There was one employee that I would consider outstanding above all and that young man's name is CJ is that the berry store Berry and Cleburne Road he's very very helpful thurl he knows his stuff y'all need to go see him this is an update for O'Reilly's Auto Parts store on West Berry the best staff that you could ever imagine if you haven't been there you need to get there need to start getting all your parts for me I'll tell you what they'll go there tomorrow if you're willing to go the extra mile I had a situation come up the other night here is an update on O'Reilly's on Berry and McCart today is February 8th time is 5:29 I just couldn't even Bob for it work hard and like always I got exceptional the Above & Beyond great service he spent the time to actually help me where I won't say any of the stores but I had to order a lower crossover radiator hose for a 2004 Chevy I don't really part and that was Tuesday Monday but I just got here and they still have it waiting sound yeah. O'Reilly's on Berry and McCart the gentleman that helped me today was his name is Roy he's been with O'Reilly for a while I guess

Got there for thinking my car battery was going out. Right away Jesus tested it, got me another one, I paid and he installed it. Less than 10 minutes later I was out. Great customer service and will definitely recommend

This is the place to go for us diy-ers. The staff are willing to give advice based on their experiences and it has literally saved me hundreds of dollars in mechanics' fees.

Great customer service but the AC hasn't been working at this location for awhile now. I am a regular customer at this store and the ac has been out through most of this summer. I can't look through the store without breaking a sweat.

Went in to get a new battery for my Murano and Kevin was awesome! Went above and beyond in my opinion! Swapped out the batteries for me and got me on my way! Very friendly and great conversation!!If you need an Auto Parts Store in Ft Worth...This is it! Thanks to the roadside assistance guy for recommending it to me!

Disappointing. Employee watched me attempt to pickup a battery, they are way heavier than they look, but didn't offer to help. Another customer was kind enough to help carry it to my car (thank you)! And generally not the great customer service I expect from O'Reilly. Sold me the battery and sent me on my way. Usually O'Reilly provides tips, thoughts, offers assistance, etc. Not the case here.

I disable and working on a old truck. I have trouble getting them to wait on me. I look can of funny from all the cancer treatment and can talk very good. Alot of times they see me they go the other way. But when they do wait on me there nice. But you can tell they don't want help you. Not all of them. But the manager is cool with me and the few other. Been in there to get a part and they not know what the part name is, and not get the part and have to go to auto zone. I don't like auto zone. And your price are sometimes higher and I have to do a price change with them.

So my friends car died right across the street from O'Reilly's. Something about the battery she told me. We went to check on the car cause it was there overnight. We took a pic of the battery and walked over to O'Reilly's to ask if they could tell us what to do. The manager Jacob and another employee Eric, grabbed some tools and new terminals and within 10 minutes had the battery fixed like pros. For less than $15 these men helped my friend's worry disappear. It's so refreshing to meet people who enjoy what they do and really want to help people!! Go visit Jacob and Eric! They are awesome.

Excellent customer service! The guys there really know there stuff. They got my parts quickly and even helped me change out my battery. I was back on the road in no time thanks again.

It s a really good place. Jeremy was a good help, and he helped me find the parts I needed and held a conversation. Today was a rough day, but I ended up staying in the store for two hours because talking with him taught me things I didn t know and he helped my mental state from shifting to other things. Really good guy. Hope he moves up with the company.

Bad customer service manager Doug had a bad attitude.I placed my item on hold the night before & he did not believe me.5 mins later my item magically appeared even though he said they did not have it.

It's been a while since this has happened but I wanted to commend Raul and Antwoin for their work and service when my battery was damaged. They helped diagnose it, repair and physically replace the unit on my corvette. They definitely didn't have to and even insisted doing so and refused to accept a tip. I appreciate what they did and, assuming they still work there, believe they deserve the highest commendation.

This Oreillys is so very much a disgrace to oreillys auto parts. The 2 guys who would not give their names to me on Saturday night. They are very rude one of them said that he didn't have time to help me, cus they needed to close when it was like 10 minutes to close. They were so sarcastic and rushing . They need to have men not little boys.

I visited the location on Berry St.(off University)Fort Worth, Tx on Friday afternoon to purchase a replacement 16 inch wheel cover for one that fell in traffic. I found what I wanted and the associate who rang up the sale was kind enough to attach the cover to my car wheel. His name on the receipt is Jacob. I really appreciated his help since the instructions on the box were confusing. See you all again! Andy.

Eric was incredibly helpful. Went out of his way to help me fix bulb issues with my Hyundai. Highly recommend coming to him for your car issues as he is very knowledgeable and puts in a lot of effort to help solve any issues with your car!!

Got amazing service in regards to a alternator/ water pump pulley AutoZone "didn't carry" yet I'd replaced before with them to find out oReilly's carries even cheaper. Christian kept me on all correct pages in future mileage recommended services and assisted me how to use YouTube to repair it myself instead of providing the parts to my local shop. Can't wait to fix it tomorrow!

This location has great employees who know vehicles well.Too bad o Riley doesn't equip them with good products, their batteries appear to only last two years. Bought two for both vehicles and they died exactly in two years.

I bought a jump box instead of jumper cables at another location but had no time to return to the original location to return. I came to this location, they refunded me without a hustle. I didn't pass through the humiliation of admiting such an eyebrow-lifting mistake.

I used to like O'Reilly's. But I stopped going here when I found out they were charging twice as much as AutoZone for the same parts

I bypass O'Reilly's on hemphill and berry to come to one closest to Paschal highschool, these people treat you like family and the other one not friendly at all, talk like they don't want to be at work

Slow service ordered the wrong part twice even after they were given the part number waited two weeks first time then another three weeks second time finally called to see why and they told me the part had been there for three days when i got there stood for 30 mins before i was helped only to find out they reorder the same wrong part got my money back and went somewhere else
