Went in to MK's after wasting almost a week waiting for a simple call back and a quote from Pepboys. MK's was extremely kind and polite as they helped me with gathering info about my car, and they had me quoted instantly over the phone. When I went in the next day, they ordered the part while I was there, charged me no more than they quoted me originally (which was about $200 less than a different shop I'd called), and had me out the door in about an hour. The car runs perfectly and I'm so grateful for the lack of stress and complications. I plan on returning for any future issues.Also, I had to bring my dog due to a pest control treatment in my apartment and planned to just drop the car off and walk to a public area or somewhere. But they welcomed both me and my dog inside, introduced a dog of their own, and carried on a conversation with me while feeding my dog treats. I think this, paired with the red-haired gentleman's kindness, made me feel the most welcome I've felt in an auto shop ever. Thanks you guys!

We have been going here for 6 years for problems here and there and had some pretty descent interactions and seemed fair, Roy is professional and seems honest. Just a couple of problems we've had; Went the first time for a transmission leak and was told the seal needed to be replaced. After the repair, the car still leaked transmission fluid, went back, and was told the bushings were the problem and they do not work on transmissions. So it slowed down the leak, and we needed the seal replaced but still wasn't fixed and paid $360 to find out it's something else. Recently stopped by for a diagnosis because the car was whisling when braking and felt clanking or grinding on our feet, just sounded and felt off in general. Mechanic takes it for a drive and sais he hears and feels nothing more then the transmission having trouble shifting (an old issue not related to new issue) but does not hearing whistling or grinding, went on to say it could be debree in-between the brake and rotor and recommended cleaning it with brake fluid. I asked how much they would charge to spray there, and the owner without answering me, told the mechanic to just spray it, then proceeded to charge an additional 8 bucks on top of the service (diagnostic fee) for spraying the brake with a little cleaner without clearing the additional charge with me first. As soon as we drive off, the whistling is immediate and obvious. The car has since become louder and behaves worse. Something is absolutely wrong, and we were trying to ketch before it became worse. Not to impressed with that visit. I would trust Roy's word and skills and would recommend the shop solely on him because of the great experiences we've had with his honest and skillful work.

Not impressed. Had them do a simple oil pan gasket several months back and it s leaking again (albeit slower). Took pictures after the service was done and it appears they used an impact driver to put the bolts in for the oil pan. Highly unnecessary and kind of dangerous. The gasket should not ooze out from around bolts and the edge (see first picture). Oil pan is not subject to any real force and the bolts are only to be hand-tight. The mechanic I had seems too impact-happy and likely doesn t follow manufacturer recommended torque spec. For the record I don t like having to make reviews like this but found it necessary. I ll be taking it somewhere else from now on.Attached images as follows:-Immediately after gasket change-After recent oil change-Potential cracking resultant of over-torquing bolts (possibly just casting-fault lines)

Decided to stop in to see if there was availability for an alignment to be performed on my vehicle. They said they could take me in and I was happy I wouldn't have to schedule an appointment somewhere. Not so great on names but I was initially great by a person with a beard. It was a good interaction. He was curious about my vehicle so we talked about it for a couple mins. My vehicle was taken into the shop to have the alignment performed. I know my alignment was off because the steering wheel was no longer centered and I could tell there was something loose from the feel and noise I heard the previous couple days.Throughout my time there I heard several interactions with other customers and mechanics in the shop. I didn't hear anything out of the ordinary or concerning. What I mean by this is as I listened to the technicians talking as they were telling the customer information it made sense compared to the concerns they described. Then here comes the person working on my vehicle. I'm not going to call him a technician. His name was Sam if I'm not mistaken. He stated the reason I had something loose was because there was grease put on the bushings for the lower control arm. This was done during the install.This is is not why the lower control are bolts were loose as a property secured bolt does not come loose. I let him give is explanation and just ok despite knowing this is not true. After and extended period of time Sam came back in the waiting area talking about the caster and camber being difficult to get into spec. He said did they tell you it cost more to adjust these angles. I stated no. Caster is not an adjustable angle on my truck and as long as the measurements are close it will not cause any issues. He processes to talk over me about angles and I asked him who comes in for a front end alignment and only wants 1 angle adjusted. I understand there is a front end alignment and a 4 wheel alignment. All he wanted to do was talk over me . I said just adjust the camber and toe. When he gets ready to go back out to the shop he calls me to go out to the shop with him to show me something. He stated he has been struggling and he should be charging me for extra parts. I beyond annoyed at this point. I have to raise my voice for him to shut up and listen. I said just finish the alignment. I will pay whatever I need to get out of here. I said I don't need to see anything. I go back to the waiting area. He comes in and said it's ready. I was charged the initial 89 dollars that I was told. He proceeded to ask who did the alignment before him. I said it is not relevant. I pay and leave. I drive 100yards and my steering wheel is at the 3 o'clock position instead of centered. I turn around and pull up to the shop. I said do you have the print out for the alignment. He said yes and then proceed to tell me that is why I was asking who did the alignment last. Some reading this review my not know anything about alignments but if you do you know toe is angle that directly goes with steering wheel alignment when performing an alignment. This guy has no business touching a car or dealing with customers. I will be getting it done right at another shop now. $89.00 pissed away and over 2hrs. It you dont have to deal with this hack you may have a good experience. Not worth the risk in my book! Thanks for nothing. (On a side note I have 12 years experience working on vehicles and have done hundreds of alignments during this time. I held several ASE certifications. I'm an educated customer bullshit dosnt fly)

MK S auto shop went above and beyond to help me with fixing everything on my car. Their service was exceptional and the pricing was very fair for all the work they did! I definitely recommend going there for all your auto repairs.

Totally thank these guys for a JOB WELL DONE! They saved me so much money on my truck. I only went for a diagnosis someone else have given me. These guys put my car on the machine with no charge and gave me the correct diagnosis. They fixed the problem at a low cost and was done in the same day. I thank God for google for helping me found a good mechanic in the area. The staff are great and understanding. They were very professional and fun. I totally come back.

MK's saved the day. They figured out the problem quickly and had me back on the road the same day. I've used them before, and they have come through each time. They also have the lowest per hour rate in the area. I recommend them.

My wife took her car in after the engine light turned on. They diagnosed the problem (camshaft sensor), gave her a reasonable estimate, replaced the part and had her out of there in record time. They seem to take good care of their customers, so I highly recommend them.

I took my truck there last week got $900 worth of work done on it. Then when I got my truck back. I had noticed they had messed up my door and front fender I called monday. And ask for their insurance information. They are refusing to give me the information Roy tell me how my door got damaged last thursday. And now they won't give me their insurance information. Or pay for my repairs of the truck.

Been going here for years. Roy always gets my vehicle right in. Same day. Sometimes instantly. They have fair prices and good mechanics. You don't fix what isn't broken. With that being said, I will be going here indefinitely!

I went to a few other auto shops in the area and got quotes after I hit a curb and messed up my car. The other auto body shops quoted me thousands of dollars with a long list of items that were bent and broken. I stopped at mk to get a final quote in which Roy and his team showed me all I needed was a strut and an alignment which cost 900.00. I understand people like to make money and they need to feed their families but I m so disappointed in how auto shops take advantage of people. Luckily Roy and his team were honest with me and took the time to show me what was wrong and what was not broken or bent. After fixing the strut and alignment my car has drove great. Thanks for being honest and not taking advantage of me. That s how you do business and get customers. I will definitely be back.

It was one of the best shops I've used since the prior shop closed due to staff illnesses and conflict with own and mechanic. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Also voice concerns about other problems with vacuum system. I inquired about having parts installed that I purchased. They are a accommodating and true staff. I will be using and referring this shop to other people in need of their services. As well as Cisco Towing both are reasonable and work is quicker than most services.

This is the first time I've been to MK's Auto service and I took my wife's SUV and my truck for different repairs, AC repairs on both vehicles and a few other repairs on my wife's car and everything was completed in a timely manner. Was very reasonable prices and they even give veterans a discount! I recommend these store for all your automotive needs because I will definitely be back!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Roy went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. I needed to make sure my car could survive an upcoming road trip and for a very fair price I got my car looked at. I was provided with very straight forward information and wasn't forced to do anything right away. Roy explained things in a clear manner and now that I know what is and isn't wrong with my car I can now road trip safely.Service: Vehicle Inspection

So far, so good. Looked these guys up on the Snap Financing site and saw that they had tons of great reviews. Just got home from a consultation with them and set up four different services on my car. They are super busy. Roy took plenty of time to check out the issues with my car and totaled up the work order for me... Four repairs are going to cost me less than I thought the AC repair alone was going to cost me. Can't wait to see the results when they are done!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I was referred to Roy through a friend, and he went above and beyond to help me out and give me a fair price and was quick and efficient! Replaced the battery, terminals, and starter in my 2010 Accord so I could sell it. He was professional, courteous, and really cool! They got everything done in a very timely manner and kept me in the loop with what was going on. I will definitely refer Roy and MK s to anyone needing a reliable mechanic! MKs has earned his high rating for a good reason - they are honest and fairly priced. We had all four brake pads and the rear rotors done at a competitive price and he keeps you apprised of any changes regarding time and cost estimates. I have found my mechanic that I like and trust.
