2017 Toyota HighlanderRefreshing to work with a small business like this. Personable and friendly. Upfront and honest. They found issues with my car other than what I brought it in for and presented them to me. Came in for coolant leak and they found the brake pads were far too worn. They are looking out for their community and doing right by each customer. I ll sing their praises to anyone who needs auto repair.

Good people! Went out of their way to help me out of a jam. It was just a stripped bolt from a 1987 car, but still saved me. Other places were too good to even try to help.

I took my truck here fully expecting some major work needing to be done followed by a big repair bill. Turns out, nothing major was found and they didn't charge me a cent. This is an honest business! I wish I had taken my car here a long time ago instead of Pep Boys or the Hyundai dealership. You have qualified mechanics with years of experience who are transparent and proficient. My husband and I have been going to Nykaza for years and we absolutely love them! Melanie and Steve are very friendly honest people and truly value their customers. Because they have reasonable prices they have helped save us tons of money! They'll also give you their honest feed back and opinions and we appreciate that! My whole family has been going there for years Steve is honest and will do you right time and time again. He has saved me a lot of money over the years on the value they offer and he talked me out of a bad idea. I have sent dozens of friends and clients to them and they all gave back rave reviews. Honest, hard working and skilled. That's a complete package.

If you ever need work done on your car and are in the Fort Worth area I can't recommend Nykaza's Auto Repair enough. Friendly service, no BS pricing and quick and honest repairs keep me going back. Customer for life. My car is running like new and I have AC again! I really can't say enough good things about them. Exceptional quality.

This is a special kind of place. I brought a 2001 Infiniti in to attempt to fix the A/C that stopped working. I m pretty savvy myself but the AC would work one day, then not the next. I brought it to Nykaza hoping they might be able to figure it out. After Steve s spending a significant amount of time ($) on it, he said he couldn t pin down the problem. The car has 225k miles and is in great running condition but I wasn t going to replace the entire A/C system on a 20 yr old vehicle. When I went to pick up the car, they didn t charge me a cent. I was happy to pay for time spent but he refused. How many mechanics do you meet in your life like that?

My experience was bittersweet with NYKAZA auto repair and I mean that in the best way. My 2016 VW Passat SE came with a plethora, PLETHORA of problems which no 2016 anything should be having. After seeking a Mechanic via google I came across Nykaza which I ultimately went with because of the stellar reviews. I dropped my car off and gave the run down to the very nice woman at the front desk who was very easy to talk to considering how stressed I am at this point with my car. I left knowing my car was in good hands. I got a call the next day which I missed and was called again the day after that which I answered and the gentleman who I talked to just needed to rightfully ask some questions on how the car possibly got into the condition it was when it s so new. And when I say rightfully I mean he rightfully asked because cars usually have to hit a wall to have the problems that my car was having. After explaining to him he told me he would get right back to work and try to get me on the road as soon as possible. About two days later he called back and gave me a quote on what it would be to fix it but told me he didn t want his shop to be the ones to service it because on top of the thousands it d be to fix he didn t feel it wouldn t be a permanent solution to the many severe problems it was having. I believe he said I d rather not take your money and leave a bad taste in your mouth and I could honestly feel he was sorry to have to break that news to me but he and everybody in NYKAZA auto repair can hold their heads high because integrity especially in a automotive shop is rare and every dollar counts especially these days. He said the car would be there whenever I am ready to pick it up. I picked it up a week later with a balance of $0.000.I am very happy with my experience because I was shown that even in one of the hardest times in our country there are still good, genuine people out there. And Nykaza auto repair has set the bar for the services that mechanics should be providing the Ft.Worth community. When my friends ask me where they can find an honest straight shooting mechanic, I point them here. They are of the highest integrity, knowledge, and quality. They recommend only what is required to repair your vehicle while addressing other safety issues that may have not been apparent. They communicate well, are speedy, and their knowledge allows them to quickly diagnose problems accurately. I take my vehicle nonwhere else.

Second time in 5 years I ve used them. Both times have been flawless - super communicative, pricing was more than fair, and in one case they told us how to fix it if it happened again (manufacturer defect)

Cadillac Dealership told me a part was going to cost me $1,400 to repair. I took the repair sheet w/ repair cost to Nykaza's they looked at my vehicle come to find out my cadillac didn't even have that part!! Nykaza's cost $246 and it has been running perfectly for 2 years. When I took it in, it didn't run at all. They could have really took me to the bank and said, "oh it's gonna cost a thousand." NOPE! HONEST, LEGIT, CERTIFIED AMAZING MECHANIC!!! ***** They work on ALL makes/models! I WILL FOREVER be a customer even if I have to drive over 2hrs to get here. It's SO worth a honest mechanic that does you right and does a professional job. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! -Mr. Nash

This place rocks !!!!! Always friendly , always honest, and the prices are wonderful. I have a truck that has to have the grill removed to change a headlight . I was quoted $128 at another place;they did it for under $19!!!!!!! Great folks , great place , I would give them 8 stars if I could.

The way I just got treated because I was trying to be flexible for somebody who wants to buy a car from me makes me very glad I never get work done here. Giving the benefit of the doubt with two stars despite the strong want to just get one. I'm hoping he the gentleman at the desk was just having a bad day.
