Referred to Multistate Transmission by Clay at McCormick Tire in White Settlement. Couldn t be more pleased with this shop. From start to finish Buddy kept me well informed with everything that was going on and cost estimates along the way as some additional minor repairs were called for. The people in the front office and every other person I came into contact with at the shop was great and just made you feel like you were at the right place. I don t wish to have any more transmission or drive shaft issues but if I do THIS is where I am going without a second thought. Thank you Multistate.

Hello my name is David Montoya. I was recommended by service advisor Helen from Pep Boys as well as Mr Ben had mechanic at Pep Boys Seminary Street. At first I was skeptical. I had given a call, Miss Tyler from the very beginning and when I came in with my vehicle service is above professionalism, outstanding professionalism from the very beginning to the very end. The comment I'm leaving is for someone to read to not feel skeptical or to have doubts about the place of business and the staff. They go above and beyond Duty with their pride of their individuality within the business. You will not be disappointed you will be extremely very happy. I also purchased some toys to give to my apartment place that does a Toys for Tots in the name of multi-state transmission of Hemphill Street Fort Worth Texas. Once again to Anyone who reads this. My vechile had been seen by 3 different mechanics and no one was able to tell me why it kept randomly turning off. Multistate was able to quickly provide me with a run down of the issues. Taylor was super sweet, flexible and helpful. I just hope I don't have any further issues with my vechile.

The multistate crew did a great job in securing a new transmission for our JX35, with a great turnaround time and $3000 less than the initial dealer quote as well - they ensured all CEL codes were addressed and then handed it over just like new! Great work and excellent customer service!

Brought my BMW M5 in for repairs on the transmission. Because the car is a dual clutch (somewhat rare, from what I understand), it needed to go to the BMW dealer to make sure the transmission and computer were in sync. Taylor was kind enough to pay for the towing to the BMW dealer, as they were unable to work on the car. I thought that was an extremely generous offer! I will most certainly try Multistate again in the future, and will refer my friends and family to them.

If you need transmission work done this business is the best at fixing you up , I m very happy with everything you ve done for me , my car runs better than before you found everything that was wrong and corrected it all in the same visit . Transmission replacement and added a cooler to prolong the life, over all they did a great job. I would recommend just pay the price they want and you will be in good hands.

They towed my car for free and provided a detailed review of the problem and estimated cost to repair. The 12 months parts and labor warranty was the real deal maker. I could of picked a few repair shops but none offered a 12 months warranty.The repair was performed and my car drives awesome. Excellent repair and service. I read reviews first before bringing my car in to get checked. I read nothing but Wonderful reviews so I figured I would get same experience. But I m sure any place wouldn t post the bad ones.I Was referred by Firestone.I will start off by saying Everyone here is super nice, I will say that. The only thing I wasn t really pleased with was when I brought my car in last Monday(week of Christmas) I was not told or aware that they were short staffed and that they would have my car for an entire week. No one called me to update me, nothing. I had to call myself, mid week to get an update on my car. I was then told I would get a call that same day with an update. Again Nothing. I m huge on customer service and communication anywhere I go so this was a huge turnoff for me.I ended up picking up my car from them on Monday, and taking it to dealership and come to find out it wasn t a transmission problem, when this place told me it was. I got my car back just this morning, and I dropped my car off at dealership on Monday afternoon.This was just my personal experience with this place. Great company and great quality of work. All new parts and reasonable prices. I had my clutch replaced and it took only about 4 days total. They even saved the old parts and visually explained what was wrong in the first place.

Absolutely horrendous chain of command, when I paid them $500 to pull down my trans and find what was wrong, then not fix it, I asked them to take everything out of my trunk and throw it in the backseat. Well when I got there getting ready to have the car towed, I opened the car to find non of my tools, few clothes, and Jack stands had been put in the back seat, and in fact were being crushed by the transmission. Apparently the guy working on my car decided not to listen to the two people who told him to take my stuff out, and actually made me lose a lot of that stuff as the car was towed to a dealership for a pre-trade agreement.

Multistate transmission are the best place for all transmission repairs. We have taken numerous cars there and they are always professional, repaired correctly and by far the best price. I highly recommend them!

My 2003 Mustang GT was having a hard time going into first gear. The shop diagnosed my vehicle and determined what the problem was. Parts for this vehicle are very hard to find considering it s age, the shop worked tirelessly to find the parts they needed which saved me a lot of money. It took longer to repair the car but it was worth the wait. Everyone at the shop was very professional and and explained in detail what the problem was with my vehicle and what it was going to take to fix it. My Mustang drives like it s a new vehicle, the transmission is so quite and shifts so smoothly. I m so happy I choose Multistate. If you want your transmission fixed right the first time I highly recommend this shop.Service: Transmission

They were quick to diagnose the issue.Provided an estimate which was very close to the actual cost.Very friendly and courteous.This is the second transmission they have repaired on two separate cars including a old classic Plymouth.I would highly recommend.Service: Transmission

Mr Billy and Mr John run a top notch operation. They stayed in contact with me, advising me of my truck s needs. No unnecessary repairs were suggested. Even made special arrangements for me to pick up my truck. They were recommended by Christian Brothers on Oakmont, thanks gentlemen for delivering as promised, a rare thing these days.

Service at the Fort Worth location is fantastic! Phil Alvarez is very thorough and forthright about diagnosis of the problems and their procedures for repairs. No repairs are made without prior authorization and payment options are explained. The work has a good warranty on parts and labor. The customer service is very good. I was treated like a valued customer by everyone I encountered. My car was ready exactly when it was promised. I highly recommend Multistate.

This place is outstanding in professionalism and quality! They took care of me as a single parent with care and kindness. They truly care about your safety and quality of your vehicle. I even noticed that they work on the city that I live in vehicles which really was cool to see and allowed me to relax because if a big city can trust them I know that I can! From start to finish Adam provided A1 service. I was a little apprehensive at 1st being that the dealership quoted me an out of pocket fee of $20,000. I called Adam based on the reviews and he did not disappoint. He told me to bring the car in for a free diagnotic. His wife took me home so I didn't have to car an uber which was another plus in my book. Adam had my car ready within a week and communicated with me throughout the entire process. My car is now running better than it ever has. Not to mention his price was the best hands down. Adam is my new go to guy. Trust the reviews with this one. This is my first time writing a review but there is no way I could receive superior service like this and not spread the word. Adam is is worth every penny and more!

I had one the best experiences in auto-repair with this shop. They helped troubleshoot another shop's error on my car, took the time to call the other shop and communicate, took the time to explain everything to me and fix the problem for a very reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about how ethical and dependable Fred and the guys at the shop were. Very good communication and that goes a long way. Highly recommend!
