Very impressed with this place. I had a minor problem, but one which made driving difficult. I thought I'd have to take my car to the dealership and leave it there for a couple hours and a couple hundred bucks. Instead, it turned out to be something simple and the guys at NTB fixed it in like 5-10 minutes and didn't charge me anything. I appreciate the great service!

On my way to work this morning, I noticed my tire pressure was low on one of my tires. I drove straight to NTB without an appointment. They were so nice and accommodating. I left my car for them to check it out. I called a few hours later to find out that they had already patched a nail hole and it was ready to go. I would recommend them to friends. These guys have great customer service along with being knowledgeable in their field.

Absolutely incredible customer service. I came in on a whim knowing I needed lots of maintenance. They were so willing to assist me, get my car to the back, & help me figure out what I needed without making me feel pressured to buy anything unnecessary. They explained all the services they were doing & helped me find the best prices. Will definitely be using this location from here on out!

Great place to go. I work for Uber and had a sudden emergency collision against a barrier on the road. I brought my car in the next morning hoping they could fix my steering, but it was a lot more than just the steering. They showed me the problem was the strut with my car lifted in the garage so I knew it wasn't them scamming me. They quoted me 865, major downer but what would I do? My car is literally my office If I'm a Uber driver. So we agreed to get it done and I was anxious, one of those things that you rarely rely on people in a business to fix your life. I had to take a loan, and was waiting for my deposit while they worked on my car all day. I was scared it was never going to deposit, scared they were not going to get it done, rarely I would trust a company , but they seemed diligent to their word and make sense for showing me the problem to my face. They close at 6, it was 4:45, I still haven't received my loan, they were just receiving the last part they needed to complete it. I called and the receptionist is very good at keeping track of what's going on with my car. It was just 5 and praise God that my loan just deposited as I was leaving cause otherwise I'm gonna be broke without my car. But the only problem left is whether they are gonna finish in time. I was just waiting in their customer area, they finished at 5:45 and I felt the burden finally lifted. I was ready to pay the $865, but what does he say, "$724". That's all he said. I was so happy, peace is coming back to America, there are good businesses out there. Happy as a clam and my stressful day concludes like a fairytale. I know not everyone is as lucky as I was that day, but give these guys a shot I swear, if I did you're probably gonna have to be home by midnight.

I don't usually write reviews but I had to say this location is the best!! I needed new tires and my husband wasn't around to help me purchase and I hated going alone due to not knowing what to look for. Brandon immediately assisted me and made me feel so comfortable and helped me select what I was comfortable with made me feel like I was getting the best deal with no pressure like most places do. I left feeling like I was their #1 customer and will absolutely be back...Thank you again Brandon

I had a one in bolt in my tire that needed patch. I had bought the tire at Firestone but they have been really slow getting simple maintenance done, so I came to NTB. I had used them before in MN and they had done great things. They took good care of my car and I was in and out in 20 mins. I highly recommend them!

I needed a oil change and so I decided to stop at NTB which is where I met Brandon. He was very helpful and attentive and very knowledgeable. He took the time to take a look at my tires and knowingly I knew at some point I needed new ones. He gave me the best price possible and also put them on. I highly recommend this location 100% a very trustworthy person and very knowledgeable. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Came in at closing time with a tire emergency. Manager was willing to help me out by finding a replacement, scheduling service, and being far nicer than I probably deserved that evening. Excellent service.

Ran over a huge bolt, drove to jiffy lube, city garage, driver's edge, and called one more. No one had anyone who could repair same day. Came across NTB and got right in! Super friendly staff, nice place to wait. Will definitely use again!!

Took my vehicle to have my tires balanced and got taken care in and out. Juan the manager there gave me OUTSTANDING service. I will highly recommend my friends and family there.

Came in late in the afternoon due to a random screwdriver puncturing a huge hole in my tire and had to get it replaced before work the next morning. Brandon helped to get a new tire put on quickly and reprogrammed my TPMS for me! Super happy with the quick turnaround and kind customer service.

Donovan and Juan are the best! Gave me a great price on some new tires and even pointed out some other stuff on my vehicle. I didn t even know they were a full service shop! Fast, friendly, and most importantly-honest service. I will definitely be back!

Went in today for a routine oil change, just wanted to give Donovan and Brandon a shout out. My car was ready in an hour even with tons of business and people coming in and out of the shop. I watched Brandon and Donovan tend to every person that came into that shop with great customer service. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and calm during a busy rush! Great job SW BLVD NTB team! Ruben wasn't there today, but he is also awesome to do business with! See you guys for my next oil change :)

This location is amazing. Probably best in fortworth. The staff is very honest and respectful. They don t try to scalp you with labor times. They re fair and honest. Donovan and Juan are some of the best I ve met. I will be back.

Avoid this place at all costs. I'm a frequent traveler and have been a patron of NTB in various states, but this is the first time I've ever encountered one that charges for a tire rotation with the primary service being an oil change? Website explicitly states it is ALWAYS free with the service. I guess it's because I'm a veteran they have to upcharge me and then pretend to give me a discount when I asked politely. It also appears that they hire just about anyone as the front desk clerk seems rather incompetent stating that a $10 discount off a 110 total is somehow greater than 10% of the total? That's hilarious. Save your money and go elsewhere. Poorly managed location and the bathroom was absolutely atrocious. Owner ought to be ashamed.

Juan was very helpful. Great place and atmosphere. Fast service and great prices. All the work that I needed was done in a timely fashion and very much appreciated with an appointment made ahead of time online. If you call ahead of your appointment, it might be possible to come a bit early depending on their scheduling, which worked out for me. I will definitely be back and recommended for all your car repair needs. Thank you
