Amazing crew at this location. Chris was extremely informative from beginning to end. I had just purchased a vehicle for business and he gave a detailed report of everything that it needed and advised what needed to be done in order of importance. I run a small business and his knowledge and expertise I found extremely valuable because I felt that my car (livelihood) was important to him and the crew. Definitely coming back to start crossing items off of the "to-do" list for my car!!!

Awesome service! Kevin was the best!! He saved the day!! I came in because my tire had a screw in it and it was going flat fast!! He took care of the issue without a problem! He even offered to put my tub of ice cream in their freezer so It wouldn t melt while I was waiting! Stellar service!! Thank you guys!!

NTB made getting new brakes a breeze! The staff are so nice and really go above and beyond. Showed up at 6pm and they still ran to get the right parts. In/out/done! The waiting room is spacious and clean. I was able to watch Netflix on my phone and next thing I knew my car was done. Rotors and new brake pads at a fair price! I ll be back!

Excellent service! They went above and beyond to get us back on the road, even driving to Irving to make sure the tires arrived in time to finish today. Shout out to Casey for doing great work and the manager Chris. We will be back. Thanks so much!

These guys are fast and efficient! They let you know what s what and they get it done quickly. If there s any other suggestions on what you need to have then they let you know what s going on. It was a great experience. I will be back.

Had a metal shard in my side wall on a new tire with no warranty. They were able to quickly replace and offered warranties for any further issues. I d recommend this store.Update: posted my review to early. Vehicle came out with the white lettering out when all the others were black letters. So I had to sit another 30 minutes as apparently I have nothing to do. Forgot the valve stem cover and my tire pressure was 6 pounds over. What did I pay for?

I got 4 new tires back in Nov 22. When they were done with my car I noticed the the valve stem covers were missing (all 4 tires). I told them and they went and got them gave them to me and walked away. I had to put them on myself. When I got home the wheel cover was missing. I got my tires rotated 6 months later and told them what happened last time and they said sorry and would fix the issue. Around July 23 they called me and said that they would order a whole set to make things right and call me when they were ready. It's now Feb 24 and I still don't have them.

One star review part two, after call the customer service, the only reply was we gonna speak with management. So be aware they gonna try to sell service you don t need, because that the way NTB train them. Shady company, shady business, shady employees.

Fast and amazing service! Mr Kevin took care of my need for a last minute patch on my truck tire before inhad to hit the road for a little g drive. I was in and out with the patch and overall inspection of my truck in just under an hour. Happy customer and will be getting my future maint needs worked from this team.

Damaged my wheel. But they sent it out to be repaired. Guess it's normal for them. Good prices on tires. Will not return.

Manny and team did an outstanding job replacing my brake pads and rotors the same day I brought my car in and even replaced a stripped lug nut at no cost! Thank you, gentlemen, for a great job! Five star service!

They tried to sell me lug nuts for my vehicle my vehicle is a gmc acadia socket for the lug nuts is a 13/16, the technician tried with a 22mm and said i need new lug nuts. Maybe you guys need more training, i can teach y all i am ASE certified estimator. Try to scam people that don t have knowledge with cars.

Day after Christmas and family friend passing though gets a nail through the sidewall. Zach and Kevin found a compatible match and got her a new tire, mounted and ready in about an hour. She can safely finish her trip home now. Short staffed but got it done for us. Thanks guys.

Came in to NTB today to get a tire patched. Unfortunately for liability reasons there was not enough tread left to patch. The staff patiently answered all my questions. Got me a replacement tire for a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this location.

Our car was severely damaged from an illegal tow. We called the closest NTB to the tow yard and Zach answered. Automatically Zach was extremely helpful. Between Manny and Zach, all the parts we needed were tracked down and the car was repaired pretty quickly. These guys were amazing, and so nice! We'll definitely be going back!

I hit a curb and blew out my tire. I was able to get a perfect replacement to match my other tires. NTB had the best price. When I went in for my appointment they were very professional and courteous. They were also faster than the other tire stores I've been to in the past. My car looks great again and I am happy.

Had a spare tire emergency right before driving 5 hours back home. Drove in, they were available to help immediately. Replaced the stem valve at no cost. The staff was courteous and eager to assist.That s INCREDIBLY OUTSTANDING service!!! This made my day!Thank you NTB!!!

Very poor customer service, not friendly, management is very immature, and was playing on phones and laughing the whole time. They sat in the corner and were chatting, very unprofessional behavior. As well as they didn t put the bolts back in my break calipers after they did it which at a high enough speed if I wouldn t have realized could have resulted in a very bad crash. Sloppy work!

Came to get my tires rotated and re aligned but when I walked in Kevin was oiled up with a rotisserie chicken in his hands it was lemon pepper 10/10 would recommend
