing customer for 6 years and never had this type of unprofessional care from any auto store before how could they do that to us

Superb service. We were in town from Chicago. After a long trip in hot weather our car battery died. After getting enough battery juice after a professional jump, we went directly to O'Reilly. The battery was replaced and installed on the spot. No delays and they got rid of the old original battery. We can now travel home safely without concerns.

Called up there spoke to a young woman named Sadie she was very helpful. I didnt feel rushed when I asked her forthe parts that I was looking for. She was actually very helpful gave me the better deal. Thank you Ms. Sadie

Knowledgeable and fun staff make this location really shine. This is a larger store than the average O'Reilly Auto Parts store due to the fact that it also includes a Paint Center. Each time I went there over the last few months a staff member was able to help me figure out exactly what I needed, and even have parts there the next day from other stores around the metroplex. I've had nothing but great service so far, and I will continue to go there as I continue to work on and maintain my vehicles.

Went there on a Sunday asked them to test my battery. Guy named Alex says we can't check your battery. There are only two of us here. What if my coworker has to go to the bathroom? Meanwhile, it wasn't busy and I saw another employee in the back room. Horrible customer service! He acted like he was asked to replace a motor.

I like this location. They are always helpful and have what I need. They do free battery charging and check engine light tests. Pretty good prices too. They usually have some good deals going on.

Typical O'Reilly's. A couple employees there know a lot about cars, but don't talk much. And, a lot of employees there don't know much about cars, but never shut up.

I had a terrible experience with the employees of this store I ordered a radiator I paid in advance they told me that in five days it would arrive I waited five days to go and pick it up and they told me that it had not arrived, I went to advance auto parts and they got it for me in one hour, that's why I will not buy in this store again,

They dont seem to want to help much. Every single time I come even when they are not busy I notice from the background as I walk through the isles looking for something that they always avoid customers. They never greet any of the customers as they come in. They dont offer help, they just look down and and never acknowledged anyone. I guess looking down is their way of avoiding the customer. :/ ? Also, compare to other O'Reilly... or AutoZone, they don't do any of the services they advertise they do. They will tell you they are busy at the moment but that you can go to another store or autozone.

Mando refuses to check my engine light said he had to take care of the line first. Which meant anyone that walked through the door after me. Never ever had this happen at an oreilly store.

Called ahead to make sure they had part I needed but after waiting for probably 20mins, they couldn't find my part in the back....I had several things to do that day that I missed because I went there trusting they would actually have the item that they said they did...will never shop here for any reason

5 great place to pick up auto parts for your cars or trucks they have everything you need for a far price. I'll pick them over AutoZone any day but don't get me wrong AutoZone is a good place to shop for auto parts too.
