I had a small door ding on my brand new Porsche Macan. I googled and found this location which was near where I live and went there. He was able to take care of this on the spot right away within a half hour and restored the ding to a brand new condition and now I can t even tell if there was ever a door ding. I was so thrilled and happy with the great customer service, professionalism, and the quality of work. I showed the results to my wife and she was equally impressed! I felt so blessed and thankful that I found this location and the quality of work he did for us. Highly highly recommend this place for paint less dent repairs! Thank you for relieving my stress!!

My car was in a pretty bad hail storm and one of my friend recommended Next Gen Auto Hail Repair. I reached out to Jacob and he helped me file a claim and get the process rolling with the insurance company. Jacob also very friendly and he helped to get the rental car from my insurance and he took care of rides to pick up and drop the rental vehicle. When the vehicle was done I was blown away with how well the vehicle looked and was very happy to know they were able to remove all hail dents. Overall I highly recommend Next Gen Auto Hail Storm shop for hail dent removal.

F150 2019 tailgate (aluminum panels) approx 2 inch sharp crease, shop was able to knock it out clean like nothing happen. Would recommend to family and friends. Was 1h or less repair. Andrew and Jacob are very friendly and straight forward. If you need a shop that is reliable, quick and efficient to not waste your time. Welcome! You ve found it!

The absolute best experience ever!! Jacob took such great care of me, and it s like magic his ability to get these dents out! Had a bunch of hail damage and a big chunk in a tricky spot on the bumper from jackknifing a trailer and he made it look brand new as if it had never happened! Can not recommend Next Gen enough!!

I drove 40 minutes to check this place out as it was recommended by a neighbor. The trip was well worth it! Jacob & Tyler we re extremely knowledgeable, professional, quick, and very affordable! I had a pin-hole ding in my drivers door that I thought couldn t be repaired but these guys made it look like it never happened. I ll be back for sure.

I have to start by explaining a norm Auto Hail Repair companies do NOT work well together. The industry often times is very cutthroat and highly competitive. As a technician for a different company, I had a much different experience with Next Gen. Next Gen allowed us to repair a few vehicles in their shop when we couldn t find anywhere else to set up. During the month we shared space, I saw Next Gen live up to their namesake; Next Gen is truly a different type of Hail Repair company amongst the masses.Next Gen provides quality repairs, takes care of their employees and provides a clean and comfortable workspace. Jacob may be new to his role as a business owner, but he handles the business and customers professionally and with panache. If I was looking for work, I know where I would go in a heartbeat, and if I wasn't in industry, they would get my business and any referrals.I look forward to seeing Next Gen thrive and become the new standard in this industry!

I was reluctant to have the hail damage on my car looked at due to the age of the car and potential costs. The crew at Next Gen went through the process with me and I decided it was well worth the time. They did everything they promised, handling the insurance, car rental, and helping me to and from places. The work was great and the service always above and beyond. Great work!

What a great experience to have, hail damage sucks, and Jacob and his guys make the repair process bearable. My wife's brand new Blazer got smacked with hail last month. Highly recommend Next Gen, they covered a thousand dollars of my deductible, after the insurance did their part, they had the car a total of about 4 business days to complete repairs. Communication was great, and repairs were even better. Most importantly.... THE WIFE IS HAPPY!

I honestly could not begin to caption my experience within a few sentences with Jacob and Next Gen; as the experience isn t easily transcribed. If your looking for a repair facility where you personally matter, your vehicle is given the attention and detail which one delivers to family members than Next Gen is going to be a good fit. From my first introduction to Jacob to my significant others face when her truck was returned speaks volumes. I can not begin to thank them enough for ensuring a level of service,respect and their attention to detail which governed our interactions. I must say she rarely is as comfortable as Jacob and Next Gen made her when it involves interactions for services which society typically places a masculine persona around. They have earned our families business for a lifetime. I can t thing of a time our vehicles have looked this good, maybe not even the day we got them. Thanks again for keeping your word and out preforming all prediscribed expectations; had we realized it was this easy we wouldn t have stressed as bad and procrastinated as long. Again my extended gratitude for the work but most importantly the service which you guys provided.

Jacob and Andrew were great. They did two vehicles for us and they look amazing. You can't even tell they got hailed on!.They are polite and walk you through the whole process. They keep you up to date on progress the whole time. I highly recommend them

We had a very bad hail damage on both my husband s and my cars and when we contacted NextGen Auto Repair they got on the job really quick and made the cars looking like new again. Tyler was our serviceman at the shop and he did a phenomenal and a very professional job. When we need any future car repairs we will definitely use them again for their honest, respectful and professional manners.

I wish there were more than 5 Stars !! I HIGHLY recommend Next Gen Auto Hail Repair!! They went above and beyond the norm in repairing my 2014 Jeep Compass. The open communication, professionalism, and courtesy is beyond what I have ever received in dealing with car repairs!! My Jeep looks better than when I initially drove it off the lot!! They handled pick up, delivery, repairs, and dealing with the insurance company. They are THE BEST!!!

I had two vehicles damaged by hail that Next Gen fixed. Both look better than new! I honestly cannot believe how they were able to get all of the hail dents out and make every panel look perfect. They work with you on your deductible as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm glad I chose Next Gen to repair my vehicles and would definitely use them again if needed.

These guys did a fantastic job with fixing my truck from major hail damage. They were able to get my truck into the shop in less than a week after the storm and fixed before I could even get it seen by many other companies. They even picked up and dropped off my truck while I was at work for repairs so I didn t have to go out of my way and made sure my truck was clean before returning it. I will refer them to everyone, and this will be the only hail dent company I will ever use again!

The service here at NextGen is amazing. They are incredibly customer focused, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Jacob and his staff? The BEST!!! The job they do is top notch!!! My friends and family do not believe me when I tell them that our truck had hail damage and that is thanks to the high technology that NextGen uses. Great place all of your auto dent repair. From small dings to large hail repairs, these guys are the go to in Fort Worth. Customer service is outstanding and the work was top notch. Easy to schedule, easy to work with, and great results. I will be using these guys for any repairs my family needs.

They provide excellent customer service and even better repairs. My Subaru had over $11,000 worth of damage and you would never be able to tell it was effected! If you re ever in need, ask for Jacob!

Adam Neiswender was wonderful to work with. I had a lot of questions and he was very quick to answer the phone and answer all my concerns. Jacob also was great to work with. I would recommend these guys to do the work on your car!
