Granbury rd location...Nick was very nice and friendly, buuut his coworker gave me the wrong part very annoying having to go back n forth to the auto store when you don't even have a car to go in bc it's being worked on, do better guys pay attention to part #s make sure they are correct 459210 is the correct one I got 459201 mistakes happen but unfortunately it's not the 1st time

I found that the prices are a little high and the selection was sparse to say the least. It's not my first or even second choice for automotive supplies. AutoZone or Advanced Automotive are far superior in price and selection.

The workers were very kind and helpful.I went there for a t20 tool to replace my engine air filter, a worker by the name of Joe,I want to recognize for being very helpful to me. We had a good conversation, I told him about the issue with my car and he told me about a couple of good mechanic shops in the area.I followed his recommendations and the shop got me taken care of and now I have a good shop to go to when I have issues with my car thank you Joe. Thank you O' Riley for having good people. Keep up the great work.

Allstar service. I have only been to O'Reilly's four times. The last three times was at the one on Granbury Rd. in Fort Worth, TX. I did not get the gentleman's name on my first visit there, but on my second visit Dalton helped me. He diagnosed an alternator problem I had, he inspected a fuse, and he answered a question I had about car wiring. I called the store back after I left, and he answered another question I had about the alternator, gave me a price on one they had in stock, and he even referred a mechanic. I went back that night and another associate named Chris helped me pick out hose clamps, gave advice about hoses, and sold me that alternator. Those guys know there stuff.

Upon walking in here in 6 inch heels and a mini skirt and halter top seven men watch me walk by and didn t say a word their mouth were open and that was it but a very nice man of which I didn t catch the dudes name, but I can describe how he looks if necessary. So I walk in here female All by myself needing help with a fuse. Except I don t know where it s at or I ve figured out how to get to it. Trusty ole google steered us in the right directions. Now begging that flop down drawer was a tricky one and of course the maker of Maserati s do not put a diagram in there, so he pulled out every single one of them with that little pull out tool and told me they were all good. Asked me why I thought it was bad, well because my cigarette charger deal stopped working and the other USB port does not make my phone talk to me out loud on whenever it s plugged in and I need that because I drive all day longAlso change the words, heels, mini skirt with leggings and oversize T-shirt.Also change the word Maserati with Passat Volkswagen, Passat

Bought a brand new battery from this place at almost 200 dollars with a 3 year warranty, I'm on my third one in less than a year, because they keep giving me refurbished batteries that go dead celled in 3 to 4 months. I understand its how to make a profit in this industry but I didn't pay $200 for a used one, I paid for a brand new one! I need a higher up of this company to please contact me, the staff is helpful and friendly, I don't want to come down on them, its out of their hands.

TRUE Life SAVERS exellent customer service !!Husband and son travelling from Oklahoma thru Fort Worth,Texas. Over night at a holiday inn truck and trailer broken into.. thousdand of dollars in damages. Truck battery terminal were destroyed. Spoke with Mark by phone, and 2 batteries were delivered with in 10min by a store employeeHuge Thanks to both for getting them back on the road

I have a bad experience with O'Reilly. First, I called the store to make sure they have Rack & Pinion for my car, and I was told there's one left. So I went to buy it right away, but it's good I checked the box before I paid for it because it was a bad used one from maybe another customer. The salesperson provided me another store of which, I purchased one. After 7 months, my steering wheel is off and my mechanic said that the issue isn't the wheel alignment, but it's the rack&pinion I bought from O'Reilly's. I called and spoke with a manager Alex Scott, and he said that I have to buy a new one to get my refund back. I asked him to elaborate, and he said that he can't help me with the labor charge to remove and replace the r&p again and for the alignment fee. Hence, maybe go somewhere else to get a quality parts, and if in case you buy from O'REILLY'S - to check the item first to make sure it's not a returned item from another customer.

Excellent staff. So efficient and helpful and patient. Very respectful to women too, which u don't always get with car places tbh. Will definitely return here. Easy online order for free store pickup works perfectly. Everything here is so organized, professional, helpful. Kudos.

Went there for help with a bearing removal and parts purchase. The manager, Marshall took time to find parts and ordered them for me. He also recommended me where to go, with a note, to have the bearing removal. I came to the shop, Don Perry on 5325 Woodway dr, and told the shop foreman why I came and what for. The Foreman took in my part, and completed my need within 5 min and NO charge. I would recommend this OReilly for your parts need, and Don Perry for your car works.

There is a young man that works there named Diego. He has an amazing memory and knows how everything, it seems, works. All of the people that work there have been so kind. They are patient in explaining things, I have never felt rushed or like my questions were not valid. Plus their warranties are so easy. They keep items under your phone number so you don t have to keep up with receipts. I used to use Pep Boys, man, no one is there when you walk in, you can t believe their answers, so frustrating. When something goes wrong, I feel very comfortable heading to Oreilly s, I have been going here for years, I have never had a bad experience.

The absolute worst costumer service I have ever had in my life. They are extremely rude here and want to make a sale so bad that they completely disregard what you're asking of them. I took 1 battery one day and they tried to sale me one from there and I said no thank you, can you please charge this battery?.. they kept insisting that I purchase one from them. They're extremely pushy and don't take no for an answer . The next day I took another battery that I know is good and it needed charge but once again they insisted I bought one from them and once again I said no thank you. This time they got upset they said they would charge my battery but when I came back they didn't do so. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

This is THE BEST O'Reilley's in MY Neighborhood! Troy and Travis ALWAYS take Good care of me and I'm in and out in a flash with exactly what I need. If I call to confirm an order they ALWAYS have my stuff already pulled and ready so I can run in with money and run out with parts! Their level of customer service has set the bar Way up there. This will be my O'Reilley's until my boys aren't here anymore, then I'll find a new place!

Dear Kevin and TroyI just want to thank you guys so much!! And I want everyone else to know the situation. My husband gave me the wrong credit card and I had to pick him up in downtown ft.worth with a with absolutely no oil in the truck. So I went in O'Riley panicking and the 2 of them put oul in my truck. I was so grateful and blessed for them to do that for me!! Because most companies would not care at all. THAthank ll YALL SO MUCH!!

Typical store. Non exemplary staff. I have asked for simple things on several occasions like brake shoes or wheel cylinders and have completely baffled the staff as to what I want. The store is on the small side but they have typically had what I wanted in stock. The neighborhood is a little on the rough side. Definitely lock your doors when you go inside.

My son's car overheated and he pulled into a parking lot next to O'reilly's Auto Parts at 5023 Grandbury Rd., Fort Worth. He was about 20 miles from home and I drove to help. I was able to diagnose the problem to a leaking heater control valve. Travis, at O'reily's was very knowledgeable of the car and new exactly what part it was which they normally had in stock. Unfortunately, they were out of stock. But, thanks to Travis, knowing that I was trying to at least make a temporary fix on the spot so as to avoid paying a tow truck, suggested and found a 5/8 IN. X 5/8 IN. hose connector (less than $4 ) to use to bypass the valve. With that and 2 gallons of coolant we were on the road home shortly. Now, I can go to an O'reilly's that has the part and make a permanent fix this weekend. Great customer service Travis!
