Highly recommend this store in particular! Jared is by far the best manager I ve ever ran across. He is extremely knowledgeable, up front and caring about you and your vehicle. The employees at this store are also great. I was greeted by Koit at the front counter who was also very friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and well kept.

Extremely high standard of customer service. I went in to inquire about getting my tire patched because of a nail. The gentleman was really nice and after explaining what was going on he went out to look at the situation. Long story short, he had the technician take a look but they could not patch the tire because of how close the nail was to the side walls. He explained the pros and cons of buying a new tire versus a used one from another establishment. I finally decided on trying somewhere else to buy a used tire but he gave me a recommendation of a tire shop and treated me very fairly. I d recommend this location because of the customer service from everyone that was working that day and their fairness.

Brought my 2013 Buick enclave in to get the battery replaced. The assistant manager Coit was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They gave me no runaround and did the work promptly. It sounds odd, but I actually enjoyed myself at the mechanic.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service when I brought my Tahoe to the local auto shop for a flat tire. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The manager himself took charge of my situation and displayed an impressive level of professionalism and expertise. Not only did he promptly address my flat tire issue, but he also went above and beyond to educate me about the repair process, providing transparent and detailed explanations every step of the way. The customer service displayed was nothing short of outstanding, as the manager and his team were attentive, courteous, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring my satisfaction. I left the shop feeling grateful and confident, knowing that I had received reliable, transparent, and helpful service from a team that truly cared about their customers.

Management and staff fit me in 5 minutes before the doors closed. They treated me with respect in my hour of need and fixed a flat so I was able to get to work on-time the next day.Great service, well managed, affordable, professional establishment. 10/10 rating and will definitely be back for future needs.Thank you!

I am not sure how this place is still open.I took my Ford F-150 in on Dec 4 for an alignment. They were able to get it close but because I didn t have cambered bolts in the lower control arms they couldn t get it aligned. The front desk worker explained that I would need to get the hardware and they would be able to align it. He said that it was so close that I could drive it for quite a while and it would be a problem. I have owned this truck since 2015 and have never had this issue.I ordered the parts that they needed and called Jared on Dec 13 to make sure they would still honor the agreement. He said there was no problem and advised that I could come in the next day at 2:30 and he d get me fixed up. I made arrangements and was there at 2:30 the next day. I talked to Jared but the shop was busy and he said he wouldn t be able to get to me by closing time. I was upset but I realize sometimes that s how it goes.I was unable to get my truck back to them until late Jan because of the holidays and other issues. January 30 I made an appointment for the 31st at 2pm. I showed up for my appointment and the guy at the front desk, named started with a Z, informed me that the alignment guy and Jared were not there and that I d have to wait till tomorrow when both would be in. What was the point in making an appointment?I make ANOTHER appointment with Z for the following day at noon. I show up and Jared isn t there but Cory is. Cory is unaware so I try and catch him up as he is trying to sell me tires. Cory explains that they have a car on the alignment rack but it s almost finished and they d get to mine right after. I made an appointment for noon and it s now 12:30. I leave the keys and walk a ways away to get lunch. I come back about an hour and a half later and my truck is in the exact spot I left it in and the other car is still on the alignment rack. A technician walking through the lobby informed me that they hadn t even started on it and it would be a while. I asked Cory for my keys and I left.So now I have paid over 100 buck to get an alignment, 128 bucks in camber bolts and now my two front tires are worn excessively from a bad alignment.Needless to say, I will never walk through those doors again.The level of incompetence is disgusting and if I were part of NTB in anyway, I d be embarrassed to be associated with this location. Terrible.

I quit using NTB a couple of years ago due to bad service at this location. But today I was in a jam so I went back. There is a new manager now and the service is top notch. I was very happy with the way I was treated, the communication about the problem and the pricing. I ll definitely go back again!

I've been a customer at this location for a few years. Yesterday, they once again proved that I made the right choice when they were able to fix a tire with a piece of metal in it. 25 minutes after pulling in, the tire was fixed and I was out the door. And when I just need air added to my tires? It's an easy pull up and go.Great service that I trust.

Had a rough start to the morning with a flat tire due to a screw, went to NTB and they got it fixed with no issues whatsoever. Koit was super helpful and friendly as well as he made sure to keep me updated which I appreciated.

031224 - It's in several years since I've been to this location because the quality of service was declining. However, the tires on my wife's car we're from this shop and we decided to go back there for possible warranty coverage. While they were actually out of warranty, Jarod, a new manager for this location, ended up taking care of us. He found a good replacement for the one tire and the price he quoted was so good I decided to just have all four changed now and added the hazard warranty. The resulting service was so good that when we came the next day for my wife's car, my SUV was due new tires also and I decided to get them there. It looks like somebody at the upper levels finally decided this location needed a quality manager like Jarod and the technicians working there today are also higher quality than before. Good job team! It may be a while before we return for tires but we'll definitely tell people about how much better things are at this NTB location!

Hands down, one of the best experiences I've ever had getting my car serviced!I have had tire trouble continously while owning my vehicle and have taken it many places in TX, CO, & LA. I recently purchased a couple new tires from another location. One was already going flat, and the staff at this location went above and beyond to take care of all my needs! They were thorough, fast, honest, and accommodating - and definitely never once trying to take advantage of me just because I'm a woman (who may be less knowledgeable about the mechanics of machinery). They had my tire fixed and all brake pads changed out in less than 2 hours (without an appointment)!I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Needed a battery changed fast called the store and Jarod told me they could take care of me right away! Showed up and sure enough I was out of there an hour later and he got me the best price he could!! Thank you for the great service and taking care of my wife s car!!!

Came in for oil change and manager told me of other crucial problems. We decided to get those problems fixed. I am highly impressed with the new manager and his business approach! He is highly competent while also very compassionate. Thanks for hiring this man!

Koit and the front management team are amazing!! Been to this shop multiple times and him and his team never disappoint!! He is honest and hard working and always gives me step by step progress reports anytime my car is there!! THEY ARE AMAZING!!

If I could give zero stars, I would I literally went here just to get my tire plugged just for them to take my car to the back and do different test that I didn t ask for on my carThe man kept trying to get me to spend more money, saying all these different things was wrong with my car and just as soon as I left my check, engine light comes on !! this man literally did something to my car because I didn t want to get two new tires. I definitely will be returning back here in the morning because that s just not right.

Stopped in to get a nail removed from my tire. I was given the amount of time it was going to take about 1 hour. Next thing I know I was all fixed up from Z and his crew way under an hour. I will definitely be bringing both my vehicles here for tires/repairs.

My SUV had a nail in the tire and was losing air. I needed to have it repaired. Christian Brothers said they didn't repair Tires. Discount Tires was too busy to help and could care less. I then went to NTB and the Assistant Mgr. Koit was more than happy to help me. Koit took care of my problem within 20 min. of my arrival, and soon I was back on the road. All the staff at NTB were friendly. NTB values my business, there I wasn't just another number. I highly recommend NTB to anyone who needs tires or Auto Repairs.

I know everyone says this, but from the bottom of my heart, this place gave me and my family the best service I ve ever received. We were about to go on a long Christmas road trip and my dumb self never got our tires changed to handle the wet, rainy roads at 8pm on a Thursday night. I called around and no one would change our tires because they were about to close. I drove up to this NTB hoping and praying they d help. Not only were they willing, but they also gave me a discount on my tires and service. Truly grateful for Koit s professional & friendly assistance. Highly recommend this shop!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting NTB for some much-needed maintenance on my brakes, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service provided by Coit was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. Additionally, the mechanics at NTB were incredibly fast and efficient, getting me back on the road in no time. I got four new tires, I m not keeping the car very long so I chose the most affordable tires. They offered me an upgraded tire for about $200 more and explained that it would have a $250 rebate making it the same price as the lower cost tire. This seemed like a no-brainer, so I proceeded with their recommendation.After paying for the tires, they gave me a link to apply for the rebate. At the end of the process I was shown a $50 rebate. Thankfully, I was still on the property so I went back to the desk and spoke with the manager who assured me he would make things right.A couple days later I called back to get an update with no response. I tried again the next day and was told they would give me a free oil change to make up for it.Needless to say, I declinedAfter the back-and-forth for several days, they offered me a $100 refund.I told them I was still not happy & would be happy to bring the car back and swap out the tires with my original choice. They declined and I agreed to proceed with the refund since that s the best they could do to make it right but made it clear that I was still not happy.They said that i needed to be there in person with my original card to do the refund so I drove back to the shop. When I arrived they said it was too late and I needed to be there when the corporate office was open.Came back the next day and the guy behind the desk processed the return without actually needing me there which was frustrating because it s a 35 minute round trip each time.Now that it s done I realize that they never put back the valve stem caps on the tires so I ordered new ones from Amazon i didn t want to go back

Got there a little early and they were able to take my car right away. I had a question on full synthetic vs blend and Jared (the manager) was able to give me a clear cut answer on both. While my car was being worked on we discussed the latest seasons to One Piece, Naruto, Bleach and My Hero
